-Dirk just held her tight and smiled. He whispered to himself, “At least… He will live on forever.” He had a tear go down his cheek and couldn’t help but choke up a bit. He was happy through the sadness.-

-Dirk hugged tight onto her and said, “Maybe… Sollux and Jane maybe…” He tried to keep her warm with his body, him trying to engulf her body in his just as a protective instinct.-

-Dirk looked at her and said, “Him as a sprite?” He shook his head no but he ended up saying something completely different, “It would bring him back, in fact, he would be immortal nearly, more so than he was in God Tier. He would be able to guide you through the game but not directly. He’d be forced to speak in riddles… But he would still be him. I guess… Yeah… but how are we going to keep him in tact until then?”-

-Dirk tried to hold her as close as possible, to keep her warm and comfort her. He took a deep breath and said, “I guess it is his fault… just for being a red Cherub… If the green had dominated… no one would be hurt… no one would be dead… Everybody would be… okay… and happy…” He had tears coming down again.-

-Dirk held her tight and was trembling himself. “Don’t you dare ever say either of those things… Remember how Sollux acted when he saw Armane dead? Imagine that with my lash back but against the Cherub. I would have gotten myself killed and Jake along with me. It wouldn’t do us any good… Plus… It was Karkat’s choice to go… to hear what happened… It is his fault…”-

-Karkat smiled when she thanked him and when she went to go find Dirk, he went back to his room. Dirk didn’t seem to want to be moved and just held onto her and whispered, “It should have been me…” John smiled and said, “Yeah, it should help him be able to move his arms sooner.” He took one and gently wiped off Dave. Dave smiled at them and said, “Thanks…”-

-Karkat watched her place her hoodie away and hugged her close when she came back. He gently rubbed her back with one hand and held her head with the other. He was calming down despite still feeling like a piece of trash. Dave smiled and said, “Yeah, that should do it.” John reached for one of the two rags and said, “we should wipe off his arm then place the bottles for his muscles to heal.”-

-Karkat held the shivering Casi close and tried to use his body heat to help. He didn’t know if it was emotional shivering or not. He was still upset too if she was. He didn’t mean it. Dave looked at Grey again and said, “A few… Might help.” John leaned down and took one of Dave’s hands. Them smiling at each other.-

-Karkat held onto her close and cried with her. He was used to being an emotional wreck and could stand to help her in her time of need. It was his fault, after all. Dave smiled and said, “When I was in battle before this last time, my arms got stabbed through at the shoulders and partly onto my… urg… torso… but they healed it up again, I just need to not be sore.” He offered a friendly grin. John looked at him and said, “You know, you shouldn’t of taken that hit. Dirk is much faster than you.” Dave looked at John and said, “He wasn’t moving so I made him move.”-

-Karkat took the chance and crawled over to Casi’s sleeping body, curling up around it and crying gently on her. He really hoped she didn’t wake up. John followed over to Dave, him gritting his teeth still but seeming better with the little bit of healing. Dave looked up at Grey and said, “Hey there… How have… urk… you been?”-

-John held him back and spoke in a calming voice, “Let the others take care of him. He placed an arm around him for a side hug. He was just as upset but knew better than to interfere. Dirk was still sobbing on Dave, bringing his head up to show it covered in Dave’s blood. He then took off full speed away from Dave. Dave let him go and placed himself on the ground laying, so it didn’t hurt anymore. Rose stayed outside of the door and said, “I am sorry… I shouldn’t have said anything… Then he wouldn’t have left and this wouldn’t of happened… I hope you don’t hate me for it…” She moved away, the sobbing Karkat sneaking to the door and opening it then shutting it behind him. He scooted near her bed and he knew she was there but just stayed still.-

