Tenebrae wasn’t too caught off guard when the Onaga fell, taking Chaos with him. She let go of the tattered remains of a soul to allow it to end up wherever it would go. Then she stepped around the middle as shields began to get recalled and stood up in front of the eldest and looked down to see his eyes. She smirked and said, “It was great not assuming you were going to kill me for once.”
Venir had also released the soul bits, seeing as it would be in great distaste to keep it and completely useless. He watched Tenebrae’s towering form and as she spoke, he wanted her to shut up. But he twitched in his attempt to smile and said, “You came late.” Then he looked down her a moment and saw a closer look at the souls forming in her. He looked back up and said, “Four children?”
Tenebrae looked at him with sheer surprise then down at herself knowing she certainly wasn’t showing yet. She looked back up at him and said, “Are you looking at my soul?”
Venir chuckled a bit and said, “Their souls. One appears to be tainted before birth, what a shame.”
Tenebrae clenched her fist and turned away from him, taking a few steps before she looked back to him and said, “If you weren’t a sick fucker I would punch you in the face hard enough to make your head spin, perv.” She walked away from her brother and went to Noob before he pulled her, she had no one else she really wanted to talk to after that encounter. She bowed her head a bit and said, “I am sorry for breaking the chains and coming to help. I would have stayed but the call was so desperate it was burning my neck. Please forgive me.” She then felt the sudden grip of the chains and smiled to herself, being pulled back into the fiery pit from where she hadn’t meant to escape. She was happy to see herself back in her following and said, “By the way, going into that place where the call reached me was his idea.” She pointed at Sub-Zero.

Venir walked from the encounter and had a legitimate smile that he couldn’t hide. He enjoyed checking that out and her concern just proved that this would make her weak. The perfect child was certainly no longer a target. He looked over at Dahk and his smile faded, a near look of a lion who’d found an injured field mouse after a month of starving. He walked over to the situation and noticed what was truly going on. He stared into the soul, nearly perfectly dark and yet it seemed just a shell. He decided since some were gathering, he would stay and not take it unless he found an opportunity.

Zerek got out of position and took a deep sigh. He was relieved that there wasn’t any major loses. He did see Weren sustaining his brother and for that, he took his blades and placed them in their slots on his arms and placed their sheathes on slowly. He knelt down and bowed his head, placing his hands on his lap and he wouldn’t directly stare and left enough room to breathe.

Regir pulled what loose sand he could back, knocking loose their purifying crystals. He didn’t feel like taking the pain any longer from its burning. He looked to where the siblings were gathering and knew something was going to happen that he would not like to be around for. He stayed anyway, standing in place as he watched with unwavering eyes beneath his cloaks.

Deverik watched his son approach and expected something far more hostile but as his son bowed and removed his mask, he couldn’t help but smile. His words danced through his mind as they were spoken, his eyes never leaving. Once he had finished speaking and his head bowed once more, he removed his mask out of respect and even the full head gear. Brown hair fell out and reached below his shoulder blades until he bowed his head to his son and said, “I have always forgiven you. I plan on protecting you all but if you must travel to learn, I understand. Please return to me, someday. Just as I had to eventually return here…” His voice was solid but showed his pride and his despair. He did not want to see him be out of reach but he himself had once wanted to roam and he would not deny his son the chance. He placed his mask back on and moved to head back to Earth, only stopping for a moment to walk over to Weren and Dahk. He saw that Dahk was in dire trouble so went to him, kneeling down and removing his mask again before placing his hand on his brother’s chest to let him know he was there for him for this moment.

Vendict cheered as the army was vanquished and his faction celebrated by cheering with him. He then looked back to the gathering group and placed his stance at an attentive but slightly relaxed. He looked to his army and said, “All of you, take different ways back to base. Let no one follow you. I need to attend to something.” He watched them begin to scatter, him smiling only a moment before he returned to being serious. He walked to the grouping and saw Dahk, his head bowing in respect and saying nothing from that point on.

Kaos growled as the army had gone, seeing that they were gathering somewhere else as the siblings went to what smelled like Dahk and Weren. She just stayed in her blue flaming lioness form and chewed on the remains of raised army that fell.

Weren kept hold of Dahk even when the darkness was receding back into him. Dahk pulled to move away but Weren grabbed him by the shoulder and kept his tranquility on him. Dahk raised his hand and wiped away the blood coming from his nose. He spoke out, “Please, release me.”
“No,” Weren said and began to lower Dahk to the ground. “If I let go of you… You’ll drown in your own blood…”
Dahk went down and laid with his brother still holding him. He knew that he wouldn’t last and saw some of the siblings gathering, this made him chuckled but it only made him cough out some of the blood that was flowing slowly into his lungs from expending himself. There was only Weren’s ability keeping his blood flowing slow and his organs slowed down enough to keep him from dying but enough that he wouldn’t die and could speak. He felt Deverik’s hand on his chest, looking at him in the eyes he said, “I want your son… to kill me… Terror… I told him I would only die by him… Darkness for darkness…” He had been gurgling and only paused to cough up some of the blood.
Weren sighed and slowed down his internals more, making sure he didn’t kill him but that he wouldn’t be suffering from drowning in his own blood.

Teror growled and sat down at the end of the battle, the gathering around a dying sibling didn’t interest her other than the smell of the blood. She wanted to taste it but she would restrain. Her own form of respect was her paw hitting her mark and leaving for her faction.

Kael howled at the end of the battle, this was a victory. He thought of turning and slaughtering his siblings and the others but there was far too many. He smacked his mark and teleported away.

Queno walked to Quona and scooped her up. They didn’t want to be bothered with staying or teleporting again. They just walked into the sunset.

Myra pulled her metal back into armor, falling to the ground on the glass dome and sliding off. She saw the grouping around Dahk but didn’t give a shit. She tapped her mark to teleport to her faction.

Just sighed at the end of the battle and watched the gathering. She walked to the grouping and could only look at Deverik with what could be noticed as sheer envy. She didn’t make a sound, though, and removed her homemade mask in respect. She couldn’t keep her eyes on who she was supposed to gaze at despite wanting to show respect, her want for what the lost brother had was glaring through.

Rorik placed his axe on his back and roared out at the end of the battle. He then turned and walked to the fallen brother as the others gathered. He knelt down and bowed his head.

Fung cooled himself off and sighed as his breath lit a light flame. He saw that the others gathered to a fallen sibling, that was just one more out of the way. He smacked his mark and teleported out of there.

Shuei warmed herself up and sighed with icey breath. She also witnessed the others gathering to the fallen brother and just went away, teleporting with a touch of her tattoo.

Deft saw to the end of the battle and just left. He had no thoughts on bothering with the other siblings for too long.

Trest wanted nothing to do with the others either. He teleported as soon as he could.

Li and Lin followed in suit, leaving once the battle was done.

Despara held her staff against herself, light receding into her. She went to the gathering and saw Dahk. She planted her staff into the ground and knelt down on both knees, holding the staff to keep her up. She bowed her head and closed her eyes.

Der fell to his knees when he heard in his mind Chaos’s last words to him. Then he felt a massive change, raising back to his feet and feeling his emotions much more contained and controlled. He felt rage, things getting shifted on his body to form scaled armor. He exhaled as the powers settled into his form and a feeling of needing to get back arose. His eyes locked on Terror, the source of the rage he was feeling and attempted to let it go. This was not the case as the sudden on put had given him what he wanted, and now his want was vengeance. Chaos was just fine until Kombat, everything was fine until he showed up and was taught. He withheld going after him and instead was pulled through to ChaosRealm. He looked around and it was restored, a smirk coming to his face as he had seen some of his faction roaming randomly about. Then he realized, they weren’t his faction anymore but his true people making him smile more that he could have this, his perfect home. For now, he was quelled.

Tamereth quelled her flames and sighed, watching Deverik and his son. She had always been grateful to her brother for letting her faction on EarthRealm and from time to time gotten to see Terror and Dread from a distance. She smiled a bit at somewhat listening in but as soon as the siblings were moving to the fallen Dahk, she felt it right to come in as well. She stood behind Deverik, a few steps away with her eyes searching through the other siblings, making sure none of them made a move. She knew he could handle it but she felt she owed him. Out of respect, she lowered the cloth she used to mask the lower half of her face. A portion of her lower jaw appeared to be missing, muscle and bone being clearly visible but she didn’t seem to see it as something to be ashamed of for the moment. She bowed her head and allowed her eyes to close.

Termak was relieved at the battle ending so quickly, but as the others gathered to the fallen brother, she couldn’t stay. She needed to get back to Edenia so she did a quick bow and shed a single tear before tapping her mark, sending her back to her lover.

Domme smiled when the fighting was done. She noticed blood on her hands and just rubbed her fingers together to help it dry then fall off. She turned and smirked when Terror was with his father. She then blushed a bit when he came over to her. Once he spoke she lost her smile but she understood. He had been showing her such wonderful things and he wanted to explore out of his normal too. She said, “Just don’t come back to me as a corpse, okay? Not even an undead one.” She folded her arms and smiled to show her teeth to him. “If you come back dead, I’ll kill you.”

Sepht giggled when she was picked up by Dread, smiling back to him. She heard his question and said, “I don’t much like it here anymore. EarthRealm it is?” She nestled her head in against his, legs crossed so no one else could look into her private parts.

Tenebrae woke the next day and let out a sigh, eating her share then getting right back into training. Today was going to be different in the training, only Sub-Zero standing before her as he said, “You are going to learn how to incorporate your natural abilities in with what I have been teaching you.” He walked up to her and placed his hand on her chest and said, “Every being living and dead have souls. You knew this and even took advantage of it. You can manipulate others souls and with that you can also manipulate your own.” He removed his hand then said, “When you learned how to use Smoke’s teleport abilities, that was a key to opening up how to teleport on your own.”

“There’s no way I can teleport,” Tenebrae spoke to him with a half chuckling tone, “I’m half my father and I have a feeling he couldn’t do it.”

“You’re more than just half your father,” Sub-Zero instructed without batting an eye, “You are half with Shang Tsung, he can teleport. Half of your father is Shinnok, he can teleport. Your uncle, Raiden, could teleport. So why can’t you?” Right as she opened her mouth to speak, Sub-Zero spoke over her, “Because you have never tried.” He patted her chest right above her bosoms and said, “Instead of feeling souls outwardly, I want you to focus inward. Then I want you to will your soul to appear behind me.”

“I can’t do that,” Tenebrae said, “That sounds completely impossible.” She closed her eyes and tried anyway. She could feel her soul but couldn’t get it to move as he asked. She sighed and said, “There’s no way.”

Sub-Zero glanced her over and spoke seriously but with regret, “I may have to find someone to show you then.” He could only think of one who could help to show her in the NetherRealm, though he knew it was not a friend. It would be a risk to bring him there so he waved for her to follow him.

Tenebrae walked alongside him and said, “Where are we going?” She didn’t receive an answer and decided to push it, “Who are you taking me to?”

    “An enemy,” Sub-Zero answered sternly.

Tenebrae stopped walking a moment then caught up as she said, “An enemy? Why an enemy? Doesn’t that mean whoever they are will kill me just because I am with you?”

“Possibly,” Sub-Zero spoke with an unfaltering voice, “But we have someone following who won’t let him.”

Tenebrae peeked back and saw exactly who she wanted to see catching up. Kabal, Shang Tsung, and Sheeva had all decided to follow and were catching up fast but staying behind enough to not be considered a threat. Tenebrae looked back forward and said, “Let’s do this then.”

They walked up to a center that appeared to be specially built, almost like the prison but much smaller in comparison. They walked up to the guardian of the prison and Sub-Zero stepped to be in front. “We need to see him,” He gestured to Tenebrae and said, “He is the only one who can teach her for whatever Noob Saibot is planning.” The guardian gave a huff, opening the door and moving to the side.

Tenebrae moved to enter and felt her neck burning with dread and an urgency. She stopped the door from closing and said, “Sub-Zero, would you help me I need to go.”

“Go where?” He asked her, noticing her resisting touching the mark on her neck. “Oh, then you must take us all.”

“I won’t,” she spoke, “so I will go alone.” She let the door slam shut and placed her hand on her neck, getting ripped to the battle. She took a deep breath and saw all of them present. She heard Onaga’s claim and chuckled, more so when he asked who ruled. She saw Deverik about to step up, utterance about to leave his mouth but she yelled out, “Only the true children of Khan are the rulers here. Deserters not included!” She heard the words of Terror and laughed in joy, she was excited. She was on the opposite side of Onaga from Venir so she decided to lock onto Onaga’s soul. She focused herself and used her hand to tug on the soul in her direction, making sure that if others nabbed it, she’d only match their force to keep it still.

Venir has seen Deverik about to step up, this meant something. Then the mention of the Kamidogu, it should have been so obvious that he’d been asking the wrong questions. Now he knew what to ask. He then focused and saw what Tenebrae was doing, watching the soul be tugged backwards. He canceled his skulls and planted himself firmly to the ground and focused on the soul. He tugged back if the soul could be nabbed by them both to aide the hit. He did notice something with Tenebrae though, four souls forming next to hers. He would ignore it for now and work on what he needed to to finish this.

Zerek smirked as words were crossed and raised his one blade exclaiming, “the guardians of the other realms and we Khan bow to no one!” He made sure to get right back into a fighting stance. He was going to attack if Onaga tried to run or if the army invaded in.

Regir smiled beneath his robes and his blade fell to grains, each tiny blade falling to the earth and rushing to Onaga. They would encircle and create a swirling storm of sharp sand, the few drops of metal that landed on them only making them more deadly. He assured holes were left for Terror and Dread to get their attack through without disrupting the storm. Once they’d pass through he’d make the storm into a solid wall of sand, hoping a fire sibling would lock it up and leaving only a tiny hole for them to assure what happened inside.

Deverik was about to stake claim, but Tenebrae showed up. This was the very first time he’d seen her. The words of his children and of his siblings made him have an overwhelming sense of pride. Even though attacks were being thrown and distance was required, he wanted to run in and purify the soul. Before he could stop himself, he was halfway there and the swirling sand stopped him. He then added ice shards to the grains, each bit of the ice coated in some of his purification sorcery. If any would hit a tainted being, it would now burn a bit but not fully purify. He had his two masters where one threw bindings at Onaga to pin him while the other shot ice.

Vendict smirked at how well the gathering was, working like an invincible army. Through the cracks of the ice, he could see movement. He decided to tap his emblem, grabbing his faction then teleporting them outside of the dome to begin to slice and slaughter the risen army. Vendict held his four swords firm and sliced at anything that moved and wasn’t a part of his army or any other siblings or factions that would help him.

Kaos could smell the army outside, her roar ringing out as a battle cry as she swiped her paw to her mark, chasing and gnawing at anything that was not belonging to siblings or her siblings. She would use her flames to make it so Dahk couldn’t register her, a blind spot for her to run and kill in.

Weren was going to spread his tranquility to sooth and possibly slow Onaga but he witnessed a sibling in trouble. Dahk was struggling, and bad. He ran to him and placed his hand on the back of Dahk’s head and carefully laced his tranquility through Dahk’s mind and body, attempting to use what he would usually use to kill to aide his failing brother. He had to with hold most of his power to not calm him too far.

