Leviathan shrugged, ” Extra water?” The words phrased like a question and yet, the woman held out her glass expectantly to the waiter. She also tucked in her tentacles, twisting and folding them up within the small confines of her backpack so as not to alarm too many of the restaurant patrons. She didn’t want to be kicked out before she finished her chow. She savored the taste of the light fried batter while pulling out her own smart-phone and typing down a few notes, including the location of the house she would be breaking into. She had never pulled off a job this high profile before. Planting illegally downloaded files and incriminating evidence onto normal laypersons’ computers was an easy job for her and Simon,, resulting in easy blackmail. Tackling the district attorney meant much more risk for a far greater gain. Leviathan passionately forked three more mouthfuls of squid into her face as she thought. The most important thing would be to hide her face and scout out the place. A man important as that in such a crime ridden area might have dogs, bodyguards or worse and she wanted this to go without a hitch. Her phone chimes in with a news report from the Neon District. Curious, she clicks the link to the city’s main news website and looks for more information about the chaos and pandemonium occurring there.

Leviathan meandered through the streets of Arclight District as she headed towards a particularly seedy old electronics and mechanical shop which she was reasonably sure would purchase her goods. They’d gouge her for prices of course, but any amount of cash on the side would be worth it. A few people gave her nasty looks as she strolled along, but Leviathan focused ahead of her and tried not to visibly react to any negative attention her fins and teeth gave her. As she made her way around a corner, a baritone voice called out to her, “Hey! Levi! You’re earlier than expected!” With a toothy grin, Leviathan spun around to see the owner of the aforementioned electronics and mechanical shop. He was around 30 years old or so dressed in jeans and wearing a nerdy T-shirt slightly dusty from leaning against the walls of a decrepit building adjacent to the electronics store. “Sup, Simon? You got some hardware you need taken care of?” She had known this man for the past 3 years ever since she had first begun her thieving career. In exchange for first pick of her goods, a 50% discount and a few special jobs he had personally taught her everything he knew about hacking and computer software. He chuckled, pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose as he invited her into the store and behind the counter to the back. “Untraceable smart-phones have been selling hot lately, so I’ll take as many as you’ve got. Any cameras this sweep?” Leviathan rummaged through her ziploc bags of merchandise, “Yup. I’ve got three of ’em. Two are digital, and the third is one of them fancy photography cameras.” Simon considered for a moment before purchasing one digital camera and all four of her smart-phones, each one wiped and starting over as a completely new slate.
Once she had pocketed Simon’s money, all given to her in hard cash, Leviathan turned to leave when Simon interrupted her. “Oh, and I’ve got something different I’d like you to take a look at.” Her gills flared at the stressed word, and she sent him an inquisitive gaze. The store owner handed over a simple cell-phone, “I need this delivered and uploaded to someone’s computer…discreetly. ” Leviathan squinted at Simon, her eyes narrowed slightly as she took the phone. “You’re one sick puppy, you know that?” He gave her a slip of paper with the intended address as well. One look caused her eyes to completely narrow to suspicious slits while her gills flared again with distress. “This is in the Artemis District, Simon. That’s…that’s a tall order. Who even is this guy? ” The man frowned, ” The District Attorney.” He stopped her protests with a hand, “I know, I know. This is difficult, but trust me when I say this guy will be out of a job if we let this get released to the press. He’ll be putty in my hands after this which means you, of course, will benefit too my little protege.”
She sighed, “Alright, but I’ll want some time to plan. This needs to go off without a hitch or I’m toast.” Simon nodded in response, “Yeah. While the sooner the better for this kind of job, take whatever precautions you need so that you don’t get caught. Oh, and you might want to be careful about who catches you with that cell-phone. Wipe it and bring it back to me if it looks like this job will take longer than a month. The files on there will attract some…negative…attention if you hang around with it too long. The punishment for trafficking sensitive images like these is pretty severe. ” That last phrase worried Leviathan considerably but she nodded. “I’ll do my best.” To try and lighten the mood before she left, Simon called out, “Oh by the way, how’s that suit of yours coming along?” The metahuman girl grinned back in response, “Just got to sell this stuff and make a stop at the hardware store and I’ll be done!” The store owner smiled, “That’s great. You’ve been working hard. Well, don’t get into any unwanted trouble.’
With that, Leviathan left the store and then headed towards one of her favorite restaurants in the district, La Campagne. A street-goer she recognized bought her other digital camera with only a small amount of haggling. That left her with a variety of basic appliances as well as some more high-end stuff such as: laser projection keyboards, a USB biometric scanner, a laptop, tablets and other devices suitable for performing untraceable remote hacks as well as the real find of the night: a portable 3D printer.
Having only eaten a small pack of sushi for lunch, all of that swimming and excitement with Mr. White Knight on top of no sleep was leaving her ravenous. “No point in working on an empty stomach, might as well get some chow and see if the clowns want to buy,” she muttered to herself as she entered the restaurant. The electricity manipulator quickly gave three orders of the fried calamari appetizer to the waitress and began to devour her food once it came while considering the lowest price she would be willing to accept from either the Funny Face Mafia or other people on the street in exchange for not having to deal with the Cartel.

