Ashton rolled her eyes, “Don’t worry they’re with the other one that was assigned to be with us.”

Ashton sighed, “Okay well if everyone is ready let’s go. We don’t want to keep mustang waiting.”

Cloud sat in his room trying to sort out his memories.

Cloud nodded. “I know we do….So what do you want to talk about first?”

Cloud sighed, “Just hurry up please. The longer you’re here making the other uncomfortable the longer I have to spend fixing it. Sorry they just don’t really like new people.”

“Please finish eating.” Cloud said as he thumbed through a cook book looking for what to make for dinner.

Ashton sighed and kept close-ish to John without seeming too close.

Cloud frowned, “Dakota, what’s in the backpack? Cause I’m not letting out of the house till I know what’s in it.”

Cloud shrugged, “Trust me, what ever you think is weird. We’ve either seen or been through weirder. And if my count is still correct there is currently seven people living in this house. With you it would be eight. Before you ask, yes I cook every meal all the time. I do online schooling to be able to do so.”

Cloud nodded. “Of course Fallen. But for now you guys need to eat. So dig in.” He put the food on the table before going to the fridge to pull out the orange juice and the milk.

Cloud was in the kitchen cooking like normal. The smell of bacon and pancakes wafted through the house.

Ashton shrugged, “I’ll let you know if I do.”

Cloud looked at her and nodded. “Yes.”
