RavenCool logged in to the beta. She had made her helper characters three chao that looked like Chaos, Iblis or Mephiles. (Each one of the three chao look like a different character) “Ok, done setting that up……Now what?” The wolf said to herself.

Suddenly CF sent RavenCool a message through the famous message client, Pesterchum, which had inexplicably appeared on her computer all of a sudden.

PESTERLOG:

iamgamer-irl (CF) started pestering iceflameLupine (RC)

CF: Now you might want to install the actual game, instead of that wrong one that was accidentally sent to you.
CF: Run the server program and connect to Gamer’s session, which will run as a “shell” over his world.
CF: However, that other game looks pretty fun, and it did install Pesterchum, as well.

CF’S PERSPECTIVE:

I have no idea what game Raven was playing, but I wanted to try to guide her in the right direction. The best part about it was that it looked like you could prototype more than one Kernelsprite without a tangible object, so how ’bout that.

“I thought I had the right game….. Oh! This game better let me use what I got made already…..” The wolf said, as she installed the actual game and started to connect to Gamer’s session.

CF: I’ll explain by order of importance.
CF: The “Deploy” button allows you to put down certain objects crucial to the game.
CF: The “Select” button allows you to move things.
CF: The “Grist Cache” basically shows how much Build Grist you have.
CF: The “Revise” button allows you to enlarge rooms.
CF: The others are related to a system involving punch card alchemy.
CF: You can’t make Gamer do anything directly, but he can’t deploy things or move them.
CF: A friend named Ares should recieve the beta soon, she’ll connect to your client.
CF: To begin, deploy the Cruxtruder, Pre-Punched Card, Totem Lathe, and Alchemiter.

“Ok got it.” The wolf said as she deploys the Cruxtruder, Pre-punched card, Totem Lathe and Alchemiter. “Now what?” She asked.

TH: Hey hey CF. How’s the game going?

CF: Good, now Gamer will take over.

I ran to the Cruxtruder and used a Knuckles Punch on it, something I wanted to try. Sure enough, a brownish Kernelsprite came out, along with a Cruxite Dowel of the same color. I ran to the Totem Lathe and put the dowel in, along with the punched card. This carved it into something I could use. I threw an old Shadow figurine into the Kernelsprite to prototype it and make it look like Shadow’s head with a glowing aura around it. I took the Dowel up to the Alchemiter. I put it down, and a laser analyzed the shape. It then created a small brown Warp Ring, which teleported my house to a place known as the Medium, on a planet known as the Land of Flame and Rings. I thought, An endless supply of Rings? YES! The Kernelsprite divided into two parts, the Kernel and the Sprite, and then the Kernel divided in two again, one half going down and the other going up, creating 7 Gates. I prototyped the Sprite again, but with a Sonic figurine.

SPRITELOG:

SHADONICSPRITE: What did you…
GAMER: I prototyped you with a Sonic figurine so you’d gain the ability to talk
SHADONICSPRITE: So I’m Shadow with Sonic’s head?
SHADONICSPRITE: That’s messed up in more ways than I can count.
GAMER: Well, the Shadow thing was part of my plan
SHADONICSPRITE: Plan?
GAMER: I wanted a Sprite with First Guardian powers, but no power for the Dersites. Therefore, I concluded that a First Guardian figure would only give the Sprite that power, but not the Black Queen.
SHADONICSPRITE: Smart. But a First Guardian? What’s that?
GAMER: It’s an omnipotent being with the power to teleport. Shadow wasn’t omniscient because of his slumber.
SHADONICSPRITE: …
GAMER: Sonic?

While Shadonicsprite zoned out and thought about Maria, CF got a message from a guide known as TH.

TH: Hey hey CF. How’s the game going?
CF: It’s going good, Rock and Gamer entered
TH: Awesome. How’s RavenCool doin’? And Ares?
CF: Raven’s being Gamer’s server player, and Ares hasn’t received the beta yet
TH: Dang, maybe I should get out and stretch my legs or something
CF: I think the next person to receive their beta is Blaze Dragon
TH: I’m still not quite sure about them. Are they really ready for this?
CF: Raven has her powers, Ares has her bow, and Blaze has the Buster I gave him
TH: Yeah, but are they ready for the responsibility of further power?
TH: Even if they finish the game in time…
CF: They have noble hearts, besides, they’re good with the power they currently have
TH: *sigh* I guess they’ll have to do.

“When do I get to do something?” RavenCool asked, wanting something to do.

I thought Raven might have been bored watching me run around. “Hey Raven, if you’re bored, just wait. Someone else should receive the beta soon, you’ll be able to do more when they get it.” I hoped Blaze, Hector, and Ares got the beta in a timely fashion.

[Ares]

Ares logged into the beta. “Woah, umm, ok…”

I decided to send Ares a message before she started the game.

IG: Ares, if you recieve this message, follow these directions.
IG: First, connect to RavenCool’s session.
IG: Then, you should see a screen liike this: (the link CF sent Raven)
IG: Finally, deploy the four free objects. When you recieve the game, start the client as well.

A few minutes later, CF started pestering me.

IG: Good! She might like it!

This was good for Raven. I said, “Hey Raven, a friend named Ares got the beta, she’ll be your server player!”

“Ah ok!” RavenCool said.

I decided to explore this Lava Reef-like area, grabbing tons of Rings along the way. I originally thought this game would have more danger and excite- OH GOD WHAT IS THAT. Sorry, I just got surprised a little. It was a Shale Imp with spiked-back hair and… was that a hatch on top of his head?

STRIFE!

I decided to battle the imp, and so I pulled my gun out. I started the battle with some simple Buster Shots, then I got a Pesterchum message.

IG: Oh hey, John! I just entered the Medium
EB: i can see that, and i know you’re fighting an imp.
EB: switch to pogo hammer mode.
EB: that should take care of him quickly!
IG: Ok, thanks!

It was an old friend of mine, John Egbert. He was one of the last players of this game, and apparently he became a guide to the new players. I decided to take his advice and switch my gun to Pogo Hammer mode, but I switched it up a little and set it to Pogo-Piko Hammer mode. Suddenly, some music from Wrecking Crew started playing and I got a good bounce combo going on. I channeled all of my strength into it, and smashed the imp upwards. I launched myself into the sky using it, and proceeded to smash it into the ground, defeating it. I activated my shoes and slowly descended so as not to hurt myself. “Yep, I’m good,” I said as I switched my gun back to Buster Mode.

connected to RavenCool’s session, deployed the four objects, then started the client.
“ok, and I think that’s all Gamer told me to do. What next?”

RavenCool got the Kernelsprite and doxel, and prototyped using a clay figure of a eastern dragon version of Chaos 0. And then prototyped it again with a palkia figure.