“Hey lady, what’s up?” Carina asked the woman beckoning to her from within the tent. The young pirate captain kept a neutrally curious expression on her face the whole time, wondering if the diversion would be worth her while.
“That shield you’re wearing… I’ve seen one just like it before near the entrance to the Grand Line.” This peaked Carina’s curiosity, “Yeah? I guess the marines fished this one out of the sea then. That’s cool that it might have been to the Grand Line.” The old lady shook her head violently from side-to-side when she saw the youngster wasn’t getting her point. “Would you by any chance be interested in selling your shield? I happen to be an avid collector of oddities, and some day I would like to complete the set you have.”
Carina gave the old hag an interested look, noticing for the first time the odds and ends for sale in her tent. A full set of Arlong’s discarded teeth, a scruffy and disgusting looking afro… this woman was really, really odd. “The set? So there’s more shields like this?”
“Yes, one other. It is said that were used by a great pirate to nearly kill the King himself, a long time ago. I have always been curious about them, since they are rumored to be incredibly destructive when put together. ”
Carina grinned toothily, “Hey! That’s really cool! I’m not going to sell this one, but if I find the other one I’ll guarantee bring them back for you to look at, okay?” The old woman sighed in response, thinking there was a very small chance of the girl managing to make it all the way around the Grand Line and back safely. “Thank you child. I would appreciate that.”
At this point, the city square erupted into pandemonium and chaos as the townspeople and visiting sailors hurriedly closed down stalls and rushed to barricade themselves up in the taverns, houses, marine bases and any building they could get into. Carina noticed with narrowed eyes, “Huh. I guess my reputation precedes me?” She turned back to the old woman, “Hey, any idea why everyone’s freaking out?” But to her surprise the woman had already packed up everything away and was sprinting off at a surprising speed for an old woman, leaving just the empty fabric of the tent behind. “This city sure is sooo weird,” she whined to herself and continued on down the street looking for a Log Pose since the stall she had sighted had packed up and left. She just couldn’t return empty-handed.
The girl walked nonchalantly down the street looking at the windows of all of the shops to see whether they might have a Log Pose inside. Of course, the street had rapidly become deserted. Getting frustrated, Carina just walked into the nearest store with a bit of dramatic flair. A.V leapt from her shoulder into her hat to avoid the breeze made by the door. “Hey! Anyone in here, I want to buy a Log Pose!” Of course, the shopkeeper hiding there was cowering upstairs and said nothing. Losing her patience, Carina shouted, “Well I’m going to look around then, okay!?” There was a quiet, “Go away,” in response but since it was such a quiet little request, Carina decided to pretend not to hear it. Shrugging, the girl began to ransack the place looking for her desired compasses. The cabinet didn’t have one and neither did several of the drawers or cash register. All of which were locked but still no match for her concoction of corrosive poisons. Finally, one large cupboard held three Log Poses covered with dust. “Found them, no thanks to you!” Carina shouted, just in case someone was actually in here. Fishing out the appropriate amount of money according to the small paper tag tied around the compass, she left a small pile of coins on the store counter. Carina didn’t bother to pay for the damage done to any of the locks, after all the guy deserved it for not helping her out in the first place.
The young pirate captain slipped the compass onto her wrist and began to hum under her breath a merry but classic tune as she headed back out into the streets looking for any interesting shops as she took a round-about detour back to Axel and the ship. They were really going to go to the Grand Line! A toothy grin split across her face again as she could barely contain her excitement. Her humming transformed into joyful singing,
“Making a delivery, bringing it across the sea, Bink’s sake in the hold as we sail through the breeze~!”

