Feliciano weakly munched away on the food, putting away both plates. Under normal circumstances he’d be able to put away many more, but after those two, plus the cake, his belly was already bulging. “M-my name is Feliciano….” the Italian managed to get out. “It’s nice to meet both of-a you…” His accent when speaking English made it clear that he was Italian.

Feliciano understood English easily, he was just unable to speak due to the pain. He weakly munched away on the cake, shuddering a bit as he did so. It took a while before his stomach finally quieted down, but the feeling of emptiness still remained.

Feliciano finally stirred, crying out as he finally came to. Immediately he began to clutch his stomach. “S-si………” he rasped, not able to speak much due to the pain. The noises from his stomach still did not cease, prompting the Italian to groan once more.

Feliciano was completely skin and bones upon removing all of his clothing. He was thankfully still alive, albeit his pulse was weaker than it should have been. His stomach would not cease its unearthly rumblings.

Feliciano could barely even speak, yet alone stand. His stomach let out another loud growl before he finally fell unconscious, his body unable to take the stress from hunger and exhaustion anymore. His form was just too frail to be left alone.

The Italian shuddered as he continued to walk, eventually reaching the strip of sidewalk close to Ludwig’s house. His knees gave out, sending him toppling to the pavement. Feliciano looked horrible, as if he’d been out on the streets for days-with no food. His stomach let out a painful growl, and he cried out in agony.
