*The drinks, the food and the festive atmosphere made him feel at ease among everyone. It was a familiar feeling that at certain moments made him nostalgic. He know just about everyone at Rocky’s bbq since they spent so much time together at the hospital and the. The bed and breakfast where they practically resided together. Most of all they had become a tight knit community and great friends. He couldn’t ask for more.* Hey! Don’t eat all the shish kabob!! *As an S-class mage, he was hired to assist with some of the classes in both theory and training. On the weekends he sat with Glenn and Damiana going over lesson plans, discussing individual students and how they could help them further and the least fun for him was grading papers. He enjoyed watching the process of the students and was glad to be working.*

*One of the jobs he got was as a bodyguard for the young orphans that worked part-time at the Little SugarSweet Cafe Shoppe. He spent most of the day hanging around making sure anyone who came in to order something was polite to the young kids. He was there before opening and after closing just to make sure they were safe. He enjoyed the job and was able to get some of the bakery sweets while he was there and the kids amused him.*

*Staying at Ye Olde Sugar Mansion Bed and Breakfast was his favorite place and he felt at home there but sometimes he needed to have a small space for himself. Now that he was working and making enough to hold his own in this new world, he made sure to get an apartment in Akiba. This way he had his own private little get away that was close to the city when he felt like staying in the area. He took out a map and tacked it on the wall and circled the places his visited and those he still needed to visit, he circled in a different color. He then sat in the balcony and looked down at the energetic city.* What a vibe out there! Soon, it will be party time but first, let me make sure I pay my first month’s rent. *Heads to the office of the apartment complex to arrange payment with the manager there.*

*After doing some delivery jobs and assignments for the Sugar&Spice agency. Laxus was excited about taking some photography courses. * Yeah professor! Make me a professional, I wanna take photos of the sexy female models!