Teror growled and as some of the others went outside as she roared in agreeable to words being said. She stayed in the main area in order to help attack if Onaga escaped.

Kael howled with excitement as the grouping heated up. He smelled the action outside and pawed his mark to join the slaughter out of the ice and metal dome. He ran and made sure that he attacked only things not of his siblings and not his siblings them selves, anything else that moved would feel his fangs.

Dahk began to feel things moving, his power spreading out as it fed off the darkness. Soon, all of OutWorld was covered in his darkness and he could feel the movements increase. Despite his very limits being pushed, he pushed them further. He raised the darkness he had encircled around Onaga to attempt to trap his feet there. He felt warmth moving down his face from his nose and then peace. His brother’s hand allowed him to focus and move his shadows faster. He knew this was pulling at him and his body was feeding off himself to aide his power. He felt fine but he was spilling his own blood to make things so.

Queno made no sound, staying ready to attack. He wanted to be sure there was still no way out.

Quona wanted to go out but seeing Queno stay, she stayed and waited.

Myra melded through her metal to another plate but pulled the melting plate back together with more metal, melding back through when the circle stopped dripping and send shards towards Onaga.

Just aimed her wrists at the center and shot frozen shards towards Onaga. She made sure it was relentless and ran around the circle, making sure to go from all angles but without hitting a single ally.

Rorik growled and teleported outside as some of the others did. He spun his dual axe and ran into battle. He did as the others, attacking what moved that did not belong to a sibling or wasn’t a sibling themselves.

Fung waited and saw that Regir was setting up something fantastic. He watched the sand swirl and stood ready, waiting until it was solid. He shot flames at the sand and made it glass around Onaga.

Shuei saw that Fung was going to wait inside, her teleporting out at the commotion. She began to freeze anything that moved that wasn’t a sibling or their army.

Deft remained in, filled with a slight sense of pride. He decided to stay in case Onaga tried to run.

Trest also decided to stay, waiting and wanting Onaga to run. He wanted action.

Li teleported out to help the siblings outside of the shield.

Lin followed Li in suit to join in the outside action.

Despara spun her staff and put shields around every sibling and being she could. She even gave a shield to Noob and Smoke. She only shielded the ones in the dome. Her hope was high.

Der had almost bowed but the fact the others did not and instead attacked, he muttered under his breath, “I am so sorry…” He shot at Onaga with the bullets in his arm and would not watch. He chose not to.

Tamereth saw tngs were being handled but used her blue flames to help with the sand and attacking at Onaga. She fired them and helped make the glass when it was time to seal it.

Termak screamed out an excited yell. She focused her energy to her chest and shot her light from her chest. She aimed it right at Onaga, focusing so it wouldn’t go past him and just through him if it hit.

Domme smirked and teleported outside. She got into snake stance and began to jab at the enemies, her nails sharp and ready.

Sepht left and went with Domme, protecting her back from oncoming enemies. She was mimicking what her sister was doing but was punching instead of stabbing her nails into them.

Plague realized that War wasn’t going to talk to it and knew what was being done was what was needed. Plague walked back to its room and let what was being done alone. It was frustrated but more saddened. It decided to let its insects out and although it wanted to wear it’s dress, it didn’t. Things were going to be different now, it feared.

Somewhere in the world, black wings were silently hunting as they folded into the current human form. The male with black hair striding through the crowd unnoticed as he emerged from a dark alley in the city. Oblivious to the now lost horseman, he tread through the sheep like a wolf on the prowl. Looking into the humans around him, he was seeking something difficult to taint, something pure and stubborn to damn. His eyes locked onto a homeless man, a smirk stretching across his face. He was pure and kind. He made sure he wasn’t seen as he destroyed his own clothing to rags and dirtied himself. His form forced a beard and he took to an alley to take the man by surprise. He wobbled and sat next to him as he started, “seen any good today?”

The target looked over, the eyes of the other man hidden. “Just life.” The man replied. “So much evil and hate… Greed… That’s why I gave it up.” Lucifer looked up and into the man’s eyes, nearly giving himself away. “There is evil in you.”

Lucifer tried not to smile, “just life.” He turned to the man and placed his hand on his, letting things seep into him but the body rejecting. He said, “you look starved.” He took a hand into his pocket and took out what looked like a dollar. He forced it into the man’s hand and said, “go get yourself something.”

The man thanked him and Lucifer waited, watching the man as his form crunch. He changed into a different male, still black hair but holding the form. His clothing changed as he watched the male run into a store. The taint hadn’t worked as even though extra money appeared, he only got enough for himself and some others then gave the rest away. Lucifer sighed and took to the allies again, “I am so rusty…”

Bell’uomo felt the limo stop outside the hotel, stepping out of the limo and waving the driver to remain in his seat. His furry companion leaped out after him, the claws tapping on the sidewalk. Bell’uomo walked right in, heading to the hotel’s front desk and simply flashing his diplomatic ID. The clerk brought a bellhop to take him to his room but instead, he sent just his beloved pet with the man to settle in while he resigned back to the limousine. He sat down and checked the driver with a swift glance. It was the same so he shut the door and let him take off for the company.

“A volte mi sento troppo paranoico… (Sometimes I feel too paranoid.)” he muttered under his breath. He leaned his head back and watched the sky go by, his fingers tapping on the seat. He sighed and reached out for wine, this one did not appear to have any. He would much rather have taken it but it was a simple vice he would need to avoid before this meeting. He raised his head to look out the window, the gates of Universal Studios passing by as they headed to their executive offices. The glamour of the park was nothing without their droll offices and productions, let alone without the money of Comcast now.

Bell’uomo watched with eyes always aware on the streets around him. Unfamiliar territory that will be his. He saw the building coming up and smirked, two buildings next to one another and each were a target. Universal Studios and Xfinity. The limo stopped between the buildings and he stepped out, taking his briefcase and walking to the Universal Studios first. He stepped up to the building and paused, his breath exiting with his confidence in check. Stepping through the door, the wolf searched for his sheep, top floor.

Tenebrae seemed fine the next time she woke, hiding how she was feeling from everyone in the group. She looked across the grouping and heard that more were approaching. She stood and looked to see that the ones that had left before now seemed to want to speak. She stepped forwards and looked across them. Motaro, Kintaro, and Sheeva were the ones who stood before her and she bowed her head to them and opened her arms, welcoming them. They followed her back and despite some tensions, they all grouped up and seemed fine.
About the middle of the day, Tenebrae was starting to feel ill again. To their dismay, another had shown up, Frost. Tenebrae strode forward despite feeling ill again and prepared herself. She spoke out, “What is it you seek?”
Frost looked at her and said, “I want to fight but something has been stopping me.” She pointed her finger towards Sub-Zero.
Tenebrae chuckled and said, “What are you? A wuss?” She smirked then and said, “Everyone else came. They weren’t afraid of him. You need to balls up.” She calmed herself as she felt close to vomiting, speaking, “Your choice. Fight, run, or join.”
Frost ran forward and launched her fist at Tenebrae. Tenebrae pushed her fist to the side and winced a bit from some slight cramping. She then punched at Frost’s face, hoping to end it quickly. She made the shot and Frost fell over, just unconscious. Tenebrae was done trying to kill everyone who wanted to fight her. She walked back to the group and slid down into her spot and rocked her head against the wall. Kabal decided to ask her, “Are you alright?”
Tenebrae placed on her best smile and said, “Yeah.” Lying through her teeth but she didn’t want him to know. She looked and saw Sheeva and Shang Tsung talking, assuming it was about her since they kept looking. Kabal moved away and the two came over and made sure no one was in earshot. “What?” Tenebrae asked them.
“We think you’re going to have a child,” Shang Tsung spoke silently to her. “But we aren’t too sure yet. Are you feeling anything else other than the throwing up?”
Tenebrae looked at them both and sighed, “Yeah… I know you’re both trying to help but I have an urge to punch you both in the face…”
“Mood swing,” Sheeva pointed out, then receiving the punch in the face.
“Sorry…” Tenebrae said and curled up a bit, now feeling sad. “Then there’s just feeling full… I don’t really want to eat cause of it but I try to keep a schedule… So… Yeah…”
Shang Tsung smirked and said, “I will walk you through this if we’re right… Okay?”
Tenebrae nodded and leaned up, hugging onto him. He was a bit shocked from this action but he held her back. She just did this to hide herself on someone, even if it was just for a few moments. When the hug ceased she nodded again and said, “Thank you…”
Shang Tsung placed his hand on her shoulder and said, “I just hope you care for your whatever you may spawn more than what we could afford, if you will have one or some.”
Tenebrae smiled and said, “I will… and I hope you are right… I want to be able to prove I can.” She then sat back and slid herself up. She stood despite still feeling like crap. She had to eat something and decided to nibble on some of the meat she’d left behind from an earlier meal. It made her feel better to an extent. Then she looked and saw Frost had gotten back up. Tenebrae stood and walked back out, saying, “I suggest you stay down if you plan to attack again.”
Frost got ready to fight again but as Tenebrae stepped to get into stance, Sub-Zero stepped in front of her and got into stance. Tenebrae was about to tell him to get out of the way, but realized what good this would do. She stepped back and watched. Frost froze up but ended up running away. Sub-Zero teleported in front of her and knocked her back out with a quick hit to the head. He walked back to Tenebrae and said, “She needs to learn.”
Tenebrae smirked and said, “So do I… Would you be willing to teach me more?”
Sub-Zero looked at her and shook his head, “You are ill.”
“But I am ready and willing,” Tenebrae spoke with a strictness in her voice. “Some have to fight when they are ill, the enemy will not wait for recovery.”
Sub-Zero smiled behind his mask and got into stance. Tenebrae stanced up too and he moved out of stance to correct her posture a bit. Then he went in front of her and made her performed what she’d learned when he was inside of her and talking soul to soul. She performed each strike and he’d show her when she’d done wrong and help her perfect her stances. She would then turn and perform it again and again, always getting corrected when she got it wrong. She only stopped once mid-stance to curl over and dry heave. Sub-Zero placed his hand on her back and said, “You should rest.”
Tenebrae huffed and said, “I have rested enough… Just senselessly pounding people into the ground will not make me improve…” She stood straight up and said, “Come on, let’s do this.” She made him move and started the form over. She performed it perfectly and moved onto the next one, using the memory of what she had learned to perform it. He helped her through until it was one of her regular eating times, making her stop to go eat. He even stood there to make sure she did. When she finished, then he let her continue practicing. She went through every stance from start to finish until she felt satisfied then turned to Sub-Zero for application.
They sparred for a couple hours, him knocking her onto her ass many times but her getting right back up to fight. She got worn out and sick several times but she made sure to plow through it until he was satisfied with her work for the day. That was when she finally found a spot to just lay down and sleep. When she woke up, she ate and got right back into training. This time she went the first half of the day without incident. When she seemed ready to move her application to more than one person, Scorpion joined in. She had trouble getting the two opponent thing down and they went easy on her at first, though she was learning it quickly and getting the application down with only a few times of getting sick. They halted when it was time to make her eat again. She was having fun despite her issues and would head back up ready as ever when it was time for her to get back to training. She felt free while training with them, not really needing to restrain her strength since they could handle it. Then when she was getting good, they made Sektor and Cyrax join in and help her get it down further. Applying it to four was like two and she was getting it easier. After a few hours of sparring, the five of them stopped and just took a break.
Tenebrae went to Shang Tsung and Sheeva and said, “Well, I am still sick. Maybe you both are right.” She smiled and continued, “But we shouldn’t tell until it’s totally sure.”
Shang Tsung nodded and said, “Wouldn’t want to jump the gun but I already told most of them. Just so they would be careful with you.”
Tenebrae sighed and said, “Why weren’t you like this when… Oh…” She looked down and said, “Yeah you kinda died before you had the chance to really have interaction with me… Sorry…”
“Don’t be sorry,” Shang Tsung said, “You turned out great, even if you don’t take after your father as much. You stole souls right out from under a guardians nose and managed to evade him and convince him you had a noble goal. It was impressive.”
“But not a rouse…” Tenebrae spoke firm, “I will protect OutWorld… With my life.” She rubbed her thumb over the mark of her oath. “Even if it means damning myself…” She got up and walked out to get to training again. In this next session, they added Smoke in to see if could deal with five. Sometime during her fight, Smoke had disappeared and she’d have to adjust. The application only got easier and she seemed to be excelling. She meant to ask where he had gone but found that maybe it was something to do with Noob. She let it off her mind and stuck to routine. That was all she did the rest of the day besides eating and getting sick, sleeping only when it was her time to. She stayed replenished and was waiting, patiently.

Venir saw the shift and shoved his brother off, standing up and shaking his head when Onaga was revealed. Then to see so many begin to take aggressions towards the beast, he started to feel safe. He got back into stance and made green skulls appear around him, ready to send them at Onaga in a single notice. He was shaking a bit but he was going to fight through what fear had been taught to him and show he deserved what he was seeking.

Zerek had been distracted when Deverik was mentioned and blurted out, “But he’s dead.” This allowed Venir to shove him off easily. The moment the green occurred and Onaga appeared, he only had one thing to think about. He ran to his tarkata and gathered them, placing his hand on his neck to get his faction out of there. Once they were safe, he appeared back to them and sent out a call to any of the remaining siblings in OutWorld. He made sure the message rang out to let them know who the enemy was before they arrived. Then he readied his blades and stood firm.

Regir smiled beneath his clothes and was proud of such a nephew. Then he looked up as the green sputtered and tilted his neck to the right. A pop was heard then as the dragon stood as Onaga, he leaned his head to the left. Another pop before he centered himself and placed his hand out. Grains of sand traveled from his cloak and to his hand as he gripped his weapon of choice. He was even more proud of his nephew for threatening the creature. This would be an interesting battle indeed, especially with reinforcements on the way.

Deverik stood up after a few moments of his sulking and placed his hand on the portal again. He still wasn’t getting let through, so he started bashing himself on the portal. Then he felt a sudden lift as he tumbled through, making sure to roll on his shoulder and stand up. As he stood, he took in why he had been released into the area. A feeling of total dread flowed through his body as the thought of the reptilian before him and only one word could come to his mouth but was covered by his own breath, “Onaga…” He took then immediately to the offensive and saw his son taunting the beast to run. He decided to try to give it nowhere to run to. He shot out two ice balls, meant to miss the beast as the balls slid to a stop in the forms of his masters. They stood behind, ready to move as he was ready to strike. He looked over to see Noob and Smoke, only peeking but glad to see them.

