*Phoenix looked towards where Noloty was pointing at then back to her. To get a closer look, Phoenix flies over to where the three figures were standing. As it landed right in front of them, it spreads its wings and changes into a more solid form, minimizing its cosmic flames to avoid any bodily injury. Phoenix lowers its head then quickly lifts it up upon recognizing who it was. A memory quickly flashed into its mind and remembered the encounter at the bakery. It remembered its aura.* Lady Helena! Phoenix taps into Helena’s mind then speaks* She’s there yet her mind had wandered deep into the cosmos. I can reach out to her but… *looks to Noloty* …I would like to share what I’ve heard while flying across Skyrie and if possible, make a suggestion.

*A spark of light would lit up the region of Satou Arcanum as it was heading towards the calling. As it reached closer to its destination, it can be clearly seen what it was. Phoenix had reached towards where Noloty was and looked down at her. It would lowered its head to take a closer look at the one who called. It’s golden eyes would just gaze at her for just a few minutes then lowered its head even more making its beak reachable to a touch* Goddess Urd! *Phoenix has the ability to look beyond any physical creature it encounters, including those in human vessels. Being a cosmic being of pure psionic energy, it’s capable to see auras and perceive even the most hidden intent or emotion. Phoenix tilts its head a bit to see eye to eye and speaks in its cosmic voice* I heard your call and I can see you are in distress. Please elaborate the reason for your calling.

Greetings Class! Today we will discuss “Channeling your Emotions while using Telekinesis” Now this is a very important topic since emotions can be the drive on how you will use your telekinetic powers, especially during combat! *leans against her desk and continues with her class*
Now, the gateways of expression for your mind are called emotions. They are also outlets for the immense energy contained in your body. Whenever you feel extremely positive about anything, your heart just feels like bursting with happiness! These emotions are also factored by the vibrations that are generated in your surroundings. Hence, try to enhance your energy levels, and harness them by doing activities that will make you more positive and energized. However, there are negative emotions also, like anger and aggression. Prominent examples of telekinesis have been observed in children and adolescents, who cause objects to move under the pressure of sudden hormonal surges and oscillating aggression levels. But it is always good to imbibe more positive energies in the long run to undertake this method. Thus, along with meditation, try out some exercises to enhance your emotions. This can be achieved by reading good books, or by listening to mantras. Hence, meditation followed by channeling the emotions will guide you on how to use telekinesis easily.
