This is Mars. He doesn’t have a soul. Or rather, he doesn’t have HIS soul, so he steals the souls of others. Due to incompatibility with his body, the souls decay and must be replaced. This puts Mars in a lock, having to kill to stay alive and racing to get his soul back from the backstabbing demons who killed his best friend.

((Is it alright if my character is a human but not normal? At any rate, I agree.))

As he sits on his bed, Mars contemplates. “I’ve stumbled upon something.” he says to himself. “If anyone can help me find her… It’s these guys. Demon hunters… They should know something, right?” Mars quickly raises his scroll and teleports back to Ludwig to ask where he can find the demon hunters.
-
“I’ll just leave you two to it…..” Mars says awkwardly, teleporting away. “I wonder if the principal here knows a lot about magic… He did seem pretty strong, with that mechanical arm and booming voice, but he looked more like a fighter to me…” Mars trails off, thinking about how he could expand his magical knowledge.
-
“Alright. Is anyone else doing anything right now or what? It seems like we are the only ones awake.” Mars states. “I’m not a huge fan of sleeping, unless it’s in a cloud.”
-
“Uhh, german dude? What was your name, Ludwig? Is there anything I can do to help? I can’t promise it will work, but alchemy is worth a shot, right?” Mars says.
-
“Interesting…” said Mars, taking note of the man in a small book. “Anything else you know about the situation with bounty hunters and demons and the such? Do you think this french man might be related? Gahh, so many unanswered questions.” he said, frustrated with himself for not having ready access to this information. Mars, shocked by the girls spastic behaviors, realized the problem and assessed the situation. “If you give me a second to get back to my alchemy lab, I should be able to fix her up some potions that should help with the nightmares. I have… experience with them.”
-
“Sorry, teleportation can be a little disorientating.” said Mars. “So what exactly just happened with Kit and that dude? I observed it with a little divination I’ve been practicing.”
-
Finishing up his research, Mars decides that he should have some time to socialize, and seeing no better option, teleports to the German man he had given the tie to. Appearing in front of him, he summoned a beanbag and sat down. “‘Sup.” he says to the man.
-
Sensing a use for his magic, Mars teleported away from the library to make a delivery. He arrived in front of a startled German sir, and handed him a school-issued tie that he had conjured up with a spell. “Here.” he said, and disappeared in a flash of purple light.

Mars awakens with a jolt, and looks around to observe his surroundings. Tyler was still asleep, and showed no signs of getting up anytime soon. Mars re-cast the density spell to keep Tyler afloat in the clouds, and sank beneath, leaving a note behind saying where he was in case Tyler woke up. “Whew, what a weird night. All this talk of demons and angels and bounty hunters, it hurts my head.” Mars reflected, thinking to the meeting in the Gym. He pulled up his scroll of the map of the school, located what seemed to be a library, and teleported to the location to look for books.
-
Mars, patience run thin, collects up all of his things. “I’ll just get the book in the morning.” he states. He picks up Tyler, and teleports outside, where he prepares a rune. He lays Tyler down in the rune, stands over it, and proceeds to cast magic. He lets out a sudden yelp of pain as wings tear through the flesh on his back. He scoops up Tyler, and flies up into the clouds, where he and Tyler will sleep until the next day.
-
“Principal Godal, where is the library? I wish to pick up a book before I take my leave so I may continue my studies in the ruins of ancient underground Saarthal. Also, Tyler is asleep, so if you won’t put him in a room I can provide him adequate lodging.”
-
Yes, Mr. Godal, 2000 year God slayer, I was wondering, is there any other general purpose to this meeting? I’m getting a little sleepy. Also I’m enrolling, just letting you know, Father of Death.
-
“Probably not, I have a place I can stay that I find quite comfortable.” Mars says. “But it’s getting late, I’m probably gonna head out if Principal doesn’t make an appearance in the next ten minutes.”
