Aena:
“Where to? I want everyone to return to the field between The school and the woods. I’ll stay here and quickly collect all the plants that I need for a demonstration. In fact, I want Mr. Takra to go with them to make sure they get home safely.”
-
Aena:
“This is not logical enough to be a discussion. We should all leave. This is dangerous and I would be greatly displeased if anyone gets hurt more. I think we should try the best to avoid them and let Mr. Bryne, Mr. Takra, and me to take care of the ones we accidentally provoke.”
-
Aena:
“Yes, indeed. Everyone, we should leave. I’ll give the lesson from the very fringe.”
She stopped shaking and forced everyone back to their starting position.
“Mr. Dakota, can you move? You’ve done something incredibly reckless. Let us make haste.”
Tom:
Tom tried his best not to seem rude, “I can heal you completely once we’re safe. We should hurry. I can sense a larger group of them.”
He kept it to himself but he felt dissatisfied with Aena’s handling of things.
-
Aena:
Aena rushed after the scream in the forest. She knew it was dangerous, but she had all the weapons she needed to protect the group. “Why weren’t you with the group, Mr. Dakota, I couldn’t even see you.”
She listlessly applied first-aid like it was her protocol. She planned to just to a little bit in the field and do the rest in the classroom. Not immediately, she began to shiver and feel heavy. It was a emotion she felt before, fear.
Tom:
Tom was most acute at sensing demons, magic, and monsters, so he was able to follow Aena in. “You’re that kid who made it snow. Everyone, let me look at him. Often these wounds aren’t purely physical. No, you should be fine. A little miasma leaked into you, but it should be nothing.”
Tom didn’t reconize him, but he noticed another kitsune, not Kurama, but a minor one.
-
Tom:
Tom tracks the source of the magic or magic-like effect. “It’s not… It’s not hard to see you. I’ve noticed you twice.”
Aena:
“1…2…3…4…5. That’s everyone,” She stops when the snow lands on her. She switches to thermal vision to watch the snow better, because she’s rarely seen it, but instead she finds a student to be the cause of it. “That’s not very nice. Erm…,” she couldn’t recognize who it was since she just saw an outline. She chose not to worry about it.
“Alright everyone, We’ll be making a short walk into the edge of the forest. I want everyone to stay within earshot,” She said as she finally took steps towards her destination.
-
Tom:
Tom decided at the very least to take chalk with him. No respectable alchemist would be found dead without it. Unless of course, they could do it without, which Tom decided to research when he got back.
Aena:
“Thank you Mr. Godal. I’m glad I asked. I’ll be sure to be careful.”
Aena grabbed her maintenance supplies and walked towards the front doors. She called out over the intercom, “Will all the students coming with me report to the front door. We will be leaving shortly.
-
Tom:
Tom had a glass of tea and then he got ready. He brought with him a water bottle, mosquito repellent and a lighter. He put the lighter back as he thought he wouldn’t have that with him normally.
Aena:
Aena walked up to Godal at Lucy’s castle. Trying to be brief she said,”Mr. Godal, is it okay to use the nearby forests for a lesson?”
-
Aena:
“Hmm, The forest on the town’s outskirts is just the right size, though Mr. Godal said it was dangerous. We should all be fine since I can see through all the foliage, but I should go and ask permission. In the meantime, I want you all to prepare a bag with all the stuff you’d find if say, you were on vacation. You never know what you have to work with. We should leave in a little while.”
Aena disliked how she was called a machine, but didn’t say anything. She tried to find Godal from his heat signature and approached him.
-
Tom:
“I think I should learn survival techniques. I feel like I already know enough alchemy.”
Aena:
Aena stayed silent for a moment. Neither class would even apply to her, since her survival is based on her battery life and that she might not be able to use alchemy. Her curiosity got the best of her, “I think I should try to learn alchemy. Or better yet, I can just teach the others about wilderness survival from what I’ve learned from all the libraries.”
-
Tom:
Hmm, how curious? In that case I’m a slayer with a magical lineage, though my gift stemmed from pure practice and study. My master is able to do it too, she invented the ability: blank. And she’s purely human, a powerful one at that. That’s right, I should give her a call.
Aena:
Aena contemplated. It didn’t matter what type she was, thought it was obvious she was a mechanical type. She wanted to be human, but did it really matter? “Mr. Q, Have there been cases of gifted and talented living normally as humans?”
