Antarctica froze, seeing Canada twitch, but continued trying to read stupid french when she realized he was still sleeping. Growing bored with trying to figure out what it said, she moved the balcony, where she could see people finally at the beach. They all looked either boring, annoying, or both, so she decided to stay in Canada’s room.(forgetting that it could possibly be traumatizing if canada wakes up and sees her like this)

Satisfied with what she had seen, Antarctica stole back into the room, hearing soft snoring from within. Canada was fast asleep, and the years seemed to drop away from him.
He’s my age… I don’t even have as many scars as him, and my dad’s a psycho… I wonder what happened…Antarctica silently grabbed his book and leaned against the wall, attempting to read it.

Sonara crept through the alleyway, shoving her dark hair out of her eyes. She was hungry and tired, and people were calling her a ‘monster’ and throwing things at her. She pulled a hoodie up over her ears and the few wiry vines sprouting seamlessly from her spine and stepped out into the streets. Soon after, she saw a shop, and went in, keeping her eyes down, and sat at an empty table.

Antarctica sank down in relief, finally comfortable. She knew she wouldn’t be able to stay in the freezer until winter, but hoped that with some ice and a lot of time in cold places, she would be able to keep this form. (she is adult) She stepped out with a bag of ice, kept cold by her presence.(the air literally gets colder around her) She pulled on her coat and shoved the bag of ice in one of its pockets, moving on to explore.

“Okaaay~” Antarctica sang, thanking him and skipping out the door. On the third floor was the giant freezer, and she stepped in, still wearing shorts and a tank top, with her coat on her shoulders, and let the door shut behind her. She didn’t bother to see if anyone had been watching.
-
“I don’t! Do you have an extra card?” Antarctica asked, giving the northern country puppy eyes.
-
“Depends on whether or not it dispenses ice…..” she trailed off, reading a pamphlet on the bedstand. freezer room on the third floor, open to all. Requires key-card.
-
“Do you have a freezer?” she asked, ignoring the fact that it was an odd question.

Antarctica’s appearance changed to that of a ten-year-old while Canada wasn’t looking, and she smiled at his back as he walked further into his hotel room.
“What are you reading that’s so good, anyways?” she asked, standing awkwardly near the door. -
Antarctica blushed, and muttered something under her breath.”I just wanna get insiiiide. So….yeah,” she finished nearly silently.
-
Antarctica leapt up, not wanting to be left alone in the heat, then staggered slightly. (by the way, Antarctica is terrible with remembering people unless she interacts with them a lot, and most people don’t know she’s not a little kid.) She realised that Canada’s hotel probably had air conditioning, and grew even less friendly to the idea of staying where she was. “WAIT UP!” she yelled, jogging after him.
-
“ALMOST!” the tiny land shrieked. “IT’S COMPLETELY UNBEARABLE!” she flopped down, still holding the guy’s leg, and huddled under her long coat again. “Wait. Do I know you?” Antarctica peered out from underneath the coat at Canada.
-
“YOu have to help me i’m dyiiiiiinnnnng…..” she groaned dramatically, still clinging to the guy’s leg.
-
Antarctica weakly pushed herself off the ground as some guy walked past, clearly ignoring her.
“WAIT!!” she yelled, mustering the strength to tackle his leg.
