The ring of soldiers was quickly scattered. The red haired woman held tightly to a support beam with one arm, the sword in her free hand. She couldn’t let the hellhound escape, not after it had seen this.*

“I see ….wait.. A hellhound fell from the sky?! You sure?”

You really arent very smart….
*at that point, the ground of the excavation site, and everywhere around it for 10 metres heaved, rippling outwards and throwing everyone off their feet*

Unable to hold onto her blade, she let go suddenly, turning to a soldier on the inside of the ring “you, I need to borrow your sword!” He promptly threw the blade to her, which she caught deftly. She once again stood, waiting for the beast to attack.

Crap! *the woman struggled to hold on to her blade, barely able to keep her footing. With few options left, she slammed a metal clad fist into the hellhounds face*

*she dropped to one knee, bringing her blade up in a wide, rising arc*

*the red haired woman took a low stance. She realised that chasing the beast wouldn’t work. It would have to come to her. She readied herself*

*Tiffy smiled, her tail swishing happily as she looked down* Ummm….I think the men are waiting for you to say something, commqnder” she said meekly

*the phoenix screeched again, gaining height as the red haired woman came in for another attack, lunging at the hellhounds legs*

*losing some tail feather, the phoenix screeched and dove at the hellhounds eyes, clawing at them*

Hmph….one of the less intelligent ones…*the woman dived to one side as the phoenix left her shoulder. Rolling upright, she slashes at the beast.*

“Healer, commander. Every platoon has to have a healer and I’m one of em. I’ll do everything I can to keep you all alive sir” the young feline brimmed with energy, her tail flicking erratically.

*she shook his hand with a large, fluffy paw*

“Tiffy. Pleasure to be working with you, commander Azul”

At this point, the lizardmen took notice of Azul too, and stood to attention.