Leviathan took a few moments out of her schedule to sit on an abandoned park bench and pull out a box of jumbo ziploc bags. Once she was sure she was alone, Leviathan pulled out each stolen electronic device: three cell phones, a tablet, a small wind-up radio, several clocks with multiple levels of complexity and some small lights as well as basic power tools and digital cameras. She quickly double-bagged each appliance into the plastic bags after disabling any remote tracking devices which might have been installed in the phones or cameras. “Find my phone? I don’t think so,” she cooed to one of the cell-phones as she easily hacked through the pass-code, and deleted the feature before changing the password to something easy such as 1-2-3-4. She also stuffed a hand-towel into one of the bags. Then, Leviathan headed down to the bay area, taking a long walk through the suburban Green District.
At the edge of the water, she double-checked that her bag was zipped tight and then dove into the dark, murky water. The cool rush of brackish water through the gills behind her ears was refreshing after spending so long on shore. Even if the water wasn’t as clean as she would have liked, the sensation was still enjoyable. Leviathan gave a quick dolphin kick deeper into the water and unfurled her long metallic tentacles. The weight from the metal was less burdensome to her underwater, but managed to nicely balance her organic body’s natural buoyancy. She paused in kicking for a moment to allow herself to sink deeper into the muddy depths of the bay area before swimming again. Letting loose a mischievous grin, Leviathan moved her metallic tentacles to give her a quick boost of speed underwater.
Bubbles pooled out of Leviathan’s mouth as she let out a muffled laugh of excitement as she rocketed forward at an incredibly fast speed before slowing to a stop as her momentum gave out. She zoomed quickly along the bottom of the water for a few more moments, sensing the electric fields given off by boats, fish and non-magnetic objects in order to not crash into anything. Then, she settled into a slower rhythm of swimming until she reached the shoreline of the Arclight District. She surfaced from the water with a quick dolphin-like jump, and used her tentacles to hoist herself up onto dry land. She shook herself like a dog and then toweled her body until it was as dry as it could be before heading off to wander about the streets of Arclight. Her plan was to look for some individual and independent buyers before looking for patronage from any of the gangs. She had sold specifically to gangs a few times, but she preferred to do jobs for individuals in order to keep up a reputation as a neutral, faction-less thief. There was nothing, in her opinion, wrong with the gangs, but since her day job might require her to travel through different turfs, it was better to not side too strongly with one or the other.
Still, she felt as though she were finally starting to get habituated to the Arclight District. Its seedy atmosphere meant that she didn’t need to hide the fact that she was a meta-human as much. Her tentacles were bad for business, so they generally stayed tucked into her bag, but it was nice to walk around without being forced to wear veneers over her teeth or a scarf around her ears. “Alright, let’s see what kind of business I can drum up tonight,” she muttered to herself.