Several siblings answered the call, appearing in a near circle around the being. First was a tall man, covered in armor except his head. His eyes glowed to hide their color beneath, his posture and precision in his steps suggesting he was in fact a soldier. Vendict drew his four swords and held them in his hands, holding a steady grasp as he prepared to help the oath he was called to. The next to the call burst from her calling in the form of a blue lion, fires of the same color as the fur licking off the beast to the air. Kaos let out a loud roar to the enemy, fangs and claws primed. The next came from his portal and a sense of peace emitted from him. He pulled out a crescent blade and wrapped it in his magics of tranquility. Weren then stood with a sideways stance, the blade primed in one hand while the other pointed forward at the enemy. Another showed in the form of their Animality, a red tiger with bloody eyes who seemed prime to just rip anything apart. Teror roared as well and primed claws, fangs bared. Following her was another Animality, this time it was not feline. A wolf as large as a human with blackened fur and red eyes howled a bloody battle cry as it reared back to growl at Onaga, Kael’s tail waving back and forth. Dahk walked through and raised his hand to Onaga, getting a feel of the darkness in the creature before taking those who were there and connecting the shadows, a ring of darkness so there was nowhere to run. He also borrowed the natural darkness of OutWorld to spread the shadows as far as possible, so if Onaga did manage to leave, he could track him. A large male with a smaller female showed up, the male chucking his partner to an opening on the other side. Queno and Quona then primed their hands and stood in similar stances, ready to charge in. The next female out brought metal upon her body, it flew out and formed platforms in a dome fashion. She passed through one and appeared upside-down, standing on the platform as if it was the natural ground. Some of the left over metal formed two blades in Myra’s hands. The next out wore a dark grey homemade Lin Kuei outfit, going into dragon style as she primed her wrist cuffs on to fight. Just cracked her neck and got slightly lower in her stance to ground herself. Next a half man half lion appeared holding a double ended axe. Rorik roared and snarled as he spun his blades and got into a fierce stance. Next, a male in red armor and a female in a blue dress strode through, the male making fires that didn’t disrupt Dahk’s darkness to further encircle the creature and the female filling in the cracks of the metal plates with ice. Fung and Shuei stanced up and got ready to go. Another to show out was a large bull, snorting and mooing loudly. Deft stamped his hooves and prepared to charge. The next to show had an armor that protected him from magic. Trest drew his blades and got into the dragon style stance. The next two to show were dressed in what could only be described as samurai armor, minus the helmet. Li and Lin stood in respective stances for Iado and Tai Chi. The supposed final to arrive was a girl wearing only wraps for a top and bore a staff covered in light magic. Despara swung her staff and pointed it at Terror, covering him with a shield as she yelled, “You can attack out, Onaga can’t get in. Five.” She stood in a ready stance. It had seemed that the call had reached out further than expected, Der rolling through and pulling out his blade and his gun, staring at Onaga and understanding who that once was as a tear rolled down his cheek. Next from EarthRealm came Tamereth and she lit herself up with blue fire, nodding her head to Deverik in respect before taking dragon stance. Termak came from Edenia to the call and was mostly nude, holding lights in her hands. Then Domme and Sepht showed up. Domme got into snake stance as Sepht in her nude glory exciting herself to raise her speed and got ready to attack. All but Tenebrae showed and were ready to attack.

Plague was about to speak on the matter but War covered it first. Plague fiddled with its ring one more time then took it off and placed it on the table. Plague skittered to get out of there before getting locked in and chose to ask War, “What is this about? Were we not all promised to fight as our own?” Plague looked down and said, “They’re expecting more than one body, aren’t they?” It looked back in as it was sealed and sighed. Plague was divided between throwing their sister to the wolves and wanting to help. This wasn’t right.

Tenebrae rose on their next ‘day’, walking to Sub-Zero as he was on watch. She just stood beside him and said, “I will take watch.”
“You’re the one we are protecting,” He spoke seriously, “I will continue my watch but in exchange I will give you information on your uncle.”
Tenebrae looked at him and then down. She gave a slight nod and said, “I would like to know.”
Sub-Zero smiled a bit behind his mask and said, “Your uncle and father are children of the fallen god Shinnok, who used to be of here. He is here, just no longer a god.” He took a deep breath and said, “Your uncle was a master of lightening. He became a Guardian of Earth Realm as your father was the Guardian of OutWorld. Your father fell, but Raiden rose to take the place of the god that fell. From what we know, it was simply old age.” He looked down but a moment as he turned to look at her, “He protected EarthRealm time and time again with his life. Placing it there even when he was full. He would even give up his powers for the protection of EarthRealm. He was very good.”
Tenebrae smiled a bit and said, “Thank you.” She looked at the ground as he turned to look back out, her raising her head to look at him again. “I wish I could have met him. I know that if he is residing in heaven as a soul that I will never meet him. I have already damned myself.” She chuckled a bit and then pat him on the shoulder, “At least now I know about him.” She was going to walk back to the group but thought of something and asked, “What makes someone a guardian? Obviously it doesn’t have to be good.” She turned and looked at him.
Sub-Zero peeked his head over his shoulder and said, “No… It’s the Kamidogu.”
Tenebrae walked back up to him and said, “The what?”
“The Kamidogu,” Sub-Zero repeated, “It is the epicenter of the realm, its functionality, the item a guardian is charged with protecting to protect the Realm.”
Tenebrae’s jaw dropped a little and then closed her fists. “Damn it…” She looked back up at him and said, “I get it now! I get it!” She suddenly hugged him then ran back to the group, tackling Kabal and forcing a kiss on him, “I get it!”
“Get what?!” Kabal spoke confused, trying to push her off of him.
“How to stop any of my siblings from ruling,” Tenebrae smiled and then got up off him, “Once Noob lets me out of here, my siblings are going to have hell to pay.” She looked into his eyes and said, “I need to finish here, find Reiko, then ask him where it is. Yemara said he knew the will. I can take the Kamidogu and protect my Realm from my siblings and reject the throne!” She placed her hands behind her head and screamed, “IT’S PERFECT!” She laughed a bit and then said, “You are an awesome group!” She then giggled and saw them all staring at her. She took a deep breath and said, “And… I… I would always visit. I am growing real fond of it here.”
“If he will let you visit,” Scorpion spoke up. “Usually a Guardian stepping into another Realm gets the Elder Gods in a fit, thinking it’s hostile.”
“Why would I be hostile?” Tenebrae questioned. “Yeah I have been thrown out in the past and did a few things I regret but… This is what is making me love it here. What will make me want to come back.” She looked across them and sighed, “I haven’t known some of you for long, but you had enough respect to try to help. I thank you and give my gratitude for it. That’s why I like you already.” She locked her eyes on Smoke and said, “Even you.” She then looked to Kabal and said, “You the most.”
The grouping seemed appeased with this but Kabal said, “Why me the most?”
“You don’t get the hint do you?” Tenebrae said, “I am head over heels about you.”
This was when it grew silent. He had nothing to say back. The silence continued until the group began talking again, sharing details and adventures, what they knew. Tenebrae always listened but Kabal wouldn’t join. When she went to sleep once more, the next day she found that she did not feel well. She plowed through the first fight of the day and went into the deepest part of the cave to hide her getting ill from the others. Smoke had followed her and held her hair back for her, walking her back to the group as he said, “You mustn’t hide this from the others. We’re here to help you.”
Tenebrae chuckled a bit and said, “You would come…” She expelled more and then breathed heavily. “The fuck is wrong with me…” She leaned on him a bit as he helped her back to the group.
Smoke spoke as they walked, “I don’t know. Maybe it is the food.”
“Last meat I ate did look undercooked,” She giggled as she went to her old spot against the wall. She felt like crap.
“It’s been sitting there for days,” Smoke commented as he helped her down.
“I’ll go get fresh,” Scorpion took off for the market that smuggled other realm’s food in.
Liu Kang rose from where he was sitting and came over closer to her to check her out and see if he could figure out what was wrong. Sektor and Cyrax went to the large amounts of meat the group had stored for her and got rid of it. Smoke decided to take the watch for the time and went to take his place. Sub-Zero got a container and placed ice into it, sitting it near lava to make water for her. Kabal decided since she had said what she did the previous day that he’d come and be by her side, holding her hair. She looked at him and said, “Do you care?”
Kabal thought about his answer and gave a nod. “Enough to stand by you.” He then corrected and said, “I don’t have strong feelings for you, but I admire you and hope you will be the Guardian of OutWorld.”
Tenebrae smirked and then saw Smoked get into stance, she then heard what was going on. Shang Tsung had appeared and he stepped forward saying, “I am not here to fight.”
Smoke glared at him and said, “Then what are you here for?” He didn’t back down, making sure to keep in the way between him and Tenebrae.
“I am here to see my daughter,” Shang took a step forward and said, “I wish to talk.”
“Now’s not the time,” Smoke said.
“Let him talk,” Tenebrae yelled out, just before leaning to her side and coughing up more of what little remained in her stomach.
Smoke moved out of stance and stepped to the side, letting him through. Shang Tsung walked through them and went to his daughter’s side and knelt, out of the way of where she’d expelled and said, “Tenebrae…” She looked up at him with her weakened eyes. “I came to say, where Shao Khan never seemed to care for any of you and your siblings… I had placed special care to make sure you all lived. Taking my soul angered me, but it proves you had taken some after me. I wish to stay.”
The grouping around Tenebrae looked to her for her answer. Tenebrae thought and said, “You may, mother…” Tenebrae smiled before she had her issue again, more just dry heaving as there was nothing left to come up.
Shang Tsung looked at her and said, “Sick?”
    “Food Poisoning,” Liu Kang interjected.
“Doesn’t look like it to me,” Shang Tsung placed a hand on his daughter’s back as she curled partly onto her side in her fits. “But we need to wait to see if I am right.”
The grouping tried their best to care for her through the day, someone always watching Shang Tsung. After hours, she had stopped throwing up but still felt sick, she didn’t complain of anything else but when it came ‘night’, she was ill again. She eventually passed out, sleeping well through her usual time.

Venir saw Chaos and prepared to attack as he seemed about to then the tail. What in the hell was going on. He calmed down and let the green sink back into him as all of the sudden, Dread and Terror were there and fused. He heard them ask in anger why they were in OutWorld. Venir turned to Zerek and said, “Why the hell did you summon them?!”
Zerek jumped at the fact Chaos was chasing his tail then to be demanded of answers from two he didn’t know and then from his eldest brother, he snapped at Venir, “Shut up it’s not your business!” He then looked to Dread and Terror’s fused self and said, “I am very sorry, you see I didn’t recognize the feeling and I was hoping you two would be helpful. I am Zerek, one of the Free. That lizard was going to attack us and the mark is a blood oath. I called you here with it and I apologize.” Regir just waved at the siblings and Zerek said, “And that’s Regir, he doesn’t talk… Much… I never heard him talk.”
Venir walked over and smacked Zerek on the back of the head. “Don’t pull who you don’t know into a serious situation!”
“I was seeking help!” Zerek said then shoved Venir.
“Seek it with who you already know will help!” Venir growled and shoved him back.
Zerek then tackled Venir and pinned him to the ground, “FUCK OFF!”
Regir looked to the two fused brothers and in a deep graveled voice said, “Apologies… My siblings are morons. Who are you from?” He tugged his robes to assure that not even his eyes could be seen through his robes.

    —————————————————————————————————————-

Domme smiled and was ready to see the world when all of a sudden, Terror disappeared. She had noticed him grasp the mark and ran to get back to the motorcycle. She hopped on it and pulled the throttle as hard as she could and held onto it tight. Balance wasn’t the problem, just trying to control it was. She tried to pretty much drive straight to the Shirai Kuei. Deverik had been staying near the portal and was suddenly nearly ran over by the motorcycle as Domme leapt off. She grabbed Deverik by the throat and said, “The fuck you do that for?!”
“Do what?!” Deverik pushed her hand from his throat.
“Summon him!” Domme took the opportunity to slap him.
Sepht wasn’t far behind and in the nude. “WHERE IS DREAD YOU ASS WIPE!”
Deverik made the temperature drop with his frustration but as he growled out at them his words were as fire, “ENOUGH!” The two backed down from him and went silent. “If they are not with you when they were and if I don’t know where they are, this can only mean that they were called elsewhere!” He then looked to the portal as he calmed down and said, “They could be anywhere…” He took a deep breath and looked back at them and said, “You both will spread out and find my boys.”
    “But!” Domme started.
“DON’T ARGUE,” Deverik commanded her and she backed down. He could feel heat and cold mixing on his arms, burning with both their sensations. Then he said, “Domme… Try ChaosRealm… Sepht… Try OrderRealm… I will try to pass through as well…” He turned to the portal and tried to walk into it. He was rejected from the portal and he growled at it as he said, “Let me look for my boys! Damn it!” He then thought of what he could do, the two sisters passing through to go to the two different realms. He knelt down at the portal and placed his hand where his mark used to be. He sighed and said, “I shouldn’t have ever done that…” He gazed up at the portal with hurt eyes, hoping they could be found.

Plague watched as Death arrived and placed its hand over its own ring, rubbing it. It noted the box and then looked at Conquest and War. Its eyes moved to Death as it whispered to itself, “This is not good…” Plague then looked back at the other two, hoping nothing irrational would go on.