-John held Grey close and rubbed his back. He made sure that his own tears were hidden. Dirk continued to sob on Dave, it stinging the hell out of his arms but he refused to let go of his bro. Karkat was still crying but he looked at the hurt Gamzee and forced himself to take off to the room he was in alone before, curling up on the bed to cry. Kanaya and Jane immediately started trying to help Gamzee and Dave. Jane even tried to revive Jake but it seemed to no use. She was saddened by it but had to continue to help the two she could help. Gamzee got just enough help to not be bleeding everywhere. Rose took off to go to Casi’s room and knocked gently. She waited for an answer.-

-John held Grey, him having tears himself but holding himself as strong as he could for Grey. Sollux finally appeared on the couch where he’d passed out earlier to get there, coughing up yellow blood as he came to. He pushed himself up from the couch and made himself go to the shower, trying to not get blood everywhere. Karkat tried to move past his twitching to sit up. Dave was upset as well, his arms bleeding over himself as he could only watch. Gamzee watched as well, he wanted to say something but he had grown up enough to know not to ruin this moment. Dirk released from the kiss and the movement of Karkat caught the corner of his eye. He laid Jake onto the floor and snapped his head to Karkat and yelled at him, “YOU FUCKING MORON!” He turned and was about to punch him but Dave forced himself into the way. Dirk tried to punch around him while yelling, “YOU FUCKING GOT HIM KILLED! YOUR FUCKING CURIOSITY GOT HIM KILLED!” Dave kept holding him away from doing so, Dirk ending up crying hard and wearing himself out from his previous bout of sorrow. He just went into gasping and crying on the bloody shoulder of Dave. It stung, but Dave fought through the pain to hold his bro. Karkat turned his head away, red tears going down his face.-

-John tilted his head at her then felt the presences approaching. Dirk held Casi tight but gentle at the same time. He was trying to comfort her the best he could. Dave, Karkat, Gamzee, and Jake reappeared. Dave holding them all as his wounds were fully ripped back open and he gently put them down before he gritted his teeth in pain and let out a low growl. Gamzee rolled off of Karkat and gripped his bleeding wounds to keep it off. the floor best he could. Karkat was twitching from still being in internal pain. Jake wasn’t moving at all and was still bleeding through at least eight layers of wrapping and ten of gauze. Dirk removed his arm from Casi and ran right over to Jake and scooped him up. His shades actually fell off from the sudden burst of speed. He was visibly crying and hugged Jake close and whimpered, “Speak to me… Tell me you’re alright…” Jake opened his eyes very weakly and couldn’t really move but to open his mouth and breath raggedly. Dirk shoved his face into Jake’s chest and held him closer. He listened as the beat of his heart stopped and he moved his head out of Jake’s chest and gently removed his glasses. He whispered mostly to himself as he moved to Jake’s head, “there may not be a volcano… but I will feel like there is one…” He kissed Jake’s corpse endearingly, holding him close.-

-John smiled and said, “Well, ever since our crisis ended, we’ve been traveling between universes, seeking out and killing red cherubs. It just happened that there was one in yours. So when Dirk found out Casi was here, he clocked us in and tada. Also I am great with winds.” He smiled at Grey and then continued, “Any other questions?” Dirk looked at Casi and gently moved to place his arm over her and said, “It’s not your fault… Karkat would’ve found a way to see anyway. He sometimes isn’t the most intelligent but he is the overall leader of the group.” He pulled out a shiny silver necklace he had tucked in his shirt and showed it, the symbol of Cancer with a little nub to keep it on its chain.-

-Sollux rushed to cover the vents, him coughing and noticing his blood on his hand. He taped another vent and said, “Don’t breathe it in!” He continued to try to find and tape vents. Dave saw the red empty and pulled out both of the needles and had an adrenaline rush, his arms not bothering him for now. He pulled Jake up onto Karkat and said, “Sollux! Come here!” Sollux coughed and said, “If I pass out I can make it back! GO!” Dave nodded and used his turn tables to begin taking them back, them disappearing from there. Sollux kept coughing harshly and saw his blood pouring out of his mouth in the reflection of metal. He laid himself down, the gasses floating up so it gave him time to get out of there. He forced himself to pass out and disappeared as he traveled through dream bubbles to get back.-