Carina noticed all of the ships sinking and sighed, “Sure, take a big barrel of fish and booze with you. Axel’s already getting us in trouble with the local authorities, so I’ll just grab some more at a store here.” She was fairly confident that none of the stores would attempt to stop her if she “lifted” a few of their supplies. “If there was something other than victuals that you needed, just tell me or Axel so I can replenish our stock.” She was being generous as a captain because right now, the loss of a few supplies didn’t set her back at all and it could possibly win her favors and friendship from a dangerous pirate. Allies could be useful later down the road.
At Axel’s insistence, she geared up to go into Loguetown and purchase what they needed to enter the Grand Line. A.V sensed that she was about to leave and nibbled at the girl’s boot until she crouched down and scooped the rabbit up from the deck of the ship and placed it on her shoulder. The tiny lapin nestled into the crook of her neck as the girl hopped from the ship to the edge of the dock and then headed down towards the center of the city. Deciding to simply ask directions, Carina stopped an elderly looking man and politely asked him where to purchase a compass for navigating the Grand Line. He gave the girl in front of him a surprised look, clearly wondering why a young teen like her would be trying to enter the Grand Line without an experienced crew or ship given all of the dangers. Eventually, he pointed in a direction and Carina thanked him and dashed off, her boots clattering against the cobblestone ground. It was only ten minutes after the old man went his own way that he passed by Carina’s wanted poster, now advertising her bounty as worth 1500 beri for defeating a large pirate ship and harassing a small village. He spun around with shock, but by then Carina had already disappeared into the alleyways of the city.
Carina navigated through the narrow back-streets of Loguetown until she reached the main center of town, right where the King had almost met his fate by Buggy the Clown. The wooden platform was still there, of course the wooden planks had to be occasionally replaced in order to keep the whole structure from tumbling down. She looked at it for a bit, before glancing around to find a stall selling Log Poses. She finally found what she was looking for when she noticed a middle-aged woman beckoning her over with a jeweled but gnarled hand from within a shadowy purple tent. Her curiosity peaked, Carina diverted course and entered the small set-up to speak with the woman.

Leviathan had been fighting and jostling the crowd along with the other frightened civilians. Her oversized backpack blended in perfectly to her cover as a frightened young woman grabbing as much stuff from her home as she could before fleeing the Green District. Of course, as she expected, the police had shown up with all of their violent and forceful tactics as well as one of those dratted “do-gooder” types. From behind safe police lines, she watched the news report by looking into a TV store playing the channel on all of their display television screens with other displaced residents of Green District.
“Hey, he actually pulled it off,” she commented disbelievingly on the self-named “White Knight” when he managed to completely obliterated the enormous monster. Although she didn’t particularly like anyone working on the side of the police force, anyone who defeated monsters and saved the city’s middle-class meal tickets was a good egg in her book. Leviathan just made a mental note to steer clear from him while she was on a burglary job. Her eyebrows rose slightly when he took off his helm and flashed the audience a ridiculously photogenic smile. Powerful, selfless and good-looking? Not only would this be all over the morning press, but she was willing to bet the White Knight would soon be seen on posters, mugs and T-shirts.
After she had gotten her fill of the blond eye-candy and resolved to buy some White Knight merchandise when it became available, Leviathan turned westward to go travel through the remainder of the Green District. It would be a long walk through the middle class region of the city to get to the Arclight District, but the swim was always refreshing, and it seemed a relatively safe place to perform some crime as long as she didn’t go around attracting any of the gangs’ negative attention.

Name: Orcish Chain-Battleaxe
What it does: Saws through hard materials such as bone and most metals including brass, copper, bronze, steel and iron.
How it works: The axe features a cutting chain with sharp teeth running along the head. The chain can be turned on and off through a pull cord connecting close to the engine. In order to run the chain, either a gear needs to be wound by the side of the engine or coal needs to be added to the engine. Coal is preferred because it lasts longer with less effort and allows a large stream of fire with a 10′ range to be spewed from the tip of the axe.
How it is Powered: Winding or Coal
Size: 6′ long in total, the blade by itself is 4′ long.