Tenebrae continued to fight her own battles, her wounds not keeping her down the next day and them only coming one by one or in twos made it much easier. She made sure the only ones that she’d kill over and over were those she knew had done completely wrong, her parents. Others she only beat them into submission and let it settle that way. She sat herself down after this one battle, feeling horrible about what she was doing just to survive and get her place back to normal. She looked up at Kabal and said, “How can any of you do this?”
Kabal thought then said, “What do you mean?”
Tenebrae motioned towards her last knock out and said, “This… It’s as bad as Kombat but I was the only person who didn’t face that experience. You all said you’d fought in it at least once. How?”
Sub-Zero decided to answer first, “At first, it was not a good thing that drove me through…”
Kabal looked at him then to Scorpion, who didn’t seem to want to talk. Kabal said, “Usually no one has a good reason to enter Kombat. Not the first time.”
“This was my first time and all I wanted was for OutWorld to stop throwing a shit fit against itself over a god damned throne,” Tenebrae sighed then saw there was another challenger approaching. She stood up and said, “What the fuck is it now?!”
“It’s me again,” Smoke came walking up and placed his hands up as a sign he wasn’t there to fight. “I just want to talk.”
“About what?!” Tenebrae was nearly growling in her voice.
“About this,” Smoke advanced slowly and stood at least five feet away from her when he stopped. “Listen, I understand that what you did, I had no right to attack you afterwards. You had won fair and square. Without tricks or traps.” He bowed his head and said, “I would like to help in protecting you.”
Tenebrae looked him over and then said, “Fuck off.” She stepped backwards, making sure to not turn her back before she got past Sub-Zero and Scorpion.
“Why?” Smoke stepped forward just for Kabal to take stance between the two of them.
“Because I don’t trust you,” Tenebrae turned back to him and spoke with a strong tone. “I had defeated you fair and square. I kept up my own end of our deal and you decided it wasn’t fair. I beat you down with my own strength alone while you poofed around like a little nitwit. You came in behind my back and I won’t let you stab me in it. So fuck off.”
Smoke sighed and decided to sit where he was, waiting for a possible chance to prove he wasn’t going to stab her in the back. As another came up, he stood to face it. The approaching person was Mileena, ready to right once more. As he got into stance, he heard Tenebrae yell, “Back the fuck off. She’s after me and you have no right to fight my battles. Neither did they but they were helping me get back up off my injured ass. You were one of the ones who put me on it… So fuck… the hell… OFF…” She strode forward and broke into a long stride, punching Mileena in the face. She watched as the teeth broke off the partially tarkata genetic sibling. She then said, “You fuck off too. Sick of seeing your face…” She walked away from her then, not wanting anything else to do with her. She went back behind her grouping and sat herself down.
    “I just wanted to prov-“
“You would have only proved that now that I had beaten your ass twice that you just want to kiss up to mine,” She was sounding hostile towards him but her body language showed she just wanted to be left alone. “So go climb up Noob’s ass and kiss that instead…”
Smoke wasn’t going to move from his spot, sitting down. Sub-Zero came back to her and said, “You shouldn’t be treating him this way.”
“If he really wants to prove himself to me,” Tenebrae spoke to him, “Then he will take it as a challenge. Obviously he isn’t going anywhere so calm yourself.” She leaned her head back against the wall and looked at her fist, littered with cuts from shattering Mileena’s teeth. “What doesn’t kill you…” Was all she could get out of the statement before she looked up to see Sub-Zero was still hovering.
Kabal walked over and sat down beside her, Scorpion took watch. Kabal waited for Sub-Zero to walk to the other side before he asked her a private question, “Why did you ask such an offbeat question yesterday?”
“I am not normal,” Tenebrae smirked and giggled to herself a bit. “I was told if I asked for it, it’d most likely happen… Isn’t the first time I have been rejected but now I wouldn’t take control of the situation.” She rocked her head to look at him and said, “I have raped women… I have raped men… But once the tables have been turned… That’s when things change… That’s why I asked… I am horny and well… I like you. I have no other way to put it.” She rocked her head to stare at the ceiling. “Sorry…”
Kabal stood up and held a hand out to her. She gave him a confused glance as she placed his hand in his. He said to her, “We’re here to help you, so just this once. Alright?”
Tenebrae smiled and nodded, raising up to her feet and following him deeper into the overhang, so they were covered by its shadow and concealed. It made their sounds echo out, the three out towards the edge trying to not look back. They were at it for hours, their sounds clearly stating that they’d gone several times. Even some of the ones hunting Tenebrae just paused to hear and watch, some of them went away. When they had finally finished courting one another, Kabal went to take watch, needing to sit in his spot. Tenebrae managed her own spot to sit down and leaned back against the wall, she was sweating a lot. Sub-Zero went and procured water for her, her drinking happily. She seemed satisfied but her mind only wanted him more now. He pleased her in more ways than one.
It was another half day until Tenebrae woke back up. She finally was able to fight for herself again and did so. She felt wonderful and full of energy and it showed. She was no longer telling them to fuck off but wasn’t killing any of them. This was gaining them those who were willing to stay and watch for her on the good end of the hell stick. Whenever Kabal got off his watch shift, she would take him into the back again and give him another good round or two. They had to make the shifts longer just so they could rest afterwards. They called her out for one fight, this was against her father once more and she stood at the ready. She said, “I really don’t want to fight you right now.”
“You just want to go fuck your toy again,” He chuckled at her.
“No,” Tenebrae replied back knowing that they were out of earshot of her grouping, “I want him to love me.” She stepped forward and let him punch first, pushing his fist away and slamming her hand onto his chest. He stepped back a bit and she brought her leg up and kicked him in the chin, slamming it back down as she brought her other leg around to kick him in the chest as he went down. She then looked at him and said, “Something you were incapable of.”
She then went back to the growing group, which was now her, Kabal, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Smoke, Liu Kang, Cyrax, and Sektor. They had come together due to her being able to reason with them during fights, not wanting to end them and showing her human side. A grunt was heard where she’d left her father. She turned and watched to see him get back up, yelling at her, “I am not through with you!”
Tenebrae stepped back out and said, “You were on the ground, you sure looked through.” She got into her dragon stance and said, “I don’t want to kill you, but I will if you don’t turn around right now. It’s a bitch to reform, I hear.”
Shao Khan didn’t listen and ran at her, she took a deep breath and felt as he came. She took a sudden step forward and placed her palms at his chest and groin, lifting him up over herself and throwing him backwards. He ended up skidding on his face then his back. Tenebrae turned around and said, “Done yet? Or do I have to keep my promise?”
Shao Kahn glared at her and said, “You should have never been my daughter…”
Tenebrae smirked and said, “Yeah, I should have been a daughter for your long gone brother. At least he would have cared.”
“How do you know about him?!” He asked as she was getting ready to end the conversation.
“I talked to the people here. They told me about him and how great he was, unlike your sorry ass,” Tenebrae giggled then slammed her fist down into his head. She then sighed at the blood as it dripped off her hand and walked back to the cave and said, “I really want him to stop coming back.”
She sat herself against the wall again as she smiled a bit, satisfied in what she said. Her satisfaction was slightly disturbed by the looming figure of Sub-Zero standing over her. He’d heard what she had said last, even if it was meant to be just between her and her father. It was appearent Scorpion heard it too as he was right behind him. Sub-Zero asked of her, “Who told you of Raiden?”
Tenebrae smiled and said, “Scorpion did. The only thing I have ever been told is that he should have been my uncle and that he was a great person… and that just mentioning him bugs the shit out of my father.” She giggled a bit, getting a kick out of what little she knew as Sub-Zero seemed satisfied but wanting to tell her more. It was left at that as she went back to her routine, the talk being left for later.

Venir finished his food after a few hours, picking at it to savor torturing them but enough that it would make them want it bad. He felt great after it and due to his metabolism, he did it quicker and safer than most could. He saw how they were just looking at the ground and chuckled. He moved to them and lifted their heads as he said, “Wish you could have had some… Actually, I don’t.” He then took the opportunity to punch them both in the face. He sighed then he felt something, yellow eyes narrowing his pupils to a near nothing. He thought about this call he was hearing and determined it was best to respond. He let out a deep breath and said, “I will deal with you both later…” He placed his hand on the mark on his neck as in a blink, the dark molded walls of the prison were replaced by crackled and should have been crumbling walls with the sky in full view instead of blocked by a castle above. He knew he could now not attack who was called to help this sibling nor the sibling in question but it would do for now. He examined the situation as he saw Tarkata lining up behind them and getting to see his brother Zerek. He also saw a cloaked brother he assumed was Regir. He then looked forward to see who they were called to stand against. He readied his hands for the fight, green glowing around him and swirling in screaming skulls. His stance placed his feet close to one another, standing nearly straight up with the exception of his feet forming a T as he waited. His one hand lay open parallel to his stomach, palm facing up, whilst the other was in front of him, palm also facing up as the green skulls seemed to enjoy circling that hand the most. Out of his siblings that had shown so far, he was sure he knew best who Chaos was and was regretting being put against him. Even if he was threatening their home in some way or another, this matter shouldn’t have been his to deal with.

Zerek glared as he heard the lizard’s demands and he pulled out his blades and said, “I am a champion of this realm.” He sliced a line into the ground and the Tarkata rushed to get behind it. “You are not welcome here.” He placed his hand on his mark and focused on who he needed to arrive. His first pick was two very unfamiliar feelings, these were kin he’d never encountered before and did not know of Dread and Terror. He then reached out for Venir, knowing he was the most adept magically and the eldest and most battle ready. Then he tried to reach the strongest sibling, his signal unavailable. This lead to a moment of wondering why the hell he tried and reached for the second strongest, her signal unavailable. He then went for the third and let the signal ring. He saw as Regir was the first to answer his call then Venir as he glared back at Chaos. “Either you leave here now or you stay here in your grave…” He was not going to put up with a threat towards his people and made it clear. “You will not harm a single being of OutWorld as long as a single champion lives!” He then noticed the thing the lizard was curling around and said, “A guardian attacking a champion is an act of war. So beat it.”

Regir had been wandering the sands, his normal way of being. When he received a signal for help, he thought about abandoning it. Then he believed this could be an opportunity. He placed his hand under his wraps of cloth and appeared next to his brother. He saw the line and saw who else was there. He looked forward and saw the lizard they were facing. He recognized this being as the one who ruled as a guardian in Chaos Realm. He’d wandered there once. He then placed his hand up, his fingers already wrapped around a sword as it pointed at the creature. He stood with his legs apart, strong and one of the larger Kahn’s in build.

Domme was happy with the responses she had received on her questions and followed him into the bar. She blushed a bit when he ripped the seat out for her and she sat next to him. She first sipped her drink but found it was very weak. She ended up chugging it before he stood up and spoke. She smiled and stood up, following him silently as she watched, sitting where he showed her to. She sat and when the men had jumped the gun, she had stood back up but he’d already knocked them over. She placed her hand over her chest, smirking at him as he lead to take her out again. She walked with him as they left and listened to his first comment then when he asked what she’d like to do, she responded, “I want to know more. You shouldn’t hate this place.” She sighed and said, “I may have only seen a few realms, everywhere has its good and bad… I want to learn more here. It is so beautiful.” She tried to get hold of his arm and said, “I was half ready to clock those guys but I wouldn’t have been as… um… Restricted as you were. Why show such restrain to hostility? You and your people should be gods above them but you are among them instead and hiding.” She stopped and said, “Also I want better alcohol! That shit tasted like water.”

Deverik began to pace at the gate, he seemed antsy but for no good reason. He was half worried of the sisters his sons had got, what they could do to his boys. If Night had died and it wasn’t from their hands, it could only mean it was one of his siblings. If it was one of them and the boys were out with them alone, he’d wreck the world just to make sure he never lost another. It wasn’t his place to, this wasn’t his place. His thoughts reside as his own soul asks the two masters inside for guidance once more, receiving only answers he had long been getting. His frustration would raise and the temperature drop, removing his arm guards as his arms grew cold at his total lack of concentration. He stared at them and sighed, leveling himself back out as he thought about the clan. His mind traveled back to what his masters had done for him and what he should do, the temperature normalizing and his arm guards placed back on as the flesh warmed. He couldn’t harm them out of a worry for one, sons or not. He just had to wait and see. He saw one of the others passing by and said, “You, go to Terror. Send another to Dread. Just watch. I do not trust who they are with.” The one nodded and took off, Deverik being left to his thoughts.

Plague smirked and was going to go do as the sister asked but didn’t. Plague went straight to Death’s office and stood outside a moment. It sighed and then whispered through the door, “Death… Conquest wants to speak… She seems out of sorts… I guess you knew that though but we should be wary…” Plague then ran from the door to wind up in the council room. It sighed and looked at War, keeping its mouth to itself as it sat with its back straight. Council room meant business. Business meant no goofing off. No goofing off meant being completely serious. It didn’t even let its vermin out, sitting like statue.

Tenebrae sighed a bit as she got bored in waiting. Some of her bruises were looking better but she still seemed in great pain. She watched for three hours as Kabal stood there, then switched places with Sub-Zero, sitting beside her. Tenebrae looked at him then said, “So…” She looked at the ground as she grit her teeth in pain. When she spoke again she looked at him and said, “After I told you… What I was doing… How come you didn’t attack when I came back?”
Kabal didn’t hesitate as he answered, “I trusted your word that you would not take my soul.”
Tenebrae smirked and shook her head from side to side in a slow rock. “You’d trust the word of a Kahn?”
Kabal looked directly at her and said, “You’ve given me no reason to not trust you. You gave me one to trust you though. You were forward and honest of what you were doing.”
Tenebrae smiled sincerely and said, “Thanks.” She looked at the rest of the meat that was left over and picked up another, just nibbling at it anyways. She waited a long while until she asked another question, “Why are you like that?” She decided to place a hand on him and trace her fingers over his flesh.
Kabal grabbed her hand and pushed it away. “Your father.” Simple answer.
Tenebrae looked down and under her breath said, “oh…” She gathered her breath and said, “I am sorry… I know it may not count for much but… I really am…” She reached to touch his skin again, just fascinated. She noticed he was just letting her and placed her hand on his shoulder. She wanted to hug him but didn’t feel right doing so. Instead, she moved to stand. Kabal reached to pull her down and Scorpion came to push her down too. Tenebrae went back down to sate them and said, “Got stiff, damn it…” She waited until Scorpion had his back turned and stood up, leaning against the wall.
Kabal looked up at her and said, “You don’t know how to listen, do you?”
“Not really,” Tenebrae said, “You told a little about yourself, my turn. I didn’t learn shit from my parents.” All three of them seemed to stare at her. “Yeah, neither of them bothered with me. I was dumped with a Tarkata and raised that way. I learned what I could just from what Yemara told me about them. I learned sorcery on my own. I learned how to fight on my own. Yemara was a tarkata, not a parent. I was deemed perfect then thrown out into nowhere just like the rest of my siblings… No wonder they are all so fucked up…” She snarled a bit and pressed her head back. “Born in blood on the darkest day… pure evil they said… fucking perfect…” She sank back down and curled up, wounds not even bothering her how she was.
Kabal didn’t really know what to think of this but when she was completely on the ground, he placed his arm around her. He just had his arm there, awkwardly trying to comfort her without giving her the wrong idea. Scorpion watched from afar and shook his head. Sub-Zero returned his gaze outward to watch for the souls hunting her. Kabal became more comfortable with holding her as the hours passed, Sub-Zero trading shifts with Scorpion. Tenebrae just seemed solemn and out of it, like she didn’t care anymore. Kabal finally spoke to her as he said, “So… you were assumed evil and perfect because of the conditions when you were born… Sounds like typical prophecy bullshit.”
Tenebrae rocked over against him a bit, nodding. She said, “It does… It’s like they think I am Shinnok take two… I know I am not…” She curled up against him and flopped over into his lap. “I am not a fucking evil thing… I am not perfect… I am just a fucking woman who was thrown into a horrible circumstance cause of the parents she ended up with… That pool of aging… It works wonders… Everything is so much clearer and I am now an adult and still can’t deal with teenage drama emotions.” She growled and then said, “Noob’s supposed to be keeping his end of the oath we made and I don’t see it…”
Sub-Zero decided to speak up, “He’ll keep it. He’s most likely working it now. Why do you think you’d get ditched in the middle of angry souls?”
Tenebrae raised her head up and then said, “Fucking bastard…” She just stayed there in Kabal’s lap. It was awkward to him but she liked it there. Tenebrae stayed there until it was Kabal’s turn to watch. Then she sat against the wall. For an hour she thought about it and stood up. She said, “Alright… I am going to make this a bitch on them…” They all three looked at her and then looked out, it seemed that her father was coming up alone. She smirked and despite the pain she moved out past them and said, “I will deal with this…”
“You’re still injured,” Kabal argued, Scorpion and Sub-Zero coming up to stand next to him.
“Fuck the injuries…” She stepped forward as she squared up to her father, him still coming as she scooted her left leg back, her right hand up and clawed in front of her. Her left hand came up to be clawed in front of her chest, right foot facing her target. Her hands circled in outward directions and made sure to never meet in the same place twice. She waited for Shao Kahn to throw the first punch, her circling her hand over his and pushing it to the side. She stepped in and swept her leg behind his to force her knee into the back of his then brought it back around to kick him down. This brought him to the ground and she backed off, gritting her teeth due to her injuries.
She heard someone running up behind her rather loudly, turning and seeing that finally Cyrax and Sektor came to play. They came out because of seeing that they weren’t protecting her this time. Tenebrae caught one fist and pushed it to the side, ducking under another one to thrust her hand palm first into Cyrax’s abdomen. She then pulled herself to the side by pivoting on her foot as Sektor tried for a straight kick. She then took the opening and thrust her palms at him. She proceeded to feel Cyrax head-butt her side and she fell over. She saw them both stand over her and she launched herself up with her palms aimed to their noses’. Sektor and Cyrax rolled in opposite directions and then hit her arms to try to snap her elbows. She had pulled back quick enough that they hit each other and then she hit them both in the chest. “Fuck off… I have enough without dealing with you…” She then backed away while they tried to catch themselves. She went back to her spot and sat down, taking deep breaths.
Sub-Zero walked over to her and tried to help her, his hand getting swatted away. He went aside and Kabal came over to her and said, “Let him help you.”
“No,” Tenebrae said as she looked at him. “I am supposed to get stronger from this… healing can be done alone…”
Sub-Zero came back over and placed his hand on her wound again. Tenebrae gasped and was going to bat him away again but Kabal said, “You will, with help.”
Tenebrae sighed and shut up to just take it. She wasn’t happy with it but she glanced up at Kabal and decided to ask him a question, “Wanna fuck?”
Kabal was taken back by that and said, “No.”
“If you’re feeling self-conscious I can ask them too,” Tenebrae spoke openly as if it was nothing.
“I said no,” Kabal repeated. “Besides, you need to heal.”
“Okay,” Tenebrae said then just sat still. They’d await the next day, simply trying to get her healed with fights every now and again.