Just as she asked the question she noticed Ms. Tony and Mr. Ren passing notes. She whispered to them, ” I may not be teaching right now, but I don’t think you should be so idle.”
-
Aena:
Aena decided that she knew nothing about the subject, so she quietly took a seat and listened. She tried her best to hide her emotions. She had been ‘gifted’ with strong body and mind, but rather than that, her differences were liabilities rather than assets. She remembered all the things she had been called: daughter, girl, person, helper. But also she had been called mean things, too: tool, contraption, experiment, weapon, monstrosity. Her face remained static, though it took all her effort.
-
Tom:
“Ah maybe later, Kuze. I feel quite obligated to attend that class. And Aena, I take my leave. I’m sorry, I haven’t been treating you very kindly. I wish not to interfere with you two, so I’ll be off.”
He made his way to the source of the call and saw a weird irregularity in temperature. On further inspection using his blank ability, he concluded that it was a person. “Hello?”
Aena:
“Hmm, I should go to. I’m sorry Kuze, but I hope this gives you some time to rest.”
Aena rushed towards the room and ended up in that room before Tom. She presented herself to the other teachers.
-
Aena:
“I’m sorry. I was just excited,” She calmed down. “I haven’t rested fully in over forty-eight hours, with my longest recharge lasting about eight hours. As for having an assistant, I think I have to do this without. So far the actual work that belongs to me has been slight, since there are also two other new teachers. I wanted to help Mr. Godal, but now I’m another burden. I’ll work hard, but right now, I think I’ll call another sparring session like we had before in the courtyard. I’m worried about Mr. Takra’s bottled anger and Mr. Ren’s dangerous antics. Anger, yes, that’s what it is. Am I using these words right?”
She made the announcement over the intercom and plans another sparring lesson for the morning. “Thank you Kuze, now I know what I should do.” She bowed slightly because it was the only action she had enough energy to do and she also saw Ms. Miwa do it too.
Tom:
Tom walked over to Kuze’s location and handed him a statue of himself. “Kuze, isn’t it? I thought I’d give you this since I was sort of rude to you. Please forgive me. Actually, I’ve been wanting to spar with you for quite some time?”
-
Tom:
Tom gave no attention to the black helicopter until he sensed the superhuman on board. He would chase him down but first he had to prepare a welcome back gift or something. It would be better since he didn’t really talk to him when they both first arrived here. He decided on the old statue of Charlotte he had made out of gold, and reshaped it into Kuze’s figure.
Aena:
Aena left Ren to Mr. Jerrel, “You can do as you please, Mr. Jerrel. His wounds’ nature are not of those that are treatable by me. Also, don’t you dare call me ‘cute robot girl’, Mr. Ren.”
She got up and faced Kuze, her features became rosy and smiley, as if all the events of today didn’t happen. She even crinkled the skin around eyes when she smiled like she saw the others do. That adjustment was risky to make by herself. “Kuze, is that really you? I don’t know where to start. So much has changed but I feel the same and I’m a student teacher now, but barely any of the students respect me and lately I’ve been reading alot of books and I missed you and a student called me mother but he left and my speech has improved and lately I’ve been feeling down and I missed you.”
She got a hold of her self. A normal girl would be out of wind by now. “I’ve been happy with everyone but I’m glad to see you. Are you okay? I was really worried.

Tom:
Tom is idly drinking tea at this moment but he notices a spike in demonic power between Takra and some other people who he couldn’t recognize from his room.. It wakes him up from his day-dreamy state and he decides to leave the room for a jog. At his point he kinda sorta gave up on stopping conflicts.
Aena:
Aena, after seeing Mr. Ren just forget about Mr. Kaito, goes after the latter. “Wait, was there anything you needed, Mr. Kaito?” She was interupted when she saw Takra’s attacks.
She looks where Takra attacked Ren. “Mr. Takra, It is my duty to treat all students equally and to discourage violence on school grounds. However, these last few incidences have been quite justifiable, so I make exception. Even someone like I would know that those were important enough reasons. Please avoid conflict with Mr. Ren or avoid meeting him altogether,” she said weakly.
She rushed off to provide medical attention to Mr. Ren.
