i summon a skeletal horse, i mount it and grab one of its ribs, holding you withhe other, and i start riding towards the car factory, since that is where the majority of the metal is

‘im probably not the best person to explain it,but this is how i under stand it. you have control over the dead remains of a particular area, the birds are pigeons, very common in cities, i could raise hundreds more, if i was in Africa, i could raise lions and elephants. the more things i summon at once, the more energy it consumes, if i run out of energy, i go into what i call a ‘death trance’, basically i suck the energy of living things near me, it wont kill them though.