Venir woke up within a couple of hours, realizing he’d slept in his robes again. He offered a yawn and stood up, walking out to go find himself something to eat. He knew most of the guards were asleep, heading to the food reserve to grab something for himself. He went rummaging through the supplies and grabbed more food than it looked like he could eat and took it with him down to the prison cell. Yemara was about to look up but Reiko made a noise to tell him to keep his head down. Venir smirked and said, “Ah… Showing the new prisoner the ropes, I see…” He stood up, taking a piece of meat with him and rubbed it on their faces. “Smells great doesn’t it?” He chuckled and nibbled at the meat then.
“Smells like shit,” Yemara spoke up.
Venir hesitated, giving a glare to him. He stood back up and grabbed Yemara by the throat as he spoke at him, “Speak up.”
“It smells… like shit,” Yemara spat right into his face.
Venir backed off then grabbed a prod and jabbed it through his skin. Yemara yelled out loud enough to wake some of the guards. Venir smirked and said, “Soon… You will be broken like he is… Then I will break you further until you give me what I want… Then I will free you…”
Yemara looked up at him and looked about to speak, but Reiko spoke up, “If you want OutWorld to remain… Don’t speak, Yemara…”
Yemara then held his tongue and looked down. Venir chuckled and glared at Reiko as he said, “Oh you shouldn’t have done that!” He grabbed searing hot coals in his hands and shoved them hard enough that they stuck onto Reiko’s flesh. He grit his teeth and bared it, breathing fast. Venir cackled with that womanly cackle, backing away and not caring that he burnt his own hands in the process of torturing his victim. He calmed himself then and looked over at Yemara, smirking. “If you don’t wish to end up like him, I would suggest you talk…”
Yemara looked at him and then at Venir and said, “Over my rotting corpse…”
Venir smirked and said, “That can be arranged, I only need one of you.” He grabbed another pole and stabbed it through Yemara. He was certain it didn’t hit organs and would just make a pretty gruesome looking hole. “You both may think on it while I indulge on what I brought with me.” He moved from them and went to his food, eating in front of them.

Zerek heard a commotion outside, his faction was active and someone was here. Why would anyone break into the front doors of a seemingly abandoned structure, especially one that has always looked on the edge of collapse. The stones had always seemed to hold despite their looks, this wasn’t going to end now. He stepped out into the min courtyard of the building, once a great foyer surrounded by stone and now a courtyard surrounded by a hall with rooms, not a tent to be seen. He saw the large lizard and heard of the female tarkata speak to one of the males. “I don’t think the lizard should be here,” He spoke so all eyes from the tarkata went to him. “That thing is not one of us. Looks like some dick here to enslave us once more and we aren’t going to have it.” He stepped forward and looked to the damage the lizard would have left behind from barging in, most likely giving the creature damage. “What idiot barges in and demands the blades of my people? Planning to cut them off and use sorcery to make them into something special? Barbaric… And you didn’t knock.” Zerek was obviously pissed. “If you want blades then go find some of the upper class, they’re more deserving of the torture…”

Domme took the lack of comment for her looking horrible in it. When his arm was offered, she took it roughly. As they passed Deverik, she didn’t pay him any mind as she was a bit mad to find out he was alive. The traitor. She then saw as they came up to the shed and saw the motorcycle. She was told to hop on but she didn’t trust it. He appeared to trust it so she mounted onto the back and held tight onto him. She squeaked when they started moving and held on tighter. She watched as things passed and all the lights. She asked, “Why are there so many lights? And how do they work?” She gazed at some of the neon there were and said, “Are those captured glowing snakes or some shit?” She was very dazed just beginning the experience and once more, found herself frightened. She most likely was gripping him as tight as possible. “How does this thing work anyway? Mini dragons?” She looked down at the pavement beneath them and jammed her head into his back.

Deverik saw the two leave and attempted to not look at them directly. He didn’t want to be pissed off anymore. He simply stared at the gate and reflected on what he’d done. He felt like he’d abandoned his children just as he’d been abandoned, but he only raised them the way Sub-Zero had asked of him. He was there for them, hell the entire clan was there for them. He thought he had been raising them like a human, like what he wanted to be. He reached his hand up and tugged on the shoulder of his yellowed armor, it was slipping a bit. He’d need to get that fixed, it seemed that he was still growing a bit and the shoulder had gotten knocked loose. He just rolled his shoulder a bit and felt the muscles move, feeling the plate slip again. Yeah, that was going to need fixing, but not right now.

Plague listened to the ruckus of War following after Conquest. It could hear him and watched as he came back. Then something sudden happened, Plague was flying! Into lava. Plague took some luxury on the trip and screamed, “WHEE!” When it hit the lava, it came out and climbed back up as it heard what War said, “First off, you ruined my clothes. Second off, if I ‘grow up’ then I’d just be a sad sack of saps like the rest of ya!” Plague went to its room and placed on a new pair of pants then walked out and went to Conquest. “What he said about me pickin on ya, I am sorry. You are the saddest sap and I always thought Death was supposed ta be. Forgive? I only pick on ya ta try and make things lighter.” It offered its hand to her.

Tenebrae looked up as Kabal returned after several hours. He’d brought edibles that had been smuggled into the NetherRealm from different places. He had brought food specific to OutWorld and placed it near the lava to cook. Then he joined the grouping, watching the healing. Tenebrae looked at the meats and such he’d acquired and looked over at him, seeing him trying to covertly wipe blood off his hands. Tenebrae smirked and said, “You know… You didn’t have to bloody yourself just to get food… The hell you find that shit anyways?”
Kabal shook his head and said, “It needed to be done. The dealer wasn’t exactly being honest.”
Tenebrae could have sworn she heard either Sub-Zero or Scorpion snicker, but couldn’t figure out who. She looked right at Kabal and gave smile, “Thanks…” She then looked over to the meat and chuckled a bit. “What do you think I am…? A fucking giant?”
    “Yes,” He answered honestly.
She turned her head to the side, away from the lava so he couldn’t see her blush. She could tell that he was just acting to help, but she was starting to like him. She peeked to watch him go turn it over, suddenly feeling a cold hand on the top part of her breast, making her jump a bit and hit Sub-Zero’s hand away. “That can heal without help…” She spoke, unusually modest in being spooked.
With that, he stopped helping and moved to sit somewhere else while Scorpion stood out on watch. Tenebrae placed her head back against the stone face behind her and closed her eyes. It seemed like no time had passed, almost as if a blink. She looked around and saw that Sub-Zero was just switching out with Kabal and there was the body of Kano on the ground. She looked over to see Scorpion had moved the meat next to her so she could get at it. She looked directly at him and asked, “How long was I out?”
Scorpion looked up at her and said, “We’ve been doing three hour shifts and this is the second round. You’ve been out for fifteen hours.”
“Damn,” Tenebrae shook her head a bit. She sighed and looked at the meat and nabbed one, just pulling it to herself to nibble on it. She looked out to Kabal as he stood out on the watch, her trying to not make it obvious to the two watching her but they were no fools. She looked at them as they watched her and she sighed, looking back at the food retrieved for her. She tried to move to stand but she was stiff. She forced herself to anyways and managed to stand up nearly straight. She still felt the bruising especially where she had received the flying kicks. She bent down and picked up another piece of the meat and walked to go stand next to Kabal. He noticed her but didn’t mention to her as she spoke, “Here…” She tried to hand him the piece and said, “I may not know how it works here but I feel guilty if you and the others don’t get some too… I don’t even care about if we’ll eventually have to get more, we are going to manage.”
Kabal looked at her and took the offered piece from her hand, just so she’d go back and heal. She did go back and wouldn’t sit, she’d stand just so she wouldn’t feel the stiffness. She waved her now free hand at the meat, motioning for Sub-Zero and Scorpion to take pieces too. They did so and Sub-Zero looked right at her, “None of us need this.”
“So?” Tenebrae shrugged at him, “It still makes me feel bad… Especially after all that bull shit I went and put you through… and am putting all three of you through.” She waited a moment and lowered her voice to a near whisper, “You all are seasoned fighters… I am sure they are all nothing to you but… You are basically fighting your own people… It’s my fault and I don’t like it so take the damn food…” She nibbled at hers, staying standing as she rocked back and forth. Her wounds hurt, but she made sure everyone got their own. Then she went back to sitting, what had been done before was obviously undone and the pain leapt from minor to great. She grit her teeth and put her own piece down, Sub-Zero placing down the piece offered to him to try to help again. She jumped as his icy hands gripped onto her, letting out a horrid groan of wanting him to stop but not moving so he could help fix her.
She let him ice over her wounds and went to stand up, him pressing her back down. “Don’t move.”
“Fine…” She stayed down and went back to chewing on her meat, sitting still. She made sure to swallow before saying, “The second I feel stiff I am moving…”

Termak smiled and looked at what was done and blushed. She felt this was going to be a happy life.

Dahk gathered some of his best men and began to move out to one of the other areas. He took them to the area that was once where Sol hid out. It was easy to take the area, he had no faction. The area was small and seemed like it was rather well kept. He left some of the men there and took to the next area. He knew Blut had men and was prepared to take them on and take them over if they wouldn’t listen to reason.

Venir brought the new members back and escorted the Shokan carrying Yemara down to the same cell Reiko was in. He had an automatic smile that was far too creepy, his teeth being exposed awkwardly. He had Yemara chained near Reiko but with some leeway from the wall. Venir let the smile fade as his natural demeanor showed. He then spoke to them both as he ran his hand over the implements he so loved to play with, “You both know what I need to take this place over… When Reiko said his will you hesitated… You know what it is… and where it is… So tell me…”
“You could never rule, and I know Tenebrae is alive so you can fuck off,” Yemara pulled on his chains and tried to use his teeth on them and his blades, arms unable to reach and his teeth unable to break through them.
“Oh,” Venir taunted him, “Poor little Tarkata… Do you not know why your race is made in the first place?” His fingers wrapped around the handle of an implement as his eyes focused on him. “YOU ARE ALL SLAVES!” He cracked the whip against Yemara’s flesh and listened to him growl out in pain. “You will do as I say or your fate will be the same as Reiko’s… Be trapped down here for the rest of your miserable life, tortured daily, and living on a life support…” He grabbed Yemara’s chin and said, “Now… what kind of a life is that?” Yemara tried to bit him but Venir moved his hand too quickly. “Watch yourself…”
One of his servants brought down food, it was time for him to eat and he preferred to eat in front of his prisoner, deciding to subject his new one to the same treatment. He relaxed and looked right at them as he ate his food, Yemara getting testy. He’d hear a weak voice, “Don’t…” Yemara peeked over to see Reiko shaking his head slowly. “He’ll just… go slower…” Yemara looked at Venir then back to Reiko, his eyes dropping to the floor. This was going to be a long wait.
Venir chuckled as he went through his meal then left them alone after. He walked the whole way up to the room that he’d left bathed in his father’s blood, running his hand over every stain. He chuckled to himself as he whispered to himself, “Worthless child… A waste of time… You couldn’t have been more wrong… That perfection you so claimed… The biggest imperfection…” He pulled the sheets back on the bed and ran his hand along the stains there. “I will rule… by force… That makes me the perfect one…” He sat himself on the bed then flopped back on his back. “Go fuck yourself…” He spoke seriously, pulling himself the right way in the bed, not covering himself as he relaxed. His eyes closed and he became lost to the world.

Domme listened to Terror as they passed through, heading to his place and sitting patiently. In her thoughts, it was better to listen in this case then to take her chances. This was not in her nature. When he came in and demanded her place that on, she dressed right in front of him. She slipped her armor off and heard him call himself a freak. She tilted her head and said, “You’re not a freak. Truthfully you’re more normal than nearly anyone I have met. Rather droll.” She slipped on the dress, leaving her boots on then looking at him once more as she said, “Also… That guy at the gate… Was that Deverik? We were told he was dead. Hell, most of us thought the first three of us were dead and gone and now one of them really is…” She took a deep breath and tried to brush the dress flat. “How do I look?”

Deverik heard the words of his son and saw that he wasn’t going to wait. Seeing Domme also pissed him off. He was relieved that they knew who they were but it ached him to hear that they wanted to learn to be what he had sought out not to be, a Kahn. He let him go without saying a thing, losing some control of the iced powers that he held inside him, dropping the temperature in the surrounding area by at least ten degrees. He remained at the gate and didn’t look back to even see where anyone was going. He clenched his fists and took a deep breath, calming down as he got a grip on himself. The temperature went back to normal, him looking at his hand for a moment and contemplating on why he had ever listened, why he’d ever tried to give up his old life to be here, why he took on a role without knowing it and leaving his master to die. Then the question popped up into his head, why had he been abandoned here in the first place. His mind went back to watching the gate, his emotions getting the better of him in this silent state.

Der smiled a bit when his request was accepted and didn’t move when Chaos placed his hand on his shoulder. Der let out a low hiss as it burned and said, “Taht dedeen I, uoy knaht.” He heard him say he’d be hunting so he decided to pull his faction over quick. He went to OutWorld through the one portal just for a moment as he darted to get his faction. He went up to his faction and said, “No emoc.” They smirked and followed him back through to Chaos Realm. They immediately began to run around or walk around aimlessly and act on impulse. Der looked out at the realm and let tears come to his eyes.
His one faction member came up to him and said, “Das era uoy.”
“Ecalp lufituaeb a hcus deniur eh…” Der looked out at the fixed area and clenched a fist. “Yap lliw eh…”
The faction member pat his back and then took off to go run around randomly. Der smiled a bit at seeing them attempt to cause their own Chaos, him running off to just run randomly. He even did some flips and just acted as he felt.