Occupation: Diplomat
History:
-Early Years-
Atha was born to the Boarstrength clan, a well known and rapidly expanding family of orcs from the prominent Boneridge Tribe situated to the far south. As a young child, she was strong like most of her kin (weak or sickly orc children were left for dead in the wastes). She learned about both the art of fighting with simple blunt weapons and thrown stones and spears before her tenth birthday where she was forced to defeat another orc around her age in single combat before being allowed to begin forging her own axe and begin joining scouting and small raiding parties. During this fight, she gained the scars on her hands from being forcibly disarmed. She ended up winning by taking a hold of her opponent’s weapon and forcibly wrestling him to the ground.
Once the basics of fighting and a warrior’s code of honor had become fully ingrained in her way of life, she was free to pursue other interests and duties among the orc nation. There was always plenty of work for young orcs and she chose to study the basics of herbal witchcraft as well as metallurgy for creating crude pig iron and bulky coal driven technologies. Although her tribe lacked finesse in making finely tuned and compact inventions, they took advantage of their natural strength to produce and lug around enormous machines designed for warfare. Their militaristic culture coupled with a good knowledge of the surrounding area and their strength, durability and tenacity ensured that any passing merchants or starting settlements of the “fair” races met with a swift and brutal end. During these skirmishes, Atha distinguished herself and brought honor to her clan in the field of combat for preemptively anticipating the escape routes of a particularly valuable caravan overburdened with precious metals and goods as well as for participating in a successful raiding party against a group of encroaching guards charged with securing the trading route and nearby coal mines.
For these achievements, Atha became recognized as a full adult of her tribe and granted her grandfather’s axe, “Truthmaker”. Although she never rose to become leader of her clan, she remained a prominent member. As armed conflict continued, her tribe began to lose members while at the same time gaining valuable new ideas and technology in the form of looted goods.
While the large-scale orcish technology continued to be used by the tribe, Atha along with other young orcs of her generation quickly realized that reverse-engineering stolen machines made for a quick pay-off. Devoting herself to the task, the Boneridge tribe made astounding leaps and bounds in their scientific advancement and quality of life, distinguishing themselves both to other orc tribes and to the races they fought with. It was contentious among the Boneridge tribe; however, Atha’s decision to share her knowledge with passing scouts and boar-riding messengers from the adjacent and frequently contentious Bloodsower tribe. This led to the spread of knowledge and a kind of scientific revolution among the orcs.
Realizing that her tribe has benefited more from technological advancement than looting and raiding, Atha has gathered and pulled together acceptable clothing and has come to the “civilized” world under a flag of peace as a diplomat in order to learn more about sophisticated machinery and to establish peaceful relations with her tribe’s immediate neighbors. Ostensibly, her motives are to establish her tribe with legitimate and respected territories as well as open citizens of the kingdom up to negotiations with orc kind. In order to fully immerse herself in the foreign culture and to try and soften public opinion towards orcs, she took great care to acquire practical yet fashionably acceptable clothing and introduced herself as a less intimidating and more human-like version of her orcish name.

Carina gave Tanakami a blank look when she mentioned leaving her crew to go alone in a dinghy. She was skeptical of the small craft’s ability to survive the grueling trip up the mountain and into the Grand Line even if Tanakami did have the skills to pick the right current. The inherent arrogance of the pirate in front of her assuming that she could make it without her crew, especially if her powers really did become weak after night-fall also came to Carina’s attention. Still, Tanakami had made it clear on repeated occasions that she wanted to go alone so she resolved to wash her hands of the matter. With a small smile, Carina responded, “Well, that’s not the route I would have chosen but if that’s what you want to do, then best of luck.”
The captain noticed when Axel cleared up the plates and began to go swimming for fish. She muttered to herself, “Good lord, does he ever rest?” Her first-mate seemed to have been either working or fighting for the entire day, and she was a bit concerned about his stamina levels. Louder, she called out when Axel surfaced along with his monstrously large fish, “Geez, you’re making me look like a slave-driver, Axel. It’s okay to take a break every now and then.” As the ship approached, and Carina could see the lights gleaming against the dark, night sky she helped adjust the sails and tie down loose objects as well as taking the table and chairs back into the kitchen. She also fetched some rope from the hold to tie to Loguetown’s moorings and keep the ship from drifting off.
“I guess this is your stop, then.”

