*Mephy slowly and carefully removed the protective shield he had cast over Helena to both contain her powers and to protect her from outside attacks. He would smirk at bit as the phoenix had easily made it’s way through the barrier he had set up. But it was no wonder, the creature was of a cosmic nature similar in strength to Helena who almost broke out of the shield at one point. He walks over to Kin.* I understand brother Belial. I’ll keep watch over the doors of the dimension. Not to worry! I still have enough strength to take on an army of invaders.

*He could hear their conversations, which made him check if the keys of time manipulation were still in his possession. He had once tricked Helena into giving him the keys. He slowly shifted back into his usual look and style but upheld the shield he had over Satou Arcanum. He wanted to conserve some of his powers in case things got worse while Helena was still in semi-consciousness. As he pulled the keys from his pockets he would grin, but his grin would begin to change into a look of disappointment as he noticed that the keys were fading.* Was ist los?

Their bodies could no longer handle the painful beating and stress of containing Helena’s powers. Mephisto cautiously continued to maintain the shield around Helena even though his brother had finally arrived. But something wasn’t right. He noticed after Lord Sesshomaru mentioned it.* Gin brother! Has she responded to you yet? *he waited anxiously for an answer.*

*Mephisto does his best to contain Helena’s full destructive force from crushing the rest of the area. He is in full infernal demon form. He knows he’ll pay the price later since being in the human world in full infernal demon form for one of his demon class was forbidden. But extreme measures had to be taken at a time like this. He was however enjoying the challenge as any demon of his status would.* Sweet seraphim, are you absorbing my powers? *he grins* I see. This is going to be very trying for me. Please, don’t drain me to the point that you become the end of me.

*He was surprised to see that she was breaking the barrier that had been containing her destructive powers.* What is she doing? *he then grins with demonic pleasure.* Would be lying if I didn’t say I wasn’t enjoying this challenge. *He continuously tried to reseal the shield in order to keep her from unleashing more of the powers she was already exhibiting.* Do you think this doesn’t hurt Helena! *he was becoming exhausted but he would not give in.* Is she going to unleash her full seraph mode? *Feeling the rhythmic expansion and pounding pulsations increasing. Mephisto realized that although Helena was fighting to contain her remaining deadly wings within her body, there was still a strong vibration of energy escaping her which was creating the catastrophic disturbance in the weather, the pull of other world creatures, the opening and closing of dimensions, the imbalance among the blood of the pure and the hybrid monsters that lived among the humans. It took all he had just to keep himself from reverting to a deadlier and primitive form of himself. He would stand and help contain this erratic and destructive seraphic energy in hopes that his infernal brother Gin would arrive. Should they fail, his sister-in-law Helena would be obliterating this world and who knows how far of a range her omnipotent powers would have.* Hang in there sis! Don’t push me away! *he would say playfully although his body was in tremendous pain.* I’m trying to help you out here. Lass mich dir helfen!