Famine heard the words of conquest and burst out of its room to stand where the other two were as a hand went to its hip and tapped its foot. “So instead of shooting at pigeons you were shooting at fucking gods?! What kind of a moron will shoot something more powerful than an angel?! You know they could get you next time you’re at your day job and fuck ya in the ass if they so pleased.” Famine huffed then suddenly decided to be Plague, pulling the dress off to reveal pants underneath and throwing the high heels off. “Besides, pigeons are assholes and deserve to be shot… The feathery bastards.” It then looked at War as it wiped off its makeup and said, “How be ya?”

Bell’uomo had been asleep nearly his entire flight until he woke some time before descent. He stretched out but not by flailing his arms all over the place like most passengers, instead he rolled his shoulders and heard them pop. He then rolled his spine, hearing it click back into its proper alignment. Then he caught a glance at the male in the seat on the aisle, he was staring at him with an angry glare still. Bell’uomo wouldn’t let this bother him, you shouldn’t make a scene in front of a nice woman. He heard his hips and tailbone pop as he moved just a little bit, then settling back down into his seat. He heard the seat-belt sign pop on, he’d not taken his off. He heard the captain talk of their descent but it was all just words floating through the air to him. At least it was going to be sixty-two degrees when they landed. He wasn’t bothered by that. He just let the sounds of the landing plane whir through his head. He had distaste in their bumpy landing as they seemed to have bounced an unnecessary number of times.

Once it landed, he unbuckled his seat-belt and waited. He waited for everyone else to get off the plane first and then pulled his briefcase out and headed to retrieve his wolf. He got it from a special portion of the airport, toting the cage with him as he looked at the waiting people and limo drivers. He caught the eye of someone with his name walking up to the driver and placing his finger to his lips. They went silently to the car, the driver insisting he place the dog in the back of the stretch with Bell’uomo. For this, he let the large beast out of its cage. The dog sat next to its master patiently, them heading to the hotel he had arranged for first to drop off the pet then on to his meeting.

Tenebrae didn’t relax after they were done trying to help, sitting herself up and thinking silently to herself. She knew they’d have to move so she forced herself to stand up. Sub-Zero and Scorpion watched as Kabal tried to push her back down. She had to move with him for now so ended up sitting back down. Kabal said, “You shouldn’t move…”
Tenebrae looked up at him and said, “We may have to move anyways. Think about it…” She looked out and said, “They’re hunting me… and he said I had to survive this for a year and didn’t say a year here or a standard year for the other realms…” She took in a deep breath. “That’s anywhere from one to five… So, we need to move…” She tried to get up again and this time placed her arm around Kabal, him helping her. They began to walk away from that area, Sub-Zero and Scorpion following behind despite the trouble Kabal was having with her rather large body. Tenebrae was attempting to stand on her own. They moved into a valley right next to a lava lake, having an overhang that they could hide under.
Kabal helped Tenebrae down to rest as he said, “I will go get something for you.”
Tenebrae looked at him and said, “Promise you’ll be back?” She smiled at him a bit. He just gave a slight nod and took off. She sighed and looked out at the lava, noticing Sub-Zero coming beside her to place his hands on her wounds again. She arched a bit and said, “Fuck that’s cold…” She looked right at him and said, “Why do you help? I know you have got to be just as angry as everyone else… So why do you help me instead of hunt me?”
Sub-Zero didn’t even look at her and just what he was doing, “You don’t seem to want to destroy everything. You have a noble cause even if the realm you are trying to protect isn’t exactly that.”
“It’s not just protecting it,” Tenebrae said to him, his attention being grabbed as well as Scorpion’s. “It’s fixing it… What used to be was at least organized… Now it’s just factions and everyone is fighting each other… I know certain races have their disagreements but it’s not even that… Shokan fighting other Shokan… Centauran fighting Centauran… Even sorcerers fighting their own and for what? So that the god damned spawn they work for can have the throne? It’s so fucking stupid…”
Sub-Zero decided to question her, “Then why are you fighting for it?”
“Simple,” Tenebrae said, “I will find what would make them rule, I will take it and not take the throne. Then I will choose who is best for it or even let the ones who live there choose…” She took a gasp in, he’d hit a very sensitive bruise. “Hell… If some of them wanted to leave the realm altogether after all this bullshit, I’d let them… But I don’t want to rule, just put things back together and end the fighting… No more of everyone killing their own for a worthless cause…”
Sub-Zero left it at that, he definitely was feeling more respect for her as would Scorpion. They waited for Kabal to return with whatever he had ran off to get for them.

Termak nodded to Judge as the first was said, she didn’t truly know why they would think such a thing as Chaos but her mind settled on the explanation given. She placed on the armor as she was helped and kept close to Judge. She was terrified by the door and knew something had been broken of the rules and made sure to press close. She ran at Judge’s side, not used to the armor and being brought to panting easily. When they passed through the portal, Termak remained silent other than her heavy panting from running in the armor. She went to her knees not just in respect, but due to sweating in her armor and being out of breath. When permission was granted, she followed Judge to the hut they were going to be in and she took the armor off, nearly throwing it at the wall if she hadn’t of been tired. She pulled herself out of all of it and said, “I am sorry… I shouldn’t have made you need to leave your home…”

Dahk took his grouping to his planning room and scrolled out a map of OutWorld and pointed out different territories that were closer to the castle and let his people make plans to move closer in on the castle.

Venir moved the coal from the flesh, throwing it back to the fire and heading back to his table. He picked up a bag of salt and poured a little onto his hand. It was definitely a third degree burn he had left on him so he decided to try asking again. “What am I looking for… and where… will I… find it?” He didn’t even dare to answer this time, just closing his eyes so he didn’t need to see it coming. Venir smirked and pressed the salt into the open parts of the burns, feeling Reiko’s body writhe beneath it. He made sure the salt stuck into the wound and whispered into his ear, “I have other matters to attend to… It will make things much easier…”
He moved from the torture chambers and looked to his one guard as he said, “Protect the area.” He looked to another and said, “Come with me.” He walked with the Shokan right behind him, him taking ten Tarkata as well as they went to the brewery. They burst in, catching Tenebrae’s faction by surprise as Venir took point heading in. He scanned across them and saw the Tarkata that had been charged with raising Tenebrae. “We meet again, Yemara,” Venir approached him.
“Fuck off,” Yemara had the entire faction standing behind him, ready to attack.
Venir chuckled at him and said, “Come now, I have come to offer you a new place. Seeing as your leader didn’t return from kombat, you can only assume one thing…”
Yemara heard the faction chattering behind him and said, “There is no way she could have died. If anything she’s in the NetherRealm causing mayhem again…” The chattering didn’t seem to stop.
Venir chuckled and said, “If I said I know she is?”
“Then you’re a liar,” Yemara was stubborn.
Venir sighed and said, “All those in favor in coming with me, I suggest you do so. You will be placed into my army. If not, then you will be my prisoner.” All of the faction moved to side with him, leaving Yemara alone. “Pity,” Venir spoke with a sadistic twitch, “I guess I will have to convince you.” The Shokan grabbed Yemara and drug him, the group heading back to the castle.

Sepht got excited when she was told there would be pain and then being thrown onto the bed. She enjoyed herself greatly and even when left to the bed tied, she just laid there. She was completely satisfied and had been noisy all night long with him. She just relaxed where she was tied and let her head flop to the side. She was tired and hoped he’d come back for more, sleeping so she could be prepared.

Deverik remained agitated and listened to his wife in the morning. The first drop of Night being dead made his agitation only grow and at the same time, he wanted to mourn. Then bringing back up the fact that his son was sleeping with his sister only fueled the fire again until Cicle placed her arms around him. He sighed, she was right. He placed a hand on her arm gently and whispered, “What would I do without you?” He leaned his head back and then said, “When the boys seem calm… I will talk to them. I will tell them everything they want to know but they will have to ask for it. For now… Please keep them out of trouble… I will continue to monitor the gate…” He gently pushed her arms from him and left the hut to watch the gate carefully. He knew he didn’t need to watch it with his eyes but he wanted a distraction anyways. His body gave off confused swirls of both of the contained souls’ powers, icy swirls mixed and confused with waves of heat.

    ————————————————————————————————————-

Domme thought on his words and everything in the very core of her being told her not to follow him. She rose anyway with the promise of power and ran up to his side to follow. She peered over at him and said, “I can’t promise to fully listen but I will want to learn to kick her little fucking ass.” She tried to wrap her arms around one of his arms.

Der had wandered randomly until he’d seen all he could before returning to the mansion. He wasn’t going to bother going home and instead, he went before Chaos and knelt down to him. The sonic sounds that couldn’t even be made out to him nearly made him want to go away, but he waited for the sound to stop and stake a place. He spoke straight on out, “Tseuqer a ekam ot ekil dluow I… Ereh yats ot referp dluow I, emoh gninruter fo daetsni… Ereh noitcaf ym gnirb ebyam…” He knew he should really just do what he wanted, but he wanted the guardian’s permission.

A being that seemed to have no true gender left its day job to return to the home of its brethren. At the moment, it was wearing a dress long purple dress with its hair consistently short and spiked up like a male’s cut. They had on green and purple swirled lipstick and had layered eye shadow of the same colors. It bore contacts that gave the same swirled effect over its eyes. It immediately went to its room and left the door open, opening a chest with a combination it got special with five doors in order to get its ring. It slipped it on and felt more at home, a sudden cloud of miasma pouring from it as the locusts it kept in the toxic mist flew out and onto the walls, some crawling in and out of its nose and mouth as it relaxed in this mind numbed stupor. Then the arrows of stupidity… It counted down and sure enough heard War’s yelling from its little sanctuary. It decided to yell out and at the brothers, “IF YOU’RE TRYING TO HIT A BLOODY FUCKIN PIDGEON, YOU’RE IN THE WRONG GOD DAMNED PLACE YOU MORON!” It then took to slamming its door shut for added effect. It began to chuckle, having fun with having just did that. A day of fixing people was bullshit for someone who was supposed to cause famine and plague. Then it swallowed a locust and tried to cough it back up.

Tenebrae started to have enough of Smoke beating on her and swiped her leg under his and made him fall back. She then rolled on top of him and threw her fist towards his face but stopped an inch from it as she said, “I don’t see why you’re so angry other than you lost and I kept my word like it or not.” She then stood up off of him and offered her hand to him, “And I won’t do it again… Souls aren’t playing tokens…”
Smoke thought on her words then took her hand, pulling himself up while hitting her one more time in the face. “You shouldn’t have done what you done.”
“I know…” She held her now very bloody nose and turned to hit an oncoming angry person that managed to slip through the other two.
“You fucked up,” Smoke said giving her a hard punch in the gut.
Tenebrae curled over and said, “I know…” She threw a punch back at him just to have hit the smoky remnants of where his body was. She quickly pivoted her weight as she curled her fingers and saw him about to strike behind her but she released her longer arm to his collar bone first. “And I won’t do it again but I will kick your ass again.” She smirked at him as he recoiled.
“I was just rusty,” Smoke argued back. He lowered himself down and kicked his leg out at her feet in one swift motion. She jumped up and back over them and ended up plowing a grouping that had been coming up behind her.
Tenebrae then stepped firmly low and used both her palms towards where his chest would be at the moment, her speaking, “Then you should fight more often instead of just smoking your ass out of it.” Speaking of the devil, as he stood up and almost had his knee crunched that is what he did. She saw in her peripherals that he had moved to her side this time and she used her striking momentum to pull herself to her palms and lift a leg to kick him in the chest and knock him over. She then stood up and said, “Are you done?”
Smoke huffed and left smoke where he was, coming in from the back to try and get a strike in on her. He aimed his fist for the back of her head. She had a feeling it was coming but had no clue that he was striking there as she turned and ducked to feel his fist brush over the top of her head. She used this close range to strike her palms into his stomach, making contact and making him lean over. She stood back up and grasped his shoulder, not attacking anymore as she said, “There are worse people than me out there… Don’t make me your enemy… Please…”
Smoke shoved her hand off of him and stood up, giving her a glare. “You’ve made me your enemy…”
“Unintentionally,” Tenebrae pleaded with him, “I was an inconsiderate, dumb kid… I have learned my lesson and yes I am paying my dues… But enough is enough…”
Smoke shook his head and his body faded into that grey smog that fell into the wind, no longer near the group.
Tenebrae tried to look for an opening in the surrounding group and said, “Hey you guys… Let’s get out of this…” She caught an incoming fist in her palm and pushed them aside just to feel someone behind her get a hit in where her kidney would be. She grit her teeth and turned to find that way was generally clear except the one person, her ‘mother’, in the way. “Please follow,” She asked of them and pushed Shang Tsung down and ran out past him. Sub-Zero and Scorpion followed right on her heels. As she ran she said, “You both know anywhere to stop? Or am I on my own on this one?” An idea struck her anyways and said, “Nevermind.”
Tenebrae ran to where she’d last seen the man that most interested her. He wasn’t far off from the spot she’d seen him last and slowed her run to a stop, looking back to check if the grouping had followed. To her luck, they hadn’t. She took a deep sigh and went to her knees. The man she had searched out was Kabal, and he approached her. He looked her over and said, “It’s been a while.”
Tenebrae looked up at him with a smile, just taking herself to the ground to lay there. “Yeah…” She was more than happy to see him. “Don’t mind all this… There was an angry grouping of people I borrowed coming after me…” She was on her back, obvious bruises forming on her body and of course the blood on her face. Her nose had just about stopped bleeding.
Kabal nodded and looked at Sub-Zero and Scorpion, then back down to her. He sat himself next to her head and said, “You look worse than when I last saw you…”
Tenebrae chuckled a little bit and said, “This is a good day… I don’t give a fuck how beat up I am.” She then sighed and said, “I am working on an oath I made… I got my half done… Now Noob’s doing his part… Unconventional but I get it… One day I will be here forever but for now it’s just for getting me prepared to get OutWorld in order…” She raised a hand and placed it on his flesh. “You are still so cool…” She hadn’t meant to say that out loud but it slipped out anyway.
Kabal grasped her hand and had her put it down to her side. “Rest, I will watch out for you,” He said as he stood up.
Tenebrae nodded and closed her eyes a moment, staying on her back despite some of the pain. She took a deep breath but had to roll over onto her stomach, coughing out some of the blood she had breathed in. Her hair flopped over her face as she grasped some of the loose dirt in her hand. It was more painful to lay like this but she’d have to. Sub-Zero leaned down and whispered, “We’ll stay, but once you prove you no longer need us, we’re going.”
Tenebrae nodded, her nose rubbing on the ground as she gave sign that she understood. She felt their hands on her, icy ones being pressed onto her bruises and hot ones on her open wounds. She grit her teeth and grunted, pressing her eyes shut as she tried to squirm out of it but then she felt a third set holding her shoulders down. She balled her hands and tears leaked from her eyes, she hoped this counted as payback because helpful or not, it was hurting like all hell. She felt then as they forcefully rolled her over, her keeping her head to the side so they wouldn’t see but it was in plain sight of Kabal as he held her down. The other two did as they were doing on her back but by this time, her skin was so sensitive she couldn’t help but jerk around. She ended up letting out a yell, and was arching up a bit. She shoved her head back against the ground and took deep breaths. Unfortunately, this yell attracted some unwanted attention. Tanya, Kobra, Shang Tsung, Hsu Hao, Kira, and Liu Kang were nearby and came running to hearing her yell.
Tenebrae watched as Sub-Zero, Scorpion, and Kabal stood up to defend. She felt wrong in them doing this for her and she stood up, moving to the front of them and getting ready to fight. She asked, “If they die again… They’ll just be sent somewhere else here, right?” Scorpion nodded to this statement. “Then I won’t hold back,” She said and ran forward at them. Her fist went right for Shang Tsung’s head, her full strength behind it and she felt the skull crack beneath her fist. She watched the body flop over and she turned next to Kira who ended up slicing Tenebrae’s chest with her daggers. Tenebrae didn’t let the cuts stop her as she followed through her turn with pressing her palms into Kira’s chest. Unfortunately, the hit wasn’t a kill hit and just knocked her out. She felt two blows to her back as Kobra and Hsu Hao both struck her. Tenebrae tumbled forwards with the hit to be in front of Tanya and struck up with her palms as she uncurled. This only blocked an incoming blow and injured Tanya enough that she couldn’t stand to fight. Tenebrae stood and turned, just to receive a flying kick to the chest from Liu Kang. She fell backwards and bounced off the ground, taking in a rasping breath as she tried to pull herself from the shock of the hit.
Tenebrae pulled herself out of it and rose to face the three that were left. She was having trouble keeping her vision at the moment from the lack of air. She took stance, though, firm and upright. This opened her airway and she placed her hands up, palms opened and fingers curled. Her forward hand was outreached but not to full length, her other hand in front of her. The two hands circled in outwards circles with the hands never meeting in their loops of the same place twice. She whispered loud enough for them to hear, “Please don’t make me do this…” It seemed none of the three had listened and they got into stance as well. She waited for one of them to strike first, which was Hsu Hao. She circled her hand around his arm and shoved it to the side, stepping forward into him as she thrust her other hand up at his nose. She watched his body drop as she turned to circle her hand around that of Kobra and swept her leg under his one to knock him off balance then swept it around his body to knock him down. She then forced her palm down onto his chest to stop this body’s heart. She felt a kick to her side and she got knocked over. She looked up at Liu Kang and said, “Please stop…”
Amazingly, he did stop. He stared down at her and said, “Say something, quick.”
Tenebrae looked up at him and said, “I’m truly sorry… Not just because you are beating up on me but because you would act just like I was when I was stupid.” She forced herself to stand up. “You’ve sunken yourself to the level of who you decided was your enemy… And not even the current level, the past level…” She looked at him pleading, “Stop this now… Please… Take the others and go…”
Liu Kang nodded and grabbed the ones just unable to fight and took them with him. “If you run into me again, we will fight.” He continued away.
Tenebrae nodded and waited until he was out of sight, falling to her knees again and placing her hand on the ground, holding her wounds. She then fell over to the side and moved the hand that had been holding to the ground up onto her eyes, rolling from her side to her back. “Go ahead…” She huffed out, her body shaking a bit. Kabal held her down as Sub-Zero and Scorpion finished what they started earlier. Her mind was blurring the pain into pleasure, not just from her own bit of masochism but the slight warping of her mind as her body was losing the blood. She was lucky of her lineage, being tougher than normal but still needing the help to live.

