Akasha sighed in irritation and pulled out her tablet, noticing an addition to her profile. Object Summoning. She read it a few times, not quite believing what she’s seeing, then cautiously tried out a theory. “Knife.” she said, and a butchers knife appeared in her hand. She dropped it with a squeak.
“Sword,” she tried, and it also appeared. She giggled slightly crazily and tried a silent command. Gun, and umm… ’67 Chevy Impala. The gun appears in her hand and the car appears in the driveway, but something seems.. off. She went outside, ignoring the rather confusing pain when she grabbed the handle, and opened the hood.
The two inside hear Akasha shouting and the resounding crash as she hits the car repeatedly with a sledgehammer.

Tas awoke outside the tent of the circus. That time already? she thought, yawning and stretching. She was not here to perform in the circus, but rather to wreak havoc within it. Such a shame it had to be done with so many people watching, and getting in the way. She shrugged and integrated herself into the crowd, shooing the lingering shadows that wrapped around her legs as it grew darker outside away.
She did not know who her employer was, or why she had been paid so much(10,000) to ruin some circus, but it was a job and she needed all the money she could get. She sat down inside of the big top, waiting for the show to start. She already had everything she needed to ruin this circus without harming anyone. Well, not much anyways. She smiled slightly and closed her eyes.

(sorry for the wait, i was grounded)
Sonara felt Drakel release something into her veins, and after all the other crap he had done was very confused. She shot John a questioning glance, but he looked just as confused as her. Drakel, meanwhile, flicked out a knife as she already started swaying on her feet and sliced the tip off one of the vines. She didn’t see what he did next as she dropped to the ground in agony, dead to the world. After a while she thought she heard John; or was it Calcifer? Her back throbbed dully; and she had yet to see Drakel, for better or for worse.

“Yes. I. Do.” Akasha replied, gritting her teeth. Lame power indeed. Why can’t I make weapons or animals that will fight for me? She mentally whined. Suddenly, she heard a clatter and a shriek.

Akasha smiled sweetly at Valenia and then gave her the one finger salute.
“Are you drunk too? Because I’m sitting next to her, and I’m not drinking this dog piss,” she growled. god it would be nice to know my powers… theirs are on here, why aren’t mine? Also, thanks a whole lot, mystery god! These two are totally friendly!“Look, Valenia, I don’t mean any harm, and we’re on the same side,” she sighed, unfortunately.
“so, sorry, I guess, for surprising you.”Akasha’s stomach growled and she remembered that she hadn’t eaten. “Jeez, some fucking food would be great right no–” she broke off as an entire table appeared out of nowhere, complete with two pizzas and a number of plates. “Uhh… I don’t suppose one of you guys did that?” she said, looking mildly panicked.

Sonara watched him walk out to Drakel, who stood outside the barrier on his phone. She shrugged. No one with intentions to harm anyone here could come in, and she needed to get her charm fixed. She walked through the halls and saw Calcifer, flaming brightly and in the middle of crafting a new charm. She recognized the runes, it was for her.
“You go through so many of these, Sonara. I’d think you missed me,” the phoenix-boy said, cheerfully unsnapping the hoop from her ear and tossing the newly crafted amulet over her head. She felt the heat of the amulet spread over her, and a shudder ran down her spine. “Your charm had been tampered with,” he told her scowling. “Someone tried forcing a reboot, and you reverted to this self, which is currently…. two reboots old.”
“How is that even possible? And how come I’ve Rebooted twice?!” Calcifer went quiet at Sonara’s questions, looking down.
“You did it. You remembered something from your old life….you came to me in tears, begged me to reboot you. I thought there was no way you’d get out, but you changed into a God-beast and broke out… one of the other mansions the next town over found you, and you rebooted back to a…normal shape. They’ve been taking care of you since then.”
Ahh yes, the part she had left out when she spoke to John. The dangerous part about Rebooting was that you may end up… beastly. Her and the other Reboots had taken to calling their alter-egos God-beasts. Huge, fully animal versions of themselves that disappeared and were never heard from again. She had never heard of someone returning from that form. Once you Rebooted like that, you were gone. That was the real reason no one wanted to Reboot. Not the fear of forgetting everything, but the fear of losing it forever.
“…aaaaand you’re not listening.” Calcifer broke through her brooding with a sigh.
“I’m sorry, I wasn’t listening. What’d you say?” she answered.
“I said you can go.”
Sonara smiled and thanked him, then rushed outside, to Drakel and John.
“So what’s up? Why’d you come in, and not stay? Urgent call?” -
“uhhh…no.” Akasha responded, crawling off of Annie. ” And I don’t think you should have anymore either.” she reached over and snatched the–full?– bottle away from Annie, who drunkenly protested. Akasha sighed, sitting down next to her and turning on her tablet. She opened the tutorial and got the explanation as to the bottle. “You wished for an unlimited stock of Rum?!?” she shrieked, “I mean, are you kidding me?!?!”
-
“No, there’s only one person on this whole planet that can make these. Oh and they don’t let us remember our pasts, but rather… prevent us from rebooting. I have a more powerful one, because I leave a lot. I go and find other Reboots. We all live here, for the most part. Very few of us can go out there and blend in. I only can, because, well…” She trailed off and removed the hoodie, revealing the vines that moved sort of like spines on her back, and disentangled the ones in her tail. “I can generally look normal. Well, normal-ish. Have… you seen Drakel?” she asked, looking around for him through the window.
-
“No. Most of us would do anything to have a past, even a dark one. We all look strange, and none of us can remember a family, clan, anything. The only reason we have what we do is the charms like these,” she said, unoffended. Then she pulled down her hood to reveal a small iron hoop on one ear with strange markings on them. “Calcifer makes them for us, but something is wrong with this one. That’s why I came here instead of getting what I apparently paid for.”
-
“This is a paradise and a haven for the ones like me,” she said, nodding to a boy with wings–two sets of them, “the ones who don’t remember anything about themselves. The ones who Reboot.” The way Sonara said it made it sound like a name.

Within fifteen minutes, Sonara had run the three miles to Rivers. She stood in front of an old mansion, waiting rather impatiently for the other two to catch up. Drakel had been on her heels the whole time, and came running up to the “abandoned” mansion with a fair amount of speed. The human caught up as well, a little out of breath.
“Come on, this is the place,” she ordered, stepping onto the path and motioning to do the same.((as soon as they step on the path they will see the real mansion, well kept–and populated with a number of odd-looking Haerich (odd looking like her). also are they shifters? or just stuck forever in-between to species?))

Akasha woke up and saw the message on her ceiling. Wishes, huh? she thought in disbelief. uh huh. Sure. Well, no harm in trying, I guess. She stood up, tossing her blankets aside and spoke quietly to not wake anyone. “I wish that was a surface pro 3,” she whispered, pointing at her tablet. Immediately, the tablet changed, and she fell off her bed. “Well then….” she whispered. “I wish for a debit card with an unlimited amount of money and…. take me to some friendly faces.” As soon as she says it, she feels the card in her hand and then the floor drops out beneath her. She lands on top of a demon girl she identifies as Annie with an oof!

“Not a fox!” Sonara yelled back, catching Drakel’s comment.
-
“Yes, yes, now we know each other and that’s great can we go now?” Sonara said shaking his hand and turning away, tail flicking. “I need to figure something out, and to do so I have to get to Rivers,” she called apologetically, “So if you plan on getting acquainted try to keep up, kay?” She then took off in the direction of Rivers.
