Asona looks at the two sticking her tongue out playfully before looking back at Jan, “We should probably try and get out here before they try and throw another net or something it can be a bit dangerous” she says calmly while being being cautious of her surroundings a bit more.
-
“Hm?” Asona looks at Jan with a strange look, “what’s wrong?” she says before noticing the net, “Watch out!” she says out loud and quickly pushing him out of the way of the net. “And here I thought that my family was lying about people trying to capture mermaids..” she says while becoming more cautious of her surroundings.
-
“Hello! Are you out on traveling as well?” Asona asks curiously to Jan getting a little closer to him, “Or do you live around here?” she continues on.
-
Asona looks at Jan and gives off a happy smile as she waves towards him, “He seems like a good person, hopefully they’re nice” she says to herself wondering if she can trust Jan or not.
-
“Hmm..maybe if I find another goal to complete I probably will end up focusing on it more but in the end it feels weird to just completely abandon my old life..and I’m not a hero type of person I know that for sure!” Asona says confidently swimming ahead a bit before pausing at the sight of the other mermaid, “Ah another mermaid!”

“Hmm..I always thought responsibilities as something that would need to be done eventually even if you don’t like it. So even though I might be avoiding them now I feel like eventually I need to face them someday when I feel the time is right to do it.” Asona says peacefully to herself, “It’s probably for the best for me to do what I’m supposed to anyway, I don’t really have any other plans to follow out once I’m done with my exploring and story collecting.” she continues, focusing more on her personal thoughts than the actual conversation.

“They’re small problems my sisters just have a bit of a superiority complex, they all think they’re better than me no matter what I do.” Asona says with some disgust before looking back at Theon “If you reject your responsibilities what will you end up doing? Even if they’re a pain to do aren’t they important to do in the end?” Asona asks as she looks at Theon, “Abandoning responsibilities is a bad thing isn’t it? It’s okay to try and break a way from it for a bit but they’ll still be there, they still need to be done.” she says with some concern.
-
“Responsibilities suck, if only I could just go in life without them then everything would be much better but eventually I need to pay attention to them and take the same paths my mother set out for my older sisters even though all their lives sucks.” Asona says in a irritated tone before looking back at Theon, “that’s a long time for people to notice you went missing, I know for sure my family noticed as soon as they couldn’t find me but I doubt they care too much about it except for some of my siblings and my mom maybe…well more for other reasons..” she says unsure of her statement, and beginning to question herself a bit more.
-
“I have a twin brother that hunts with the our older brothers so he convinced them to let me hunt with them every time they went hunting so it was always a lot of fun.” Asona says happily, “we even kept it a secret from our parents for a while until we got found out for it but I didn’t get in too much trouble from it since they backed me up a bit.” she continues smiling a bit. “But then my mom started getting all serious about me growing up and how I was being childish for hunting with them so hunting started to become something harder to do with them recently…” she says slightly with dissapointment.
-
“I used to have hunting competitions with my brothers to see which one of use would get the most food for the week, those days were vert fun especially when we played in teams. but we never had any challenges on stabbing certain areas of the fish.” Asona says happily thinking back to her hunting days. “Ah I miss hunting with my brother, well the good one” she says smiling a bit.
-
“Something like that I guess. I love dark places, my brothers would sneak me with them to hunt in the dark with them and it was always fun but more than anything else it’s a place to escape from all the bad things. In the dark no one can see or hurt you and it’s like you don’t exist anymore. It’s kinda peaceful, so I always would hanged out in the dark alone.” Asona says shrugging a bit, feeling that she was being too dark she decided to bring up a more positive topic. “So what type of fish are we gonna find here?” she asks curiously.
-
Asona stopped swimming a bit thinking over what Theon said, “you do make a very good point..there are other species here than what I am usually used to hunting especially since I mainly hunt in the dark…” she says as she plays with her knife a bit, “guess that means I’m gonna have to do things a bit more differently, I’ll let you lead the hunt unless you ever decide to go hunting somewhere dark and deep then I’ll take over from there.”
-
“I would love to go for a hunt!” Asona says excitedly as she clutched onto her knife with a hard grip she loved hunting and couldn’t wait to go out and do it. “It’s the opposite for me my brothers, sisters and even my mother and father always insults me to my face. They really don’t care and I guess we’re always truthful so people always believe what I say when I tell them something.” she says while she swims ahead of Theon looking for a hunting spot that might be a bit more familiar to her.
-
“I know I’m weird that’s for sure, I mean my family always called me the weird one out of all my siblings!” Asona says smiling a bit to herself. “I usually answer things truthfully unless I really need to lie. But you know what’s so great about it is that since I’m so truthful it’s hard for people to pick apart my lies from my truths.” she says giving off a slight evil laugh, her face looking a bit more sinister than usual before she returned to her normal innocent look. “I’m gonna go get a knife and a belt then!” she says cheerfully as she swims over to another merchant and purchases a knife with a detailed silver hilt with a sharp blade and a brown belt to hold her knife around her waist. “I feel complete once more!” she says happily before giving the leftover coins to Theon.

“I’m pretty sure scars don’t improve ones hotness but I suppose that some people will probably find a couple battle scars appealing or attractive for a guy to have. So I guess it would probably make you look a bit more hotter.” She says smiling a bit at Theon.
