-Feferi looked at her and said, “Well… I asked him how you both met and was fawning over his story and boof~! He passed out.” Sollux was still chuckle coughing and he reached for the tea to try to drink some. Armane was fine, despite maybe a little warm.-

-Feferi looked over at Armane and said, “So… how did you and your moirail meet?” Armane blushed and said, “Well… um… I was young and… she messaged me and said I was her moirail from the future…. and um…” “Awww~!” Feferi interrupted him and said, “That’s adorable!” Armane turned more yellow and tried to continue as he said, “So I… erm.. wanted to check it out and… well… I forgot for a while then… I… went to castle… cherub… went… saw…” He passed out cold on the floor. Feferi blushed a little and said, “oops….” Sollux chuckled a bit then coughed.-

-Armane looked and said, “He said the tea helped… So roll with that… I don’t know how to help it. He never let us in on it.” Sollux waved it off like it was okay. He held himself still and tried to relax. Feferi watched him with worried eyes.-

-Armane linked back to her when she came back, speaking, “That’s not going to help…” Sollux let her place it on anyway, him just laying there rather helplessly. Feferi looked at him and said, “Explain…” Armane looked at the ground as he spoke, “The fumes he uses are very specifically engineered himself. They enter through the lungs and have different effects depending on species. It instantly kills a Cherub if they inhale it, hence why he left the room. He wanted to be able to kill others if they invaded his territory. For trolls, it enters the blood stream and kills slowly, causing internal veins and arteries to burst and fill vital organs with blood. That is why I am amazed he’s alive with being so close. For humans, it is even slower but can get out of a system faster. The fumes ingredients actually feed on oxygen. Cherubs have an incredibly slow system, which is why it can instantly kill just by hopping on the oxygen, Trolls are not as slow but are very slow, then humans have the fastest. You consume your oxygen so fast it can’t latch and multiply.” He reached over and turned the thing off and removed the mask from him.

-Sollux shook his head to both and said, “The tea has been helping just fine.” Feferi started cleaning off Sollux and she spoke softly, “Let her help…” Sollux looked at her and said, “It can’t be helped. Just waited out.” Armane thought and said, “The fuck happened?” Sollux looked at him and spoke warily, “We were in a room in the castle, he flipped a switch and left. I tried to block off the vents.” Armane had a stunned look on his face and asked, “How are you even alive?”-

-Armane didn’t notice her move his arm. He took a deep breath as his eyes glowed a bit just from anger. He spoke with retrained anger, “If you were so keen on changing things, why raise me traditionally instead of in a new way?” Feferi looked down and said, “We didn’t want you to be made fun of for being different.” Sollux nodded and coughed more, rolling onto his side to hide the blood coming out. Armane had a worried look on his face.-

-Armane interlaced his fingers with hers and smiled. Feferi then abruptly said, “When do we meet your sibling and matesprit?” Armane turned yellow again and said, “She… uh… tends to cover for me while I am gone.” Feferi smiled and said, “Sounds like you play the roles we do. If he were back on Alternia with me, they’d have to follow his orders because they were my orders. We changed a lot of things. And I am proud of that.” Armane looked down and then back at her, “So… No one is status bound?” Feferi smirked and said, “precisely.” Armane didn’t mean to but he blurted out, “What about tradition?” Sollux gave him a look and ended up coughing again. Feferi said, “We broke it to give our grubs a better future.”-

-Armane smiled, the blush staying put and he placed an arm around her endearingly. Sollux coughed a bit and laid himself down painfully, Feferi taking his plate and stacking them under hers. Feferi finished hers then and placed it under Armane’s. Armane just sort of cocked his head, not understanding at all what that was for. He stayed silent though as to attempt to keep from blushing any worse.-

-Armane blushed bright yellow and wiped it off himself as he tried to cover it up. He said, “I know.” Feferi giggled and said, “Looks like he got the best of both of us.” Sollux smiled and said, “That’s a relief.” Armane could only keep blushing.-

-Feferi examined hers and nibbled on it. Sollux ate his happily. Armane nibbled at his for a moment then saw that’s what Feferi was doing and blushed yellow again. He started trying to not nibble at the food, resulting in some getting on him.-

-Sollux looked at Casi and said, “Yeah, actually.” He hid a cough, not as much blood present as before. Feferi gently pat his back, attempting to help him. Armane looked at his ‘father’ and had a horrible feeling about it and said, “Maybe a little something. I haven’t eaten well since I last saw your face.” Sollux smiled a bit when he heard Armane say that and decided to tease, “I thought you were pale, not scarlet.” Armane turned bright yellow. Feferi giggled and said, “Maybe some as well, I been on the move for a while. It’s hard to rule.” Sollux took her hand and said, “You are a great ruler.” Feferi gave a faint fuchsia blush. Armane turned more yellow watching them.-

-While she was out warming the tea, Sollux was not letting go of Armane. Armane didn’t want to pull away so waited until Sollux took his tea to sip it. Armane looked at him and said, “You are my ancestor?” Sollux nodded and said, “And you are our child. Alternia has changed a lot.” He coughed a little then took a sip of his tea. Armane shook his head and asked, “But how?” Feferi smiled and said, “You and your sibling were made differently than other trolls that’s how we know you are ours. We just had you raised like normal trolls.” Sollux agreed with her and continued for her, “So now the system is not completely Matriarchal. She is my Empress.” Feferi looked at him with a smile and said, “And he’s my Emperor.” Armane looked at them and said, “Are you saying, Fenrie is my sibling?” Armane and Feferi nodded to him. Armane soaked it in and thought deeply. “I still love her scarletly. Perhaps the lineage will stay in the family,” Armane smiled. Sollux and Feferi held each other with one arm and seemed at peace with this. Armane had a sort of sense of pride about this.-

-Armane blushed more and then watched as Sollux’s eyes were revealed and he looked at Armane. Sollux was in total disbelief. Armane blushed more. Sollux looked at him and had yellow tears dripping down his face. Armane got close to him then and leaned down to hug him. Sollux hugged him tight and said, “You… My child… but…” Feferi smiled and watched them.-

-Feferi rushed to Sollux’s room and said, “Guess what~!” Sollux sighed, “More fish?” Armane stayed next to Casi and looked at the pale troll under the yellow blanket. Feferi tried to calm herself down and said, “Our little prince is here.” Sollux shot up in the bed to sit, causing him to cough. She held onto him and handed him his now cold tea to sip. Sollux then said, “I saw him die… How?” Armane really didn’t want to speak. Feferi started unwrapping his eyes so he could see. Armane scooted to being behind Casi.-

-Outside the door was Feferi, she looked at Casi and said, “Aw~! Sollux was right. You are adorable.” She then looked past her and saw Armane and said, “Oh… my… cod… Is that who I glubbin think that is?” Armane blushed yellow and blinked at her. “Um… I am Casi’s moirail I am not a threat.” Armane spoke fast. “Nonsense,” Feferi said and then thought, “I thought Sollux said you died… Well, why don’t you come get to know him?” Armane blushed and looked at Casi for help.-
