“I’ve got it! Here it is, in the database! Hmm..” Mars says, looking at his phone. “It says she was last sighted in Iowa, that’s pretty far away. Stolas, could you fly there and check it out for me?” Stolas nods and gets his wings ready for flight. “Thanks, bud.” says Mars. “There’s not much left to do except wait.”
-
“I mean, it’s not that I can’t remember the things, they’re there, I just can’t access them. It’s like they’re padlocked.” Mars says. He sighs, and continues. “I don’t think those things would work on me.”
-
“My name is Marshall. But you can call me Mars. And as for why I am in need of the database, that is a bit of a tricky question. I don’t remember much, but 17 or so years ago, a demon stole my soul and killed my friend. That backstabbing little scumbag… I didn’t realize what not having a soul can do to a person. Trust me, it isn’t fun.” Mars said to the two of them.
-
Mars takes his phone, and searches through the Gs. “Thanks, you have no idea how much help this is.” he says as he flips through the database.
((By the way does anyone know where this school is geographically?))

“I overheard you and Alex talking. I was there, remember?” Mars says. “He called you Miss Asami, and I deduced that that was your name.”
-
“Well, I don’t know how old I am, but I know I’m 17 in this life. And Asami, I know full well what your ‘contracts’ are.” Mars says coolly.
-
“Hold, on 427 years? What exactly ARE you?” Mars says, confused.
-
“Good question, why do I care about demons.” Mars replied, “Its nothing special, they just stole my soul and killed my best friend.”
-
“Unless you can download it in the ancient tongue of the Dragonborn, English will be fine.” Mars says. “And the whole demon database should be fine, my phone is magically enhanced to have limitless storage.”
-
“That would be great, thanks.” Mars says. He raises both of his hands to his mouth and makes a loud bird call, imitating the sound of an owl. A small speck appears from one of the windows of the school, and quickly flies towards Mars. “Here,” he says, pulling a sleek black phone out of his bag. “Use this.” The small speck comes into focus, and a jet-black owl lands on Mars’ coat. “I think I’ve found something, Stolas!” Mars exclaims. “I really do!”
-
“That database! I could use that… Is there any way you could give me access to that? Like, print it out or something?” Mars says excitedly.
-
“Hey, what was your name, Alex? Do you know anything about this whole demon business? There’s been a lot of stuff going on with that recently, and I’m searching for someone. Just wanted to know if you might have any information, maybe?” Mars said to the strange new arrival. “If you don’t, that’s cool, I just want to get as much information as I can. I was just about to go to Godal, but then you showed up and I thought I might as well ask.”

Sensing a new arrival in the building, Mars teleported to the buildings entrance to find a strange person standing outside of the building. Mars nodded his head towards the man. “Hey,” he said, “What’s your name? I’m Marshall, but you can call me Mars.”
-
“Nothing, damnit! None of these books mention her!” Mars yelled, falling into his beanbag chair. “Not a single one! God, I hope Stolas got the word out, I’m running out of time. I just can’t stand to see another one die at my hands…. I need to find her, or who knows how much more blood will be shed.”
-
“Stolas, I’ve got a mission for you.” said Mars. “I want you to go and deliver word to anyone in the school you think might know about demons. Ask them if they can help. We need to find her, Stolas. It’s our only hope.” The jet-black owl leapt into the air and flew off, while Mars teleported away and checked the school library for information once more.
