She could only smile in response, thinking that it must have been nice to have a sibling. She didn’t remember much of her family, but it wasn’t like she really minded at the moment. Though the thought of having someone like a family member worry about her made her heart feel warm, it was probably better for her to be alone. At the offer of getting something to drink, she noticed her drink was halfway done, but she shook her head to decline politely, “No, it’s fine. You don’t have to do that for me.”

She figured he wasn’t much more of a threat, knowing that he was a Beta, and began to speak a little bit louder so he could hear her better, “I guess so..” She then blinked at his question, “Well, I think I’ll be here often, knowing the people that live in the apartment building that know me want me to interact with other people…” Her eyes then widened at the mention of her waiting for someone and just shook her head, “Oh no. I’m not waiting for anyone. I’m more of the type that just blends into the crowd, so I highly doubt any Alphas would be interested in an Omega like myself.” It wasn’t that she was putting herself down, she was merely stating how she sometimes liked being invisible for fear of making a fool out of herself.

Kiara looked up to see the man asking if she was okay, though she didn’t expect anyone to actually manage to see her existence when she was silent. She usually blended into the world, a trait she loved and hated at the same time. She let out a sigh of relief the moment he told her he was a Beta and not an Alpha since she did not feel prepared to actually be approached by one. On his first question, she only nodded quietly, but then she opened her mouth to respond, “I’m Kiara Manson.. This is also my first time here…” Her voice was soft, something she usually did when it came to responding to those kinds of questions, but her shy behavior would always get the best of her.

Kiara frowned as she watched what was happening between the alphas, not having expected to see such a thing in the club. She was new to all of this, but she wasn’t expecting a couple of alphas to behave like that. She only stayed quiet from her spot, taking the cup of soda and began to drink it quietly. She felt scared being around alphas, even though she wasn’t even near them, but just watching their behavior made her feel frightened. She turned around so she was facing the bar and not attract any attention whatsoever.

Kiara walked inside, having a slight feeling of courage just for coming here on her own. She couldn’t help but fiddle with her dress a bit, becoming nervous from the amount of people that were around. She noticed an empty stool at the bar, making a faint smile appear on her face when she saw it, and proceeded to walk over to take it. She knew she would be surrounded mostly by Betas and Omegas, with the occasional Alpha walking in and going into the Alpha room, but it didn’t mean that she came here to attract any attention. She barely talked, only doing so when it was necessary and those times she would have a soft tone. A soft sigh escaped her lips until she noticed the bartender walking up to her, “Anything I could get you, miss?” Kiara thought for a moment before leaning forward so the bartender could hear her, “Can I get just a soda, please?” The bartender blinked for a moment, only to give her a smile afterward, “Coming right up, dear.” She watched him walk off to get her order. She didn’t know why exactly she came here on her own free will, but then she remembered when her landlord offered her to go to the Grey Wolf Club since she needed to see new people instead of just working and going back to her apartment like she usually does. She only hoped that she wouldn’t attract any attention to any Alphas around, not that she wouldn’t mind entirely.
