*Apple does a bit of shopping for herself to prepare for the Lunar New Year. She’d never actually been to the Phoenix Peak in her old world, nor the one in this world, but had a school friend from that area so she’s a little familiar with the culture. She wanders the streets looking for something to eat.*
Let’s see, there’s gotta be a place that does veggie wantons. I’m craving a veggie wanton, I want one!

*While she searches she catches sight of Jean partially engulfed in flames, but before recognizing her gets thrown into a panic.*
Wawawawawa! Help! Help! Someone’s on fire! *She frantically searches around for something to put out the fire and ends up using a cooking pot filled with lukewarm water from one of the noodle stands to try and extinguish her.*

*Although Apple isn’t taking the exam for it, she attends one of Miss Grey’s classes at a time that doesn’t clash with any of her own. She tries focusing on her pencil case after reading the notes about telekinesis, but instead her emotion radar activates and she sees coloured auras coming from everyone in the classroom, and even the auras in the class next door. These auras are a different colour depending on what emotions the people are feeling.*

Ohh, pencil case didn’t even budge… *She looks at the contents page of the textbook, then raises her hand.* Excuse me Miss, are we going to do the lesson on ESP today? I think my power is something similar to that.

Yes sir, I’ve been studying lots and getting good marks in most of my tests ^-^
I was wondering exactly that, whether I should be a superhero. I’m not sure if courage, outstanding achievements or noble really describes me. I’ve just got a good heart I think.
I’m still thinking of doing it to inspire children to do good, but maybe there’s a way to do that without risking my life. I think I’ll look up other careers and try lots of things like you said!

I’m not really yokai or human, but am closer to being human. I’m actually a Swarmling (original race I made up) and Katie got me a yokai watch!
My favourite yokai from the series are of course the bugs like Cadin and Enerfly, so I will probably be collecting medals from them mostly.

I haven’t seen that many sci-fi movies but I think I heard one of my brainiac friends from back in the old world mention those warp drive things when she was building a… what was it again? Hyperdimension Repulsor Field or something like that. I think it was like a bubble that stops people teleporting in the house.
