“Is there something wrong there? Cargo wall… that sounds important, is the Organization planning an attack there?” Leppu says, planning an attack, “Is that place on an upper deck? I’m not allowed to go past deck 4.” He scratches the back of his head timidly.

“Oh, I get it?” Leppu said unsurely, peeking at the datapad as if it was written in a different language. “Do you have games on that?” He asks, staring down at the pad with a look of curiosity.

Leppu leans in to look at what Kylie was doing, “So whats a diagnostic check then?”

“Thank you! I hope I can be of some use to you!”

“Bu we wouldn’t know that unless we died…” Leppu trails off, evidently thinking again, “No, no, I shouldn’t be thinking, that could be dangerous.” Leppu says, shaking his head vigorously, “People always say to me ‘don’t think too hard, you’ll hurt yourself.’ so its not a good idea.” The slightest amount of panic seeps into his expression, “Do you think its already too late for me?”

“Hi~ I’m Yuuya~! A girl at about 15. I like to draw a lot and can also play guitar, I guess that’s my background? Theres nothing really special there, just school and stuff. I’m a mage, specializing in healing and water magic, but I can do the most other elements but dark magic in a pinch. I have kinda curly shoulder-length brown hair that I like to keep in braid over my shoulder, I hope that looks cute, I usually like to wear this grey hoodie jacket and I have glasses or else I couldn’t see five feet in front of me. I usually use a staff for magic, but I also keep this short sword with me just in case”

“Hey thanks man!” He gives a slightly malicious half-grin, “Can’t wait to see you on the battlefield.”

“Oh, I get it, like how pixels make a game…” He seems to zone out, following a trail of thought for a minute, then goes wide eyed, “Is anything real? What if we’re in a game? …My brain hurts, I don’t like science.”

“Ryuunosuke, you can call me Dragon. By my best guess, Im about 17 years old, although I’ve lost track. Im a guy, as you can hopefully tell, although I’ve been told I look feminine, especially from the back, I think thats crap though. Its probably just because I have my hair in a ponytail, its too long otherwise, anyway I think its kinda cool. I spent some time on a sort of military pirate ship, its kinda hard to explain, but there I learned hand-to-hand combat. I also learned how to craft bombs, that’s what I mainly use as a weapon, I love me some bombs, but if I run out of them I like to use a scimitar, I am a pirate after all.

“…Atoms?” Leppu scratches his head and glances a Kylie, “Was there a joke? I dont get it.”

“Eh? Molecules…?” Leppu steps foreword, “Where are the molecules?” He reaches his head to look where Lawrence was, “I dont really see them…”

Leppu tilts his head “You’re asking me? No one’s ever asked me something like that before.” He smiles sweetly, “Thanks, but nothing’s broken.”

“I… don’t really know her name, she wears this really old-fashioned dress, I’ve never really seen anything like it before… I don’t think I should talk about her, I don’t want her to hate me…” Leppu explained vaguely in a voice unusually slow and quiet for him.

Leppu’s eyes widen slightly and he sends a quick, somewhat fearful glance towards Barnaby and looks down sadly, “She said that she doesnt want me to ever talk about her again… I think she hates me.”

“So why where you like, making sparks? Cant that set a fire?” Leppu asks, looking toward the place that Kylie was welding previously.
