Angling down towards a lonely, scorched hill with a single large cave.
“Here we are” he calls back as he circles in and lands “your human might still be inside”

soaring through the air, Shiv drifted lazily towards a lonely mountain.
“Quite a while” he called down to Raven, “I found a nice cave for my hoarde and the humans were usually kind enough to leave a cow as some kind of offering.”

Turning from the wolf, Shiv spread his wings and launched himself into the air and began circling as he waited.
“When your ready,” he called down.

Shiv flicks his tail slightly
“Such an eventful day, whatever next” he huffs a small cloud of smoke.

Shiv lift his snout and sniffed the air “why would so many gather in my territory” he sighed, his eyes piercing into the gloom of the surrounding trees

“This human, is it female with dark hair?” Shiv asked, relaxing somewhat, “because I found one tied up outside my lair”.

Releasing his grip on it’s neck, Shiv backed up a little.
“So what was that about?” his head tilted as he asked

Spotting his chance, Shiv leapt forward, his jaws snapping onto the Elder’s neck and squeezing with his powerful jaws.

Gathering his resolve, Shin stealthily crept back into the village, his ears, eye’s and nose alert for anything out of place or radiating power. He crept from shadow to shadow, ducking between obstacles so to avoid the villager’s prying eyes.

Once out of the girl’s sight, Shin began sniffing around again yet couldn’t seem to find a trail of the miasma, It seeming to blanket the area. perhaps he just wasn’t used to using his nose like this. shaking his head, Shin rested beside a rice paddy, staring blankly at the gently swaying stalks.

Nimbly hopping aside from the surprise Bucket attack, Shin regards the girl, head tilting by habit.
“Kon” he barks to the girl before turning, fluffing his tail up as he walks away towards the rice fields.
