Dirk smiled slightly at Jake’s compliment, “Thanks man.” He looked over to the three trolls, “I think its some kind of taboo, cleaning products.” The wings and legs were completed and the body just needed to be bolted shut, which was done quickly by Dirk’s deft hands. He quickly pulled a laptop from his syladex and connected the bird to it. Dirk smirked, “All I have to do is program it.” Dirk looked up at Jake, “This may take a while, but im almost done.” He pulled up the program he had created when he first started building robots and his fingers started to flash across the key board.

The blonde mechanic looked up from his work to see who was the owner of the unfamiliar voice. He looked back down at his work when he realized it was just another troll. Her arm looked impressive, but it didn’t have enough moving parts to interest him. He’s been making prophetic limbs for a while now so they were easy to make, the hard part was connecting it to the nerves.
He continued working on the robot, this was the frame for the stuffed bird, this would allow it to fly, walk, and talk/caw. He had just finished the other wing so he was working on getting it to move. It was quite simple to make, but it was difficult to make a small motor strong enough to propel the bird enough for flight. -
Dirk tapped his foot softly to the beat of the music as he worked. The blonde’s hands worked like one of his many creations, quickly and efficiently. The small robot slowly “grew a wing”. You could see all the gears working together as he moved the wing in different positions. Satisfied with his work he started on the other wing, softly humming with the music.

Dirk let himself be pushed by Jake’s nudge and pushed his foot in response. He followed Jake’s gaze before taking scrap metal, wires, and bolts out of his syladex. The shades wearing man idly tinkered with them.

Dirk let himself lean against the chair next to Jake’s legs. The pillow was big enough for him to sink into, but no enough to lean back. The cool kid once again pushed his hair out from his face and looked to the left twords the table the trolls were sitting at. They seemed to be talking, Dirk looked away and into his cup. He still had alot of tea left and half a treat. He quickly ate the treat and examined his tea. It was a dark brown, almost a coffee color.
-
Dirk shifted slightly on the pillow and pulled his legs closer to him. He grabbed a small treat as well and munched on it slowly thinking. He set on the small coffee table near by, it was in easy reach for both humans. Dirk idly moved his hair out of face and sat their in a comfortable silence drinking his tea.

“Well he is a sea-troll, they originate from the sea…”

Dirk stretched out himself on the pillow. His head was inches from the floor before he swiped at his face and got up. He put the stuffed bird away and gently grabbed his tea cup. With another yawn he straitened himself off and fixed his lopsided his glasses. It seamed that one of his brothers friends had joined the party. Dirk once again wandered around the room, expertly maneuvering around the mess of giant and small pillows. He passed by one of the many tables, it was empty. He helped himself to another cup of tea. He found himself to be ling the tea and was a bit addicted, he made sure to savor it though. It wouldn’t bode well for him if he ran out. As he walked to the couch Jake was currently sitting on he made sure to pick up a small tray of treats. He nodded at the trolls as he walked past their table and sat on another pillow only met for one person. The pillow was conveniently next to Jake’s couch. Dirk offered the tray to Jake, “Do you want some?”

Dirk yawned once more as he sluggishly turned his head and examined the room for any major threats. Lord English looked busy so no threat there. He buried his face in the pillow, his anime shades expertly maneuvered so he wouldn’t get stabbed in the face and yawned in the pillow.

Dirk looked up when heard heard Jake’s rapid footsteps. He layed back down when he saw no danger, but his fists were slightly clenched. Dirk took another sip from his teacup and held it for warmth. Currently it was winter in Texas and the Strider was always cold when he ventured some where and was grateful for the lack of cold and the wonderful warmth. When you live in Texas anything lower than 70 was cold.

Content that Jake could take care of himself and a nod of thanks to Kanaya, Dirk let his head loll back on the pillow and relax for a while. His breaths were long and shallow, but comfortable. He was once again enveloped in a blanket of warmth and he let a puff of air escape from his mouth. His teacup was safely on the floor next too him and the completed stuffed animal was next to it.
-
This time Jake’s scoot caused Dirk to fall off the pillow, his blanket of warmth shattered. Dirk was instantly alert once he felt himself falling and managed to to shatter the tea cup underneath him. With a annoyed huff, Dirk gathered his sowing things and tea and walked over to a another soft pillow that was also able to hold at least 8 people.
-
Jake’s little scoot almost pushed Dirk off the pillow, not that he minded. Dirk was almost out of it, but refusing to go to sleep with such a dangerous foe so close to him. Dirk still had a few inches left on the pillow and his hands layed limply in his lap.

Dirk once again sighed at the both English’s logic her looked around the room briefly taking a break from his sowing. The large pillow was warm and soft and he was entrapped in a blanket of heat. Dirk sluggishly reached for his tea and carefully took a sip and yawned. The tea was warm and sweet, the cup had an elegant pattern painted on it. He put the cup back on the floor next to the pillow and yawned quietly again. He resumed his sowing on the stuffed bird.

Dirk sighed at Lord English’s logic and resumed his sowing.