Termak was very silent as she was hugged to her partner and a bright blush went across her face. She listened to the conversation and didn’t make a single noise or movement. When Judge leaned down and kissed her forehead after the man left, she gave her a confused glance. She placed on the golden robes to follow Judge home, walking close behind her and once in her home, listened to what she said. Termak shook her head and asked, “What? Is it because of something that happened in chaos? Or is it my fault?” She looked down as she thought immediately that it was her fault. She sighed and said, “I guess Edenia is pretty but still, why?” She gave Judge a worried look.

    ——————————————————————————————————

Dahk was shocked but in him noticing Venir, he saw him then too. He stood up and plucked his sword from the ground, sheathing it into his cane and running off as he yelled to Terror, “You will be the one to kill me. I assure you that. Fair is fair.” He made sure to not stop, heading to the portal for OutWorld and going straight through, running for his faction. He did not want his brother to catch hold of him, knowing it would be the end. The second he got into his mostly sorcerer faction, he went to his right hand and said, “Venir almost had me. Kombat was canceled, luckily some of my siblings are dead or captured…” He granted each of his faction members a hug, he’d thought he’d not get to see any of them again. They were a bit shocked but they hugged him back. He even hugged members that weren’t magically adept.

    – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Venir spoke to Terror as he was spoken to, “You know as well as I do I am invading no one. I will leave just for your satisfaction.” He began walking back, his target was gone and he knew he’d of headed right for his faction. He shook his head as he walked and then decided it was alright to move a bit faster. He passed through into OutWorld and went straight into the castle. He heard two of his guards bow to him and he looked them over. “Any word on how our prisoner is doing?” He asked them.
The one guard looked up and said, “He’s still holding on… No information revealed.”
Venir glared at the shokan guard and hissed at him, “Can you all do nothing?” He shoved them out of his way and headed down into the depths of his faction’s hold and walked up to his only prisoner, Reiko. This once great man was now a shell of his former self, being kept alive barely with blood, saline, and a nutrient tube being fed into his one arm. His form looked nearly skeletal from the lack of that they were giving him but he had enough that he could bleed and be tortured for the information he still held secret, his clothes long stripped from his figure. Venir walked up to him and placed his fingers beneath his chin, raising his head just to get spat in the face. Venir sneered at him and said, “I was going to ask politely but you have ruined my good mood.” He moved from him and grasped a fire stoker, taking it with him to a small fireplace, used to keep it hot in the room and for use of the coals. He stabbed the poker into a searing hot ember, still on fire and brought it with him. “Now,” Venir walked to him and questioned, “What am I looking for and where is it?!”
“Over my dead body…” Was the response he received from him.
Venir chuckled a bit and with a sadistic smile that seemed natural he growled, “Wrong answer!” He jabbed the ember against his skin, watching him writhe and squirm as the smell of burning flesh filled the prison.

Sepht was caught by surprise when the brawny male scooped her up. She blushed and said, “Oh my, um… Will there be pain involved?” She had a blush go across her face and seemed to be a tad wet and dripping on him from the mere thought. She tried to look at his eyes but was pretty sure this strong, muscular, handsome was going to make sure she couldn’t. She ended up holding onto him, admiring his build.

Deverik was sitting in his hut, deeply meditating. His eyes opened up slowly as he felt the portal open, his mind taking in the feeling of his one son returning with what felt to be an Outworlder. He rose to his feet and stood straight up. He walked to the exit and looked out at the portal, glad to see his son home but there was the Outworlder over his shoulder. He recognized the woman over his arm as one of his former siblings and he was not going to take this, walking back into the hut and for once in his life, closed the door. He was furious and felt the ice and fire in his veins, taking a deep breath to quell himself before he could do anything stupid. He took one more breath then went back to his spot, sitting back down and letting Dread come to him.

    ———————————————————————————————-

Domme looked up at the male who asked who had beaten her ass. She looked back down as he knelt and she looked back right into his eyes. “Tenebrae kicked my ass. And I would love to. If it means being able to kill that brat and all the others.” She took a deep breath and looked him over. “You’re cute… and kin. Who’s are you?” She had to ask.

Der remained hidden in his small hole, only coming out when he felt safe enough to. He randomly walked around and everything felt different. He strode as he said to himself, “Siht ekil t’nod I…” He walked around and ran his hands on things he passed and shook his head. “Lufituaeb os ecalp siht…” He knelt down and placed his hands on the ground. “Yap tsum dratsab taht…”

Tenebrae saw the realm change and just threw the whip off her arm. She was very confused but got to see the hilarity of her sister falling flat onto her face. She then felt a pain as the one soul she was mostly relying on was ripped from her. She curled over and winced, eyes slamming shut. She then looked and checked her finger tips, normal. She smirked and got herself back up and made a run for the mansion. She was sprinting as she whispered to herself, “I totally deserved that.” This was a sign to her that kombat was over and she went as quickly as possible to the portal, she had fulfilled her oath and was ready for the next step. She made sure that she didn’t slow down as she ran at the portal, using one of her father’s powers to summon her axe just to slice her hair on the run. She then allowed it to disappear back to where it had been left as she yelled for her centarian as loud as she could muster. “TORON!” He heard her call and placed his blades into himself to run to her side instead of chasing the woman he had been after to kill. He managed to catch up to her quickly and she leapt onto his back, placing herself in between the vertebrae. She held onto his ribs and felt him leap as he and she passed through the portal to NetherRealm, him spurting a quick burst of fire as he carried her into the Realm. She then leapt off his back and stood, waiting for Noob who didn’t make her wait long. She bowed her head to him and said, “Now your end.” She first took the wine out of her and could smell the alcohol through the bottle. She decided to just set that on the ground, even though Toron seemed to want it and took it before trotting off. Noob looked at her and pulled the remaining souls from her quickly and painlessly. He then placed nether chains upon her so she would be bound to the realm. Tenebrae gave him an odd look and asked, “What’s this for?”
“Punishment,” Noob spoke simply to her and walked away from her. “First class, survive them. See you in a year.”
“Who?” Tenebrae cocked her head then saw the souls she had taken forcefully and shook her head, “Crap…” She placed her hands up and said to them, “Look, I know I totally deserve this but I have an explanation…” Most of the EarthRealm souls stopped to listen. “Um…” Tenebrae froze up a little then stood up straight, “I know what I did was wrong and I should have tried to reason with each of you prior. I needed the boost because I knew my siblings were going to tear me apart.” She made sure to keep herself away from those unwilling to listen, dodging a few attacks but getting hit by some. “All I wanted to do was protect my realm. Yeah I am not it’s god damned guardian, but I give a shit about it because it’s my home.” She ducked under an incoming fist. “Isn’t that what most of you had done? Protected your home?” She got hit right in the jaw by her own father. “I really deserved that…”
Sub-Zero would change his mind and come to stand beside her, this causing Frost to run off. The true Scorpion of NetherRealm came to stand by her side. Tenebrae looked at them both and looked directly at Sub-Zero as she said, “I am really sorry for using you most… I had no right…” She caught her father’s fist the second time and pushed him back.
“You’ll pay off the debt,” He spoke back to her, staring right at her. Scorpion smiled knowing she was in trouble.
Tenebrae nodded and said, “I hope it’s more than just clocking me a-“ She took a punch from Kano in the gut. “…. Good one…” She resisted punching him back. She then looked at them and saw they were defending her. She blushed a bit then thought since they were defending, it was time to stop taking it and dish some out. Her father slipped through and she grabbed his fist again in her palm, slipping it off to the side as she took a firm step forward and rolled her body through. She curled her fingers like talons and landed her palm firmly on his chest to knock him over. She then stepped back and rolled her other hand out to land a hit on an incoming Jarek to turn to an oncoming attack in the other direction just to be knocked down by Smoke. She laid on the ground and held her nose which was now bleeding and felt him stamp onto her gut. “Fuck!” She tried to kick him off and said, “I get it! Yeah I fucked you over! Stop it I learned my lesson, god damn it!”

    ————————————————————————————————–

Sepht continued to run but the realm changed around her. She was confused and looked back to see that there was no sign of the creature she had been running from. She sighed and just took to walking, she wanted to go home. She was done with all this bull crap. She walked towards the mansion.

Dahk remained sitting until Terror came and split with Dread. He watched him place together and ice the body and then set it where he willed. He looked back at the ground as they approached and heard their request. He did stand and hesitated a moment to speak. His voice was almost a whisper but he made sure them alone could hear, “He caught my brother and I while we were fighting… Captured us and wanted to toy with us by forcing us to make sure we were going to kill one another… I wasn’t going to kill him… But I wanted to live… When he was paralyzed by a far attack and left here since his fight was going to be with me… I panicked… Now my life is yours… Darkness for darkness… End it…” He knelt back down and sat on his heels, placing his hands on his knees. He bent his head down so if they were going to, it would be quick and easy. He saw the realm change then change back, he kept his head bowed and ignored it though, even when it seemed to go back.

Der stared at the show and took in all that was said to him. He fell from his gravity spot and landed on his feet. He looked to him as he left and bowed his head. He shook a little bit then took off from that area. Lower than a human? He took the thought and shoved it aside. He found a place to curl up under, he needed to collect himself before he could get to what he wanted to do.

Termak only blushed more as her companion asked her to come in and join her. She thought about it and knew there was a right and wrong here. She began to take her clothing off and walked into the shower, even having taken the tie out of her hair as it tickled the back of her knees. She blushed and came into the water as she tried to keep some distance from Judge, hoping she wouldn’t notice the lick of red kissing her cheeks as she stood in the nude before her. She shyly covered her nipples and her privates below, nipping her own lip as she tried to hide her own nervousness. She blushed only more as she examined Judge’s nude form in the pure water, watching it run out over her form. She had to look away before her wet lips were given away.

Domme flopped onto her face when the gravity was removed from her. She saw her whip and Tenebrae taking off. She also saw the realm had changed. She up righted herself and walked out of the area, she felt very embarrassed and wandered out of that area to sit somewhere alone to lick her wounds.

Venir watched as Sol’s body writhed and sputtered as it melted, ripping the soul out of it and feeling much better as he took it in, color returning to his flesh as he stood up. He watched as Terror took off and decided to follow but keep a respectable distance, taking notice to the man who had seen him and his face twitching only a moment. His face showed that of disgust, but his mind reveled in watching the torture on his brother’s face as he died. Then he saw Dahk, keeping back and out of his sight as he watched what was going on. He couldn’t hear Dahk, but he had a feeling he knew what was going on. He wanted to see him die. He was excited by this and hopefully no one saw his little friend peeking up. He was happy he wore loose robes so it really wouldn’t show. He hid himself and watched from this distance, hoping for death to occur.

Tenebrae placed her arm out and let the whip wrap around her arm but grabbed the tightening coil, feeling the tug from her sibling. She looked back to see Chaos was back and she was still giggling to herself about what the newcomer said. She could feel her hair dragging on the as she did this. She pulled down on the whip, she was much stronger than this sibling. She heard Reaper and said, “I will be back once this kombat is done, don’t worry.” She heard what Chaos had asked for and said, “One moment!” She let her ramp melt then she ran beyond where Domme’s grounding would be and pulled on the whip over and over again. She had nearly tripped on her own hair and decided that first thing she was going to do when fighting this sibling was over was to slice her own hair off to a more reasonable length.

Toron swung his blades to catch the blade of the poor woman then pushed it down and into the mouth on his stomach. He glared at her and said, “You dare attempt to face me?” The teeth chomped down on her blade if she could not pull back and would begin to dissolve it. Then he would proceed to summon up fire to shoot from his top mouth. He then attempted for a slice.

Sepht wasn’t able to pull her blade out in time and just let it go. She stepped back and tumbled away from the flames. Some of her clothes caught fire but the tumbling got some of it out. She took her cape off and tossed it aside. She then moved from the blades and shook her head. “You are not fucking normal,” She said then attempted to run from him.