Leviathan was busy shoveling small boxes of charms, silver and gold chains, and jeweled pendants from the home-owner’s bedroom night-table drawers into her backpack when she heard the ghastly noise of some enormous beast from close by. She froze, her tentacles stiffening with shock and accidentally scraping the plaster ceiling of the bedroom. ‘A dark shadow obscured the moonlight streaming in through the windows, and against her better judgement the young woman took a cautious step forward. Through the clear glass panes, she caught sight of enormous black mass built of some viscous and otherworldly substance.
Immediately she panicked. A monster meant news media, police, military forces and superheroes, all of which she was currently trying to avoid as a low-level cat burglar. Even though this house was still ripe for the picking, it was time to get out of there immediately before a super-hero showed up and either nabbed her or tried to pin the blame of this monstrosity on her. Leviathan slid down the wooden railing lining the house’s stairs, swinging herself off of the bottom and onto the first floor of the house. She then headed for the back door, her tentacles grabbing any spare electronics she missed and throwing them into the bag to join the jewelry, money and snacks she had already lifted from the house.
Right before she tumbled out of the back door, Leviathan folded her tentacles up with great difficulty within the mostly full backpack and out of sight. Stumbling into the street, Leviathan immediately took off in the opposite direction as the monster trying to stay inconspicuous and unnoticed as she looked for a possible escape route.

Carina grinned as Axel got the ship on the course for Loguetown, and took the wheel while motioning to Luke to come over. “Hey Luke, you’re probably pretty nervous but you’re one of us now, so don’t worry.” She gave him a winning smile while minutely adjusting her grip on the wooden spokes of the wheel.
“That means you’ll get your fair share of any loot we pick up as well. You don’t happen to have eaten a Devil Fruit, right?” Before he could respond, Carina continued, “It’s okay if you haven’t, makes my job easier. Just be careful during a fight if you’re not used to that sort of thing. Safety’s important, you know.”
Luke nodded numbly, so Carina handed off the wheel. “Let’s see how your steering is! Just keep us going on this course, okay?” Once she was satisfied that Luke was doing a good job, she walked off to make some marks on their map about their trajectory and course. She also made a few notes in a small notebook of hers and stored it securely back in her sleeping quarters. By the time she was done, Axel had finished with dinner.
“Hey Luke, come on over! Axel’s food is freakin’ delicious.” The shipwright tied off the steering wheel to keep them going the right way while he took a break to eat with Carina and the others.
Carina happily dug into the chicken, eating up the entire meal. “Axel, your food is great as always.” It seemed his first meal wasn’t some sort of fluke. Already, she was pleased with her decision to leave the marines. The wine, on the other hand, she pointedly left alone giving it a hard gaze. Using one hand, she moved the glass away and nudged it over to Axel.
“The more the merrier,” Carina responded to Tanakami, relatively unconcerned by her guest’s dangerous Devil Fruit powers. “If you don’t mind me asking, are you planning to meet up with a crew over in Loguetown or are you going to try and enter the Grand Line by yourself?”

Only a small glint of reflected moonlight upon metal could be seen out of the ordinary in the relatively quiet neighborhood in the midst of the Green District. She had scoped this house out after making a quick detour on her mail delivery shift. Three newspapers piled up at the doorstep meant that the owners were not home and that the building was ripe for the picking. The house wasn’t in her normal route, she had to switch up the targets to prevent the police from catching onto a pattern but the situation was familiar.
A quick glance around showed no immediately noticeable police forces or cameras nearby, so Leviathan pressed forward, revealing the monstrous mass of copper, steel and aluminum hiding underneath the back of her hoodie. Unraveling the ends of the coiled metal that made up her sinister tentacle appendages, Leviathan carefully began to pick the lock of the kitchen door of the middle-class, suburban house.
Once the lock was done, the meta human cautiously and quietly let herself into the home and quickly found and avoided the motion detecting burglar alarm. Electronic devices such as these were a snap to turn back on and off even without her special abilities.
With that, the young woman began to snoop around the house for valuables and technology she could fence at a later date.

