*At the Temple of Bau, Inuyassha and his brothers Ranma, Ryoga and Koga were fighting what seemed to be an endless army of zombies. Inuyassha had made his way close to the box that the monk sat on. He couldn’t tell at first if the monk was benevolent or if he had been tainted. As he got closer he was able to see the situation more clearly. The monk sitting on the treasure chest slowly began to open his eyes, the closer that Inu got to him while the group of monks surrounding the treasure chest wildly swung their naginata around wildly. Inu didn’t want to hurt these monks so he fended their weapons off with his sword and when he could, he knuckle punched the monks on the head in order to knock them out. But for some reason this method wasn’t working.* What gives?

*Inu heard his brother* I know! You don’t have to tell me. *Inu’s task now was to get across the sea of zombies to reach the monks that were protecting the artifact. But he wasn’t sure if the monks themselves were in on this or if they were fulfilling their roles of guarding the artifacts. And yet, Inu knew, that regardless of what was happening. He had to get the item in that chest.*

*Inu nods to Ranma and takes out his sword.* Alright! Sounds like a plan. *He then runs off ahead of Ranma. As he runs into the temple, he senses a strong aura. The closer he gets, he also smells death. But what he the scent he was picking up was that of corpses. As he gets close he sees that one monk is sitting on top of a glowing treasure chest. The chest is glowing, the monk is sitting on it with his legs crossed and his hands on some beads chanting some prayers. there are a few monks circling him hold beads on one hand and long fighting sticks on the other. They were fending off what looked like rabid humans. But then Inu’s eyes widened.* Zombies? *He then saw the corpses of some dogs on the ground.* No! This can’t be happening!

*Inu watches Koga and Ryoga walk off. He then turns to Ranma.* Ranma bro, I do hear a sound, but it’s faint. I hear the rattling of feet and something similar to hissing sounds but that’s about it. I really want to rush into the temple. There might be survivors or something may have gone wrong.

*Inu growls a bit* The dogs that are usually around the temple, aren’t here either. I’m not liking this one bit. We need to go in right now! I need to know what’s going on!

*The brothers quickly picked up their things. Headed towards the river to catch some fish, grill and eat them and then they continued on their journey. Inu would sigh as he thought of both Yura and Yuri of the demon hair. Sometimes the past would come back and haunt you in some way or other. He wondered if he would be able to rest until his own family was avenged if they were killed in battle. But he knew that Ranma was right, it was self-defense and even this time as well. He looked back and then looked forward.* Best not too think too much on that. *Then the brothers continued to walk on the path towards the Temple of Bau.*

*Inu was now on a branch close enough to her to fight her with his blades of blood and with the hairs cut down by Koga, he felt no need to take out his sword.* Never you mind about my brothers, they can take care of themselves. *Inuyassha released several blades of blood attacks on Yuri to keep her in the same place and to cut down the hairs.* Tch guess I’ll have to use my sword!

Inu kept his ears up and listened carefully for any sounds and later on, when his brothers were sleeping, he made sure to keep the fire burning and he could have sworn he heard a voice. He stood and looked around but the sound seemed to disappear.* Damn it!