Dahk gazed at Judge as the warning was given. He gave a smirk and spoke swiftly as they took away, “If it was not my life to take, then I will gladly give darkness for darkness.” He knelt down and stabbed his blade into the ground in front of him. He then sat and awaited what was to come, he placed his hands onto his knees as his shins were folded beneath him. His black hair seemed to be picked up by the flapping of wings as they made their distance. He had a tear stream down his face and he whispered, “I have failed…” He calmly awaited his destiny.

Der stood still as a shot was issued to his ear. He smirked and said, “Em thgif ylno nac uoy won.” He prepared to tighten his fist to shoot but Chaos appeared and demanded that he leave and the one below go with him, her, it, the lizard of oz. He bowed his head to Chaos then pointed a finger at Deamon as he said, “Retal uoy htiw laed lliw I.” He respectfully backed off and began walking in the opposite direction of Chaos, hoping to get to fight the man who foolishly started kombat with him.

Termak held onto Judge as she was flown to the outpost for OrderRealm. She was amazed by how the outpost worked and when she was dropped off, she smiled a bit. Then as her ally removed her armor then gave her a peek at her nude form, she blushed heavily. She took a deep breath and tried hard to not follow immediately. She instead wanted to look around the outpost, but there seemed to be no one there. She then proceeded to follow her and stood outside the shower as she said, “So, um… It’s a nice outpost.” She took a deep breath and was trying so hard to not peek. A firm blush seemed permanently painted on her cheeks.

Sol’s lack of depth perception and the steam messed with him but he could see Terror in front of him. He took a deep breath and saw the ice ball coming at him, pulling his shield up to reflect it back but the one behind him hit him in the back of the head. He felt the icy grasp as he began to feel chains on his body beginning to sear into his flesh through his armor, it melting from the heat. He let out a scream of pain as he felt the ice spears press through parts of the metal and into his tender burning skin and begin to freeze him, slowly. He moved and cracked at the ice with his strength and then proceeded to grab and pull the chains off. When he was released from that hell, he knelt down and ripped his still melting armor off then placed his hands on the ground. He stared at the ground, “No… Everything has to be destroyed…” He felt blood coming from where he’d been pierced and he laid himself down, placing a hand over one of the wounds then bringing his hand up to look at his own blood. It dripped down over the burns on his hands and he coughed up some red spit from his filling lungs. He placed his hand onto his face, flinching at the pain and twitching.

Domme felt the tug and didn’t think to let go of the whip as she pulled down. She kept trying to pull it back until the whip decided it was time to do a little head banging. She was smashed a few times and finally let go of the whip. She stood herself up, unable to get down or listen to the demands of the lizard until she was on the ground. She glared down at Tenebrae and said, “You fucking whore! How dare you make a sub of me in front of these people! Get up here and fight me!” She got into a lowered stance with her nails at the ready, coiled like a snake ready to strike out. She was certainly irritated enough that even her pony tail seemed to puff out like the hood of a cobra. She may not have been stronger than Tenebrae but she was willing to bet she was faster.

Venir continued to watch the battle and gazed at what was going on. Once the ice had hit Sol, he saw what seemed to be him just freaking out and getting wounded. Then when he tore his armor off and laid down, he knew it was the end. He rocked himself forward, placing his hands on the ground as he got his legs under himself. He managed to stand himself up and began to walk towards the battle, the howling was ominous to him. He had a feeling of what had happened but he wouldn’t delve into it. He made it over and wobbled when he stopped. He looked at Terror and asked, “May I…?” His flesh was pale and he pointed at his brother. Sol was bound to die anyway, so what was his soul really worth. He was shaking a bit and went back to his knees due to the ice beneath them.

Tenebrae looked up as her brother bowed and spoke to Chaos. Her mind thought for a moment and figured out what he had said backwards. She thought about what she wanted to say and tried to flip it backwards in her head as she said, “Der.” Trying to get his attention as she thought out the final bit. “Ressik ssa na hcus era uoy.” She hoped she got it right then looked at the suddenly appeared man who was making demands and throwing stuff at Reaper. She chuckled a little bit then whispered, “He’s in for a bumpy ride…” Her gazed locked on him as she decided to explain after he was done being demanding of Reaper and calling him names, “This is Kombat. You are in Chaos Realm. Kombat is fighting each other to see what realms can konquer who and who is safe from whom or in some cases for fun. Essentially, its fight, survive, or die.” She looked up to see Chaos had gone then glanced back at Reaper, “I got my siblings if you got him. He looks feisty.” She ran backwards through the maze, not caring which direction she took to attempt to get to her sideways sister. She focused on bringing up Sub-Zero’s soul and made a ramp to slide up at her sibling. She had the ice form into what she hoped was an axe but turned out to be more of a club as she swung it at her sister then proceeded to fall back down and slide to the ground on her ramp. She smirked and said, “This is kick ass.”

Toron saw the cute girl strutting up to him, too bad his parts had fallen off. He waited as she got close and then the woman began to stab at him. The first thrust managed to go between the bones with a light twist of himself. He reared out of the way as flames from the Nether ate up through his body and spurted out from the lower mouth at the short Kahn. He used this up and fire time to step backwards on his hind legs, only setting his feet down to back up further once the fires had spurt out.

Rai had to continue her attacks and slowly came to her senses a bit too late, the man that she was attacking was not her intended target but her eldest brother. She recognized him as he was in her face, already too late to turn back as he’d blocked her staff midair. She was blasted with those tiny soul skulls, her feet still going forward on the slick surface and the skulls pinning her to the ice. She flailed as the tiny teeth bit into her and she screamed, “NO!” She looked at Venir and begged, “I will do anything! I need to live! Don’t kill me!” Tiny drips of blood left from where the skulls grasped.

Sepht let out a squeak when she realized there was really nothing to this creature. She forced herself to the right as flames were sputtered out at her. She sighed and got her wits about her, that fire was hot as hell. Though she bet the flames seen earlier were hotter. She readied herself and swung at the creature again, aiming for exposed muscle tissue.

Dahk rolled out of the ways of the blades, still making his darkness crush his brother’s legs up until the sudden removal of the dome. Then the little brat was knocked out of his tree and stunned on the ground. He crushed his hand the whole way in to make sure his brother was done, he was done torturing him. He then looked at the one on the ground and stood over Night as he said, “Wanted to make us play, huh?” He balled his hand over Night and grabbed the darkness inside of him, forcing his hand open to make it expand in him. He made sure every little bit of it pressed on the inside of his body and blew him apart into many chunks of flesh. He didn’t even get his hand fully extended and wiped some of the bits off of him. He sighed and then said, “So much darkness… pitiful.”

Der stood up when Chaos left and proceeded to flip his sister off and said, “Eerf ma I tsael ta.” He looked down at the new human and thought about things to put his thoughts forward. “You should learn the tenants of the land, human.” He liked his happy upside-down place, he couldn’t be reached up here, he thought.

Blut yelled out as he was crushed by the darkness and his crushed corpse fell over, the parts flopping loose as blood leaked out of cracked open skin from the bones pressing through.

Termak nodded and said, “I suppose so… But from who?” She was then moved behind Judge and the loud sound emitted out. She held on behind Judge and watched her knock the male from the tree. She smiled and then couldn’t bare to watch her brother kill not just her other brother, but the one from the tree. She sighed and said, “Was… was that it?” She came from behind Judge and looked at her. “Was that really it?”

Sol felt the sliding and his reroute towards Terror and saw the staff light up. He was shoved at him by the sudden appearance, causing him to drop the rest of his snack and was proceeded to be hit in the gnads area of his armor with the hot end of the poker. Sol let out a yelp and since he was right there, he threw his fist out at the offending male. “Dumbass punk!” He growled at him.

Domme was rather confused and couldn’t see what was going on but heard people demanding and talking in the maze. She sighed and then looked forward to see her sister coming at her fast and swinging something at her. She moved to the side but not far enough out of the way and was hit back towards the maze by the icy club. She tumbled and shook her head a little bit. She cracked her whip and ran towards the ground and used the whip to strike out at her sister. She tried to wrap her whip on her to pull her to her.

Venir saw the captured sister and came out from his shield and strode up to his fallen and pinned sister. His mouth twitched as he attempted a smile, it wasn’t working. Her pleas excited him and made him think on things he had done before, the last time someone had pleaded to him. Those before death words were an aphrodisiac that he didn’t know what to do with. He leaned to his sister’s ear and said, “You will live on…” He made himself into a spirit form and entered her body, instead of destroying the soul, he forced it into his own and then burst out of the body. He picked her flesh off of him and turned to watch Terror and Dread torture his brother. Taking in the soul didn’t help him and he took a deep breath, sitting himself down. His face was no longer twitching and he focused on himself for a moment. He remembered taking in his caretaker had helped him and yet his siblings seemed to just keep him preserved for a short bit longer. He was never going to be able to figure this out and just watched the fight, sitting patiently on the ground with his legs crossed in front of him.

Tenebrae walked with Chaos over the pool without really paying attention as she tried to not stumble. She watched as they got closer the gravity shifting and sending various people who were near the pool in different directions. She giggled a little bit and strode carefully. She felt the gravity shift to allow her right side up in front of the pool. She had tried to land on her feet but she still ended up tripping on her face but got back up. She witnessed the man rise from the lake and watched the two lines get put. His words only made her smirk a bit, he was kinda cute. She decided to talk back to him, “Only thing in front of me is death so who gives a fuck!” She placed her one leg back and started to run forward at the lake screaming, “Bring it!” She took a flying leap at it and placed her arms out in front of herself and started to paddle before she even hit the water. She started to age the moment she splashed in, a year per second. The only thing that seemed to truly change as she swam was she got taller, some of the wounds healed and scars formed. By the time she made it to the other side, she didn’t feel winded. She hopped right on in, her hair dragging below to her ass. When she stood back up on the other side, she stood at ten feet tall and her hair nearly drug on the ground. She took a deep breath a looked up at Chaos and then to Reaper. She looked down at the ground and was checking herself. The ice had receded to just her finger tips and seemed much better controlled. She looked up at Chaos again and said, “I am different…” She was confused but she felt more stable.

Toron had been ripped into Chaos Realm for some time, his mind had been lost the moment he had entered into the realm. Fires from the Nether and occasional ice from the effects of the realm were spread across the area of which he had been dumped. Once his mind had gathered, his skeletal head rose as each vertebrae cracked. He pulled his blades as he pointed them at the sky and his horn pointed in the same direction, front legs pushing into the air in a full rear with a haunting laugh that echoed only in the darkest parts of a heart. He landed back down as he felt the flames sputter from his secondary mouth, the warmth taking him as he twisted his back oddly far as he stretched out. It felt damn good to be back in his right of mind and he was ready to go find his partner in crime.

Rai took the fact that Terror was turning to attack another as a sign of being ignored. Her mind set did not deliberate that he was initiating kombat with her sibling, let alone her mind even letting her know that siblings were there. They were all things to destroy, something to maim and pound back into the ground to prove she could be a god. She focused her magic at Terror, more than likely making his hair stand on end again as she unleashed a torrent of six bolts in his direction aimed wildly. She then made a shield around herself and expanded it as she was still rushing, swinging her staff downward at him.

Sepht wandered out and as she went, she saw something rather disturbing. It was definitely a centarian but it looked half rotted away. She figured it may have been from NetherRealm and thought between attacking it and just ignoring it. She took her sword and began to move towards him, swaying her hips as if in an attempt to attract him then thrusting her blade forward. She wanted to take no chances and sliced a couple times at the being.

Dahk moved out of the way from the blades as they moved in and pulled his own blade up as he deflected one of the incoming blades at one of the last seconds. He wrapped his fingers on his free hand to pull the shadows up faster on his brother and begin to crush it down harder. He knew the next thing the brother will do would be to call the blades back, he needed to kill him quick. He didn’t care of the one watching them, if his time would come right after his brother’s, let it come.

Der heard the sounds from the lost sister in the maze. A smirk came to his face as he decided to attempt his best at getting rid of a sibling as best as he could. He thought for a moment of what to say as her calls for an answer seemed timid. He finally said, “Here come.” He didn’t wait for a response as he said, “Left, right, left, left, right, left, right, right, left…” He looked down and back at the pool, with that she would appear soon and he must be ready. He backed himself against the wall so when she came, he could push her in and deal with her that way. Moments before he could have possibly attacked his sibling, gravity shifted. He flipped himself and landed on his feet, upside down from where he was. He sighed and then saw Chaos, kneeling down to them and saying, “olleh.”

Blut pulled at his leg as the darkness crept up and consumed his other foot and the on the other leg was up to his hip. He pulled the blades back to himself as his flesh consumed them. He tried to push the blades out of his legs but they could not pierce through the dark magic as he’d hoped. It didn’t hinder it as it flew out and pulled in as he glared at his brother, growling in anger as he only hurt himself in the struggle to get out of the magic, which was now up to his waist and had his one knee free. His bones could be heard cracking as he struggled against the magics.

Termak kept with Judge’s pace and had tried to go forward when Judge recoiled. She was rolled in as she was snapped back and held by the female who attempted to protect her. She blushed a bit then heard the serious words which caused her to contemplate, perhaps it was a great thing that they were not within his reach. To get fucked by ice would be cold but it occurred to Termak, that perhaps Judge had meant something else. She looked into where her eyes would be under the helmet and whispered as they began in a different direction, “Thank you for protecting me, I hadn’t known that about him. My siblings and I had been too preoccupied in killing one another to learn of others.”

Sol saw the man wrapping fire around his arm and saw this as an opportunity to cook his food. He made sure to tumble out of the way while holding his food out towards the fire, cooking it a little bit. He saw him then run to him and split into two with both firing in from the sides. He took two large steps back and took a handful of meat into his mouth as he side stepped some static and spoke with his mouthful, “You guys have no table manners.” He then used the now free hand to pull his claymore and slice at the nearest of the two, happening to be Dread as he did a diagonal strike.

Domme raised her head as she heard her brother’s calls. She thought of why he could be so helpful, was he lost too? She decided to follow his directions and started by turning left, taking her back the way she had come. She then went to the right as she whispered to herself, “left, left, right, right, left, right, right, left…” She followed the instructions carefully and reached the end, not noticing her brother against the wall but seeing the pool in front of her. She didn’t know what it was, but something felt off to her about it. Then she felt herself flung off to the side, bouncing off the walls of the labyrinth before she caught her gravity place to stand, though she landed on her side. She felt pain from this but stood up. She rubbed her head a bit for it.

Venir noticed Terror take to the male and thus he would need to cover the female. He noticed her aim was for the nephews who had begun kombat with another. He pulled his magic together to form a solid handle with rotating blades off the side. He made the false blades spin fast enough as he moved into the way of the shot to cut the lightening’s aim from its point and attach to the false blade, getting a small shock on his arm that seemed to more revitalize him then detriment him. He then had the blades form into a spiked shield, grounding it as he let go of it to hide from the oncoming electricity. With a quick gesture of his hand, he opened a hole just big enough to fit through and slid into her shield. He took a flying leap at her as she swung her staff, grabbing it as his hand went numb but none of him. He launched a barrage of small spirit skulls to pin her at this point blank range. He made sure his hand was off the staff before he landed, tumbling backwards to get back into the hole on his shield to hide beneath it. The ice was making it great to slide easily and since Rai was stuck sliding forward, it should mean her getting impaled on his shield if his skulls did not connect.