Charlotte uses two pens to sign her first and last name onto the rules board just because she can.
-
1. Name: Charlotte Atherton
2. Alias(es): Leviathan
3. Identity: Private
4. Gender: Female
5. Age: 22
6. Appearance: Gangly with short light brown hair, perpetually narrowed blue eyes and teeth filed to a sharp point. Her most notable features are the flesh colored fins sprouting from just under his ears and four metallic tentacles sprouting from her shoulder-blades and hips.
7. Abilities:
Electricity Generation: Can naturally produce a current in her body of up to 700 V/day.
Magnetism: Can use a current to control the magnetization of certain metals (iron, copper, nickel). This is how she controls her tentacles.
Electricity Storage: Can store within her body up to 150 MV of electricity before becoming electrocuted. (power plants produce 100 MV/hour, a lightning bolt is approximately 120 MV)
Electrolocation: When in contact with a substance which conducts electricity, she can determine the location of electric fields and nearby objects. In air, she can determine the presence of electrical fields, and is sensitive to electromagnetic waves.
Neuro-electricity Manipulation: By infusing her (or someone’s body she comes in contact with) with an electrical current she can speed up neural impulses and processes. This increases the intensity of pain and speeds up reflexes, thinking, metabolism and healing (halves healing time so better for recovery than in-battle healing), but also has a taxing effect on the body and will leave the recipient exhausted.
Water-breathing: Can breathe in fresh, salt and brackish water as long as gills are intact and functioning.
Armored Resilience: She commonly wears coils of metal around her torso giving that region increased resilience to that region of her body. Melee assaults from people without hardened bodies or increased strength will damage the attacker, and the armor is capable of completely stopping bullets from small hand-guns and pistols It will get nicked and damaged by the use of blunt and sharp melee weapons and extremely sharp weapons and any firearm larger than a rifle will tear straight through.
Knife Proficiency: She is an excellent marksmen with throwing knives.
Skills: Intermediate (self-trained) lock-picker. Modest hacking abilities. Can juggle and play piano, ambidextrous.
8. Occupation: Postal Worker
9. History: “None of your business.”
10. Personality: Loud, aggressive and extroverted. Leviathan’s energy and mania levels directly correspond to the amount of electricity she is currently storing within her body. Spunky and generally “full of beans”, Leviathan is a real “go-getter” who always speaks her mind even if it gets her into trouble. She always looks out for “Number One” and has no loyalty towards any one. She also takes her day job and little else seriously.
11. Alignment: Neutral Evil
Quotes: “That’s going to be mine now, okay?”
Theme: Electric Feel

“Yup, onward to Loguetown!” Carina announced happily as she scurried past Axel to get onto the ship. A quick glance at the map and her compass and back up at the sky made the young captain’s face glow with excitement. “The wind’s pointing in the right direction, alright! Luke, stay there for a moment. Axel, would you please weigh anchor?” While giving out instructions, she quickly untied the thick ropes tying off the sails by climbing around on the rigging, confident that if she fell she could Venom Road her way safely back to the deck.
Once that was done, and the ship was all ready to set sail Carina leapt down from one of the shroud back onto the wooden floor and turned to Luke. “Hey! Luke, right? I heard you’re a navigator so if you want to ditch this island then welcome aboard! We have plenty of room on this ship so that shouldn’t be a problem. I’m Carina Skylark, this ship’s Captain and a wanted woman!” The last part was said with a bit of pride, “I’m also the ship’s doctor so if you have any medical problems I should know about, we can speak privately. But, the physical can wait for now, let’s get you all moved in! Where’s your stuff?”
